El Azahar Docos (Spanish for orange blossom) is an up and coming documentary and short film company founded by Alex Carlson, located in Brisbane Australia El Azahar Docos has over 1500 people already working for them throughout their various locations around Australia and soon to be New Zealand.

Every employee has had years of experience and training in the field of filmmaking, they don't employ anyone who they don't think will produce the best quality work possible.
