The 2019 Coppa Italia Final will decide the winners of the 2018–19 Coppa Italia, the 72nd season of Italy's main football cup.

It will be played on 15 May 2019 at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome between Lazio and the winners of the semi-final Fiorentina–Atalanta.

The winners of the final will automatically qualify to the group stage of the 2019–20 UEFA Europa League and to the 2019 Supercoppa Italiana against Juventus.
