I'm Dave Olson, living in El Granada, California, USA. I'm retired, but not idle. I'm an unpaid councilmember of the Midcoast Community Council, first elected in November 2013 startingin December 2013. I was re-elected in 2018 (the first four year term was extended to 5 years in order to move elections from odd to even years) to a term expiring in 2022. I have served as Vice-Chair, Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer, and am currently (2021) serving as Secretary.
I'm a volunteer board member of the Half Moon Bay History Association. I maintain their website, and am the Project Manager for our new museum (construction starts in July 2021), as well as a docent.
