Local elections were held in Majayjay, Laguna on May 11, 1992 within the Philippine general election. The voters elected the elective local posts in the municipality: the mayor, vice mayor, and eight councilors.

Incumbent Mayor Ruben Guera is running for reelection under LDP, his main opponent was Leon Sobreviñas running under Lakas–CMD.

Incumbent Vice Mayor Diego Andaya is also running for reelection under LDP, his main opponent was Froilan Gruezo running under Lakas–CMD. Angeles Divina was also running under PRP.
