The University of Leicester Boat Club (ULBC) is the rowing club of the University of Leicester in the UK.

The club was founded in 1948, and despite having moved around a bit it is now based in the Leicester Rowing Club boat house on the river soar with De Montfort University. It also has a boat house in Nottingham at the Holme Pierrepont National Watersports Centre. It has a senior men and womens squad who both compete competitively and a mens and womens novice squad.
