Daniel Jacob Hakimi is an attorney currently working for IBM. He grew up on Long Island. He went to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as an undergraduate, where he earned a B.S. in Computer Science and another in Philosophy. He then received a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
