The chessboard, with accompanying chessmen all set up. A fairly innocuous-looking thing, the chessboard hides within it a calm malevolence. Do not be fooled by its innocent posture! Oh no. Notice how it seems to bear up its underside, as if begging for a belly-rub. That's nothing more than a clever trick, bestowed upon it by evolution with which to ensnare its prey. Be ye not fooled, and stay ye hardy of mind and soul in the face of much adversity, for thus it is written, "Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God."
