Festo Kiswaga is a district Commissioner for Bariadi District i n Simiyu region ina Tanzania. He worked as district Commissioner in other three district of Nanyumbu in Mtwara, Mvomero in Morogoro and Misenyi district in Kagera region. Festo Kiswaga is Park Warden previous worked for TANAPA Tanzania National Parks. He has BSc Wildlife and Conservation from university of Dar es salaam ,Tanzania. Festo Kiswaga also has a Diploma of Wildlife Protection from Mweka College of Wildlife which is International college in Moshi, Kilimanjaro region in Tanzania.
