I am Dr. Ihor Voloshyn from Kyiv, Ukraine. I graduated National Academy of Management (2011), Post-graduated Course of Gas Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (1987), and Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (1980). Thus, I have economical and technical "cum lauder" diplomas. And I am a doctor of philosophy.
My sphere of interests is mathematical modelling economical, financial and physical processes, in particular, risk management and computing hydrodynamics.
