- At Brazilian Grand Prix, we treat them as the same entity (i.e. the "Number of times held" in the infobox includes races held under both titles, there's only a single list of winners, and Hamilton is listed as a 3-time winner)
However:
- At List of Formula One Grand Prix wins by Lewis Hamilton#Number of wins at different Grands Prix, they are treated as distinct entities and Hamlton is listed as a 2-time winner of the "Brazilian Grand Prix" and a 1-time winner of the "São Paulo Grand Prix"
