Alumnus of the first high school in Miami, Miami Senior High, Class of 1982. Played Tuba in the Band, was Junior Class President 1980-1981. Frank was the first male Cheerleader at MHS in decades starting a new tradition that continues today. After High School he attended the University of Miami, Florida International University and Miami Dade College. <Self></Self>
Currently he is serving as Ambassador of Miami Dade County as the owner of Native Tour Guides. <Self></Self>
