Iddo Dror is the Director of Operations of the Micro Insurance Academy (MIA)[1], a Delhi-based charitable trust dedicated to evidence-based studies, training and advisory services for microinsurance units serving the poor.

Prior to joining the MIA, Iddo Dror was a management education specialist at the University of Geneva (Switzerland), where he created and coordinated an MBA programme specializing in the management of international organizations (International Organizations MBA)[2].

Prior to that, Iddo worked and consulted international organizations such as the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the World Tourism Organization (WTO/OMT), and the International Labour Organization (ILO) on international trade, tourism, and management issues.

He received his MA/MPhil in Management in 2003 from the University of Geneva’s Business School (HEC) and is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University’s Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences, where he is researching the Impact of an Information Framework on Informal Health Insurance Provision in India.
