Jacob Aliet Ondiek Agwa (Born February 28 1976) is a Kenyan author, business analyst, trainer, project manager and amateur historian. Jacob holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Nairobi and a B Sc Information Science Degree from Moi University. Jacob has written one book of Fiction titled Strange Encounters and Journal article Convergence and Glocalization – Not Counter-Penetration and Domestication: A Response to Prof. Ali Mazrui
