Frederick Exaud Kileo Biography

Frederick Exaud Kileo was born in September 6 1995 in Dawar village at Dawar Dispensary and at first his family was residing at the house that was used by peace cops during their visit to Tanzania at the village (Dawar).

He is born from the Family of four children whereby he is the first born.

He started his education at Dawar primary school in 2003 to 2009. Throughout his primary education life, he was a hard working and diligent student in which teachers were pleased with his curiosity. He has been leading the class in all activities from the time of his arrival at standard one. His teachers were also pleased to elect him to be class monitor till standard four where he was nominated to be academic prefect until he finished standard seven in 2009.

He has been a best student and high scoring student in his school and in ward during joint examinations. He has been holding the first position in academic matters in class. In 2008 when he was standard six he was selected to represent his school in essay writing and he has been biting his fellows in each level he entered.

At his National Examinations Council of Tanzania for standard seven was the best student in his class, ward and in district he was the 36th where regionwise he was the 201th and in national level he was the 705th student. Regardless of challenges of being born in a poor family, he has been struggling to do the best he can.

He joined the next level of studies at Aldersgate High School in 2010 to 2013 for Ordinary level studies. He also did the same here where he was the best student for all subjects from form one up-to form four. He has been elected to be a leader/prefect in different positions including health and academic stuffs where he was so curious in things he was doing.

He was expelled out of school when he was at his final preparations for last NECTA form four for some discipline issues in which he was against students being deprived/depressed in their rights. It wasn't easy to find him at mistakes, this made his teachers to love him. He had the spirit of helping others who were not able in some academic subjects, and he was so good in mathematics, physics, chemistry and geography and other subjects were his favorites because he has been scoring the best as well.

After finishing his Ordinary level he passed well with division 1 of 11 points regardless of being expelled out school for more than two months. He was the best male student in Babati District and the second best male student in regionwise category.

He also joined Tosamaganga Secondary School in Iringa region at Kalenga ward where he pursued PGM combination of physics, Geography and Mathematics. He was also elected to be the General Secretary (GS) of school for 2014/15 leadership term. And finished with division III of 13 point and joined the University of Dodoma for Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering at the College of Earth Sciences for academic years 2016-2020.

He is a Christian and has been a religious leaders for the Organisation like “USHIRIKA WA KIKRISTO WA WANAFUNZI TANZANIA (UKWATA) where he was prayer coordinator for three years consecutive 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13 and he was vice Chairperson for 2012/13 at Aldersgate High School. Also he was the chief treasurer at URP- UMOJA RELIGIOUS PART at Aldersgate too. He was the Secretary of UKWATA at TOSAMAGANGA and Treasurer for UKWATA Iringa region. At the University of Dodoma he was elected to be Chairperson of Prayer Coordinator for 2017/18 USCF SOCIAL SCIENCES and Chairperson of USCF Social Sciences Church for 2018/19, 2019/20

He is a preacher, teacher, motivational and inspirational speaker, life coaching, mentor and author of articles and books.
