Wilfer Sails Technology (Heyuan) Limited （Chinese:威尔福船帆科技（河源）有限公司）is a Chinese multinational sailmaker and sailing wear company headquartered in Heyuan, Guangdong province. It designs, develops, manufactures and sells sails for cruising and racing sailboats, lazy bags, and other sailing equipment.
In Dongguan, the company was founded in 2009 by William Peng, a Chinese sails designer and programmer. It focuses on manufacturing sails and sailing wear and providing OEM services for other international sailmakers.

Chinese sail manufacturer William Peng founded it in Dongguan in 2009. In the preliminary stage, the business mainly focused on sail design and product development services for other sailmaker brands. (OEM)
