XMLPortletFactory is a free and open source software written in Java and distributed under the GNU General Public License (v3).
XMLPortletFactory is a software generation tool whose goal is to create database table maintenance portlets from XML files. Those portles only work on Liferay portal and come out with all source code.
XMLPortletFactory is Java based and runs on any computing platform capable of running the Java Runtime Environment and meets some pre-requisites. [1]
