Three-story buff-colored brick building. Property bought by Clarence Buckman, a state legislator, who wanted a better place to stay in Little Falls. Original building built in 1892, destroyed by fire and rebuilt by Little Falls architects Tourtillotte and Triplett and contractor A.D. Harrison, following the 1892 design. Currently a senior-living apartment complex.[3][4]
