I'm living in Bavaria, Germany. I'm active under the same name on the German Wikipedia, mostly working on railway themes (especially German, American and African steam locomotives), but I'm also interested in geography, geology (especially volcanoes) and astronomy. I don't write very much in English, because there is so much to do on the German Wikipedia! I can read English without problems, but to write an article (or to translate my own German articles) would take some time. So I'll mostly translate from English into German and not vice versa.
