There should definitely be more on the female prospective for this learning theory. People only seem to talk about what the males think. Women are becoming more important in our society an change is needed to make Maslow's hierarch of needs relevant today. With women having a higher role in the workplace and more women being in college the structure Maslow implemented needs to be adjusted.
