Standard navigation bar for the top of my pages. It uses bullets instead of middots for the list.
Usage
edit{{User:GhostInTheMachine/t/nav}}→ outputs just the navigation bar{{User:GhostInTheMachine/t/nav|htoc=2}}→ outputs the navigation bar, followed by a horizontal TOC with just the H2 headings
