“Javad Alizadeh” was born in 1953 in Ardebil ( Azerbaijan of Iran) Earned a B.A in English Translation A self-taught cartoonist who has been drawing cartoon since 1970 Founder/editor and publisher of the Iranian independent and private monthly cartoon Magazine: Tanz-O-Caricature (Humour & Caricature) since 1990 http://www.tanz-o-caricature.8m.com His cartoons have been published in international newspapers and magazines via C & W Syndicate in 80s and 90s Member of the international "cartoonists and writers syndicate" and the Previous member of the staff of editors of the "witty world" cartoon publication. Now member of the humorous party in Poland named: Good Humor Party. He has worked in various genres within cartooning, such as: editorial, gag, Portrait caricatures and black caricatures, black humour, comic strips, sports, surrealistic, philosophical, and the unique 4-D humor (cosmic comics and relativistic humour which is still unknown to the world!.)http://www.javad.8m.com AWARDS: 3 national prize and thirty international prizes in the countries: France, Italy, Japan, korea, Turkey, China, etc... Among them: First Prize in Caricature at the Anglet Festival ( France1990) Three Tolentino prizes( 91/93/95) and a silver Date prize of Bordigherea 1996 (Italy) Ankara first prize 2007 JURY: jury member of different cartoon festivals including the Skopje (Macedonia) Cartoon Festival in 1986, Anglet (France)in 1991, Dubai (Emirates) in 2002 , Aattending cartoon conferences at :Japan, Malta, Turkey, Bulgaria , Finland and jury member at the Tehran Cartoon Biennials in 1993, 95, 97, 2005, 2007. jury member at other local cartoon festivals and jury of the Tanz-o- caricature magazine’s yearly cartoon competitions.
