I created a Wikipedia account so that I could add details to a stub article on one of my favorite actors. My areas of interest include television, especially TV station history and broadcasting prior to 1970, and the paranormal.
Professionally, and relevant to the Wikipedia experience, I spent over a decade as a copy editor on various daily newspapers prior to the contraction of print journalism.
