Some things about me... My name is Harley. I am currently a college freshman at Georgia Southern University.

Many people say that GSU is a big party school, I definitely agree with that. There is not much to do in Statesboro other than party, so it makes sense!
I spend most of my time studying, as does any other college student.
I have a part-time job on campus that I thoroughly enjoy. I basically get paid to play on the computer and answer an occasional phone call.
When I am not studying or working, you can find me with my friends or in bed doing absolutely nothing (my personal favorite that I do not get to enjoy quite as much since beginning college).
I am double majored in Accountancy and Information Systems, thanks to the Hope Scholarship who pays for my tuition!
Why would anyone want to have such a boring job, you ask? I really do not know. I like numbers, and the job security is nice too.
I am considering picking up a minor in Fraud Examination, maybe I will work with the F.B.I. and take down some money-stealing criminals!
I am a strong believer in God, but I am not one of those stuck-up Christians who thinks they are better than everyone else.
Although I'm a Christian, I am addicted to checking my horoscope every day!
It's not so much that I believe in it, it's just intringuing, I suppose.
I am really good at being clumsy, singing off-key loudly, and avoiding awkward situations.

(I'll say just about anything to get myself out of an awkward conversation.)

You're welcome, Wikipedia. edit

I haven't contributed much to Wikipedia, just a couple edits and I recently wrote an article about the Cancer Research Institute. But it was deleted because of "unambiguous advertising or promotion"... twice. So I need to make some edits on it and improve it. Although, I take great pride in it so here's the current URL, for those who actually care... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Harley81217/testpage. Here's what I've edited. Enjoy! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chad_Walter, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chauga_River, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_Security_Council_Resolution_415, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caramba, and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Effingham_High_School.

T3chn@l*gy & M3 edit

I get along with technology pretty well. I would much rather receive or write a text or an email than a hand written letter. It's definitely more convenient. I don't have any awesome computer skills, though. Just your average knowledge, like Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel. I don't have much experience with other programs, but I'm a quick learner. It wouldn't take me long to get the swing of it.
To get in touch with me, a text is the best bet, or an email because it goes straight to my phone. I don't mind talking on the phone either, but I hate when people leave me voicemails! I never have the time to check it and the reminder thing on my phone is so aggravating.

Wikipedia? edit

I personally like using Wikipedia. It's a good source for information, even though most professors won't accept it. Wikipedia is just a free place where anyone can offer information, and just like anywhere else, if you have too many people (especially Americans) in one place, it's not going to be the best thing. But all the articles have citations that usually lead to more reliable information.

English, please. edit

I speak and write American English. I took a little bit of Spanish in high school, but I don't remember anything from it except "Come se llama?" and I'm not even sure if I spelled that right... So, I only know one language. Lame, I know.

Things I'm Afraid Of edit

My #1 fear (don't judge me)... is birds. I'm absolutely terrified of birds. All they want to do is poke your eyes out! I was once chased by a Mockingbird that I assume had just layed eggs, it was awful. Have you ever seen the movie, The Birds?! Told you so..
Number 2: Anything else that flies. Bees, wasps, hornets, horseflies... they all just need to go.
Number 3: Being outside by myself. I don't know why, but it scares the mess out of me. Even in the middle of the day. I just feel like I'm being watched or something.
