Helo Tamme is a well known Human Resources professional, blogger, and lecturer in Estonia. Her professional career in Human Resources started in the year 2000. Since 2008 she works in well-known facility management company called ISS where she currently holds a role of People & Culture Director for Russia and Baltics. In 2013 she started her first recruitment blog called "Mis muudab töökuulutuse atraktiivseks", the year 2017 marks the beginning of her second blog "Workplace Happiness" which is available also in English in Wordpress as well in Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. In 2010 Helo was invited to give Recruitment & Selection lectures at Tallinn School of Economics, which is also the school that she has graduated twice. First time in 1998 (Accounting) and then again in 2003 (Human Resources). In 2009 she graduated Tallinn University of Technology and received Master of Science in Management and Marketing.
