Jamie Beaglehole is a writer, blogger and adoptive father from the East Midlands, UK.
His blog, Daddy & Dad was awarded Adoption Blog of the Year (2017-2018) by The National Adoption Week Awards[1] and ranked fifth by Vuelio in their Top 5 LGBT+ UK Blogs 2018 [2].
Jamie Beaglehole grew up in Plymouth, Devon and Warwick, before moving to Leicester in 2000 to study Marketing at Leicester De Montfort University. He worked as a senior content marketing manager for a decade before adopting two boys in 2014. As a father Jamie launched the Daddy & Dad blog to inform readers about the adoption process and the realities of adoptive parenting. He launched his freelance writing and editing service in 2017 and now produces blog content full time.
