I am a researcher at Maryland Institute for Technology in the Humanities at the University of Maryland, College Park. We are a digital humanities research unit, and I work on a project to make information about important figures and organizations in educational broadcasting history discoverable online, including archival collections related to those people and organizations. This project is in collaboration with University of Maryland Libraries, University of Minnesota Libraries, and University of Wisconsin–Madison Libraries. I am currently working to enrich Wikipedia articles and create new ones where needed to further improve Wikipedia. In the case of editing, I am primarily adding citations to articles with uncited material, fixing broken links/adding links to access sources like books, adding appropriate links to External links and Further reading sections, and fleshing out stub articles with additional sources.

I only edit Wikipedia as part of my professional duties, and will always strive to abide by Wikipedia's policies and norms on notability, no original research, neutrality, and conflict of interest. I will work in the best interest of Wikipedia because it aligns with UMD's educational mission.
