Lieutenant Jeffrey Fernandez Brosas was the second child of Mr. Felizardo Colina Brosas and Ms. Azucena Fernandez Brosas. And his sibling eldest sister Ms Maria Oselle Fernandez Brosas and youngest Brother Mr. Gary Fernandez Brosas. Mr Jeffrey Was born on December 11, 1982 Mr Jeffrey Brosas was graduated in grade VI from Bacao Elementary School in 1995, he finished his Secondary education from Cavite National High School in 1999 and got his Bachelor degree from Philippine Maritime Institute in 2004. And finished his Masters degree at AIMS in 2018 2/M Brosas widely known as pisan jeff was a merchant marine officer from NYK fleet vessel and Assistant Head of Marine Transportation department in Asian Institute of Maritime Studies. He was inducted by a member of Philippine Coastguard Auxilliary. He has a degree of Masters in Maritime Education with thesis research study title "Technical Faculty classroom leadership, Qualification and Performance assessment basis for Human resource policy enhancement" Pisan Jeff are presently enrolled and taking up his degree for Ph.D in Doctoral in Maritime Education at AIMS as well. He is currently residing at Antel Grand village in General Trias Cavite with his wife MS. Elaine Kay Tronsal Brosas CPA a Certified Public Accountant and currently employed in Deustche Bank at Bonifacio Global city. Pisan Jeff passed his written PRC Board examination on November 2011. He will be the author of DEPED TECHVOC curriculum for senior High School and became a curriculum developer of Asian institute and Maritime Studies.
