A young man who is known around Columbus, Ohio for being a community activist, he is the leader of the Ogden Avenue Block Watch and is active in his community. He also serves as an elected official in Central Ohio on the Greater Hilltop Area Commission. He won the election on June 24th, 2006 during the Annual Hilltop Bean Dinner. The main reason people voted against him was his stance on the proposed Neighborhood Health Center which the City of Columbus is proposing. The building of the health center may destroy the Historic Fire Station number 17 located at 2300 West Broad Street. He believes the health center should be built there. Many others disagree.

Justin is a winner of a Jefferson Award given by the American Institute for Public Service and a Kohl's Kids Who Care Award. Justin was a born and raised Hilltop, Columbus, Ohio resident. Justin is also known for his music. He is a regular National Anthem performer at Columbus Clippersgames. He also performs at various community events around Columbus.
