This is an alternative account of JamesBWatson. It was created to be used in insecure environments, such as public computers, where access to an admin account might be problematic. In fact, I have very rarely found any occasion to use it in such circumstances, but the account has been used occasionally for testing purposes, and for editing when using the main account was not conveniently possible.
