When Miloš Forman first saw “Hair” on Broadway he loved every song. He considered “Hair,” along with “West Side Story” and “Cats,” three of the best musicals ever made (http://www.avclub.com/article/milos-forman-13764). But his collaboration with Peter Shaffer in the screenplay, “Amadeus,” brought classical music from the shadows. It too could tell a story in music. Historical accuracy aside, they fleshed out precisely how Mozart's compositions could be used to tell a story, much like Mozart did. As a writer and editor I too try to tell a story, and have also tried to flesh out meaning in Mozart’s music to help improve my writing skills. I hope to write more on this, as well as put forward commentary on some of the editing and writing I occasionally do on Wikipedia.
