Frank guy was born on a cloud and was a cool baby. He has a best friend named Julia Rowlan who loves him very much and cares so much about him. He is so kind and thoughtful to Julia and has never taken her for granted just like how Julia has never taken him for granted. He is so funny and she just loves him so much.
