Elpis.always [born December 31st, 1988] is a avid user of Wikipedia and takes time to write and contribute to Wikipedia simply out of personal and academic interest for the various subjects he has studied. He also writes a blog called The International Column and is updated regularly with current events and political commentary. Living in New Zealand, he has spent several years studying at Victoria University of Wellington, and has a studied Philosophy, Political Science and International Relations.
