Hillary Erin Clark Medina was born on May 10,1982. She is Mrs. Hartford Connecticut (2018) preliminary Of the Mrs. America pageant and was previously a state finalist in the 2006 Miss Rhode Island USA pageant preliminary to Miss USA.She was a semi finalist in Miss Teen Rhode Island USA 1997 and Miss Teen Connecticut 1999. She is a former model with Ford modeling agency and she is a professional figure skater. She skated in the 1995 National USA championships and she is an official member of the USFSA. She graduated from The community college of Rhode Island, Rhode Island college,Central Connecticut State University & UCONN. She has a career in education and pharmacy.
