Herandar... edit

...is going to use first person for this page, just for giggles.

...is rather good at noticing spelling errors.

...speaks English fluently as a native, and has a better vocabulary than most.

Lipari Castle above the town of Lipari.

...likes to add the good pictures Herandar has taken of places Herandar has visited to the Commons.

...then incorporates the picture and information Herandar has picked up into what Herandar hopes is a better wiki.

...doesn't travel too often, but had just returned from Sicily (in 2005).

...was currently (07/06/05) in the process of updating the woeful Aeolian Islands information, doing one island at a time.

...planned to then update information on the towns in the East/Southeast of Sicily that Herandar visited.

...thinks using third person to refer to one's self is obnoxious, and does not promote this activity in any way, shape or form.

...is bored of this blurb page already, and needs to go to bed.

...is back, and wonders why User pages can be edited by anyone.

...and now knows by 2019 that unregistered and new users can't edit user pages.
...does he still know this or was this someone else attempting to be cute? To the history!!!

...just learned in 2023 of the above two comments that Herandar does not remember creating. The interloper (who we shall name as "2022's Attempt to be Herandar") broke the first person only rule, but the true 2023 form of Herandar is benevolent and will allow the egregious graffiti to remain on Herandar's user page for educational purposes and a grim reminder of how badly attempts "to be cute" can end up.

...had already promptly forget that not anyone can edit User pages (by 2019).

...publicly wonders if anyone has gone on a user page vandalism rampage.

...hasn't logged in to Wikipedia in at least eleven years, but is still alive, and sticking to Herandar's gimmick.

...is somewhat amazed that the least interesting picture Herandar added to the Lipari page is the only one still on the page.

...guesses all of the more recent photographers to visit Lipari didn't visit the pumice mines on the other side of the island. Herandar also disagrees with the replacement of some of Herandar's photographs purely on artistic merit and framing, but Herandar acknowledges the newer images are probably much better technologically. 2005's Herandar did not have a DSLR.

...guessed Herandar's 2005 password on the first try!

...and again in 2022!

...has felt the cruel brutality of a long-term IP editing ban preventing Herandar from anonymously correcting a minor spelling error.
