- Please note that the page previously at this location was a reaction to a particular vote blok behaving in what I see as an unacceptable manner. This page was never used, and was created as an experiment of the technical feasibility of performing a similar widespread (relevant) announcement. As the creator of this page, and requestor of that speedy delete, I appologize to anyone that is offended by the impartial wording of the (now removed) experiment.
