I'm not really sure how to start this thing, so I'll make it short. I'm a casual (and scatterbrained) Wikipedian, and most of my edits and comments are results of surfing around almost randomly. Therefore, if I don't do something that I probably could, it's because I don't have time, and if I don't follow up on a page, it's because I forgot. Don't bite.
