Twin siblings, Seth and Samantha Willett move to Beverly Hills with their parents from Fairfax, Virginia. On the first day of their sophomore year, Samantha is welcomed by Portia and Diana. Seth is given a tour of West Beverly High by student council members, Pav and Cosmo. Samantha quickly makes friends whereas Seth proves to have a more difficult time. Lionel, Portia's ex-boyfriend, tries to win her back after cheating on her with her ex-friend, Tiffany Samuels. Seth meets Nancy Berenbaum, the head of the sophomore student council and offers him a spot. Seth meets Lionel during basketball tryouts. Cosmo decides to ask out Diana, his crush since middle school, but she rejects him publicly, humiliating him. Nancy and Pav bring up their hook up over the summer but Nancy demands to never speak of it again. Seth is chosen over Lionel to move to the final round of tryouts, which infuriates Lionel. Samantha ends up having a great first day as opposed to Seth who was given a swirly by Lionel and his friends.

While sorting out absent slips, Samantha meets Ozzy Cordova, who was being disciplined by the principal after he was caught skipping school. Pav and Nancy have a difficult time working together in student council due to what occurred between them during the summer. Portia invites Samantha to her first party. Seth realizes he's being outcasted at school after his fight with Lionel. During the next round of basketball tryouts, Seth is informed his spot is being given to Ozzy, a transfer from East LA. Lionel uses this opportunity to push Seth's buttons who retaliates and results in a scuffle between the two. Lionel and Seth are sent to detention where they start bonding. Cosmo isn't ready to give up on seeking Diana's attention but he is unaware that she already has a boyfriend, a married man named Clark whose a law professor at Loyola University and she also babysits for. Pav walks in on Nancy and Cosmo making out. At the party, Samantha runs into Ozzy again, where the two bond over being new students at West Beverly. Meanwhile, Portia and Tiffany get into a verbal confrontation at the party.

The weekend after the party, Portia is ridiculed by the school. Diana begins ignoring Portia but Samantha stays by her side. Lionel informs Portia that Tiffany actually leaked a video of Portia removing her top. Pav grows increasingly jealous of Cosmo and Nancy and finally tells Cosmo the truth about their relationship. Clark wants Diana to babysit for him and his wife. Ozzy finds Portia crying on the stairs and tries comforting her. Seth and Lionel realize that Ozzy is a star athlete and are determined to find out who he is and where he came from. Lionel invites Seth over to his house and the two conduct their own investigation. Seth learns Lionel's dad is a retired player for the Los Angeles Lakers. Nancy is annoyed that her new lab partner is Samantha. Portia confronts Tiffany again and the two engage in a physical fight. Portia is then suspended and clashes with her parents, who she feels neglect and ignore her. Samantha goes to Portia's house to comfort her and finds her by herself. She learns her parents are famous television actors who are rarely around. Pav demands Nancy and Cosmo stop seeing each other. Lionel and Seth discover that Ozzy lives in East LA and track him down to his house to confront him. They learn he lives in poverty and was illegally recruited to West Beverly from another district due to his athletic capabilities. Lionel threatens to expose Ozzy, whereas Seth is more empathetic.

Samantha's best friend, Tina, from Virginia comes to visit. While babysitting for the Vanpelt's, Clark arrives home early and sleeps with Diana. Tina and Portia immediately clash. Nancy ends things with Cosmo after finding out he cheated on her. Lionel tells Seth he wants to turn Ozzy in to district officials. Seth tries putting a stop to Lionel's plan after seeing Ozzy's struggle living in East LA. Samantha and Nancy clash after being assigned a project. Jackie Vanpelt begins to suspect her husband is having an affair with Diana. Seth and Lionel agree to go their separate ways after arguing about what to do about Ozzy. Tina and Portia begin arguing after going to the mall with Samantha. Seth tells Ozzy he will keep his secret. Pav and Nancy share a kiss. Cosmo decides to try out for the basketball team and surprises everyone with how good he is. Diana has a pregnancy scare and decides to tell Clark, who fires her. Tina and Portia manage to bond by pointing out Samantha's flaws, which angers her. Seth tells Nancy he plans on running for sophomore class president, a title she worked on winning her entire summer. Lionel is racially profiled after being pulled over by police in Malibu and having been tasered.
5"Not What It Seems"Episode 5TBASeptember 25, 2018 (2018-09-25)
Diana's parents tell her that her father has lost his job, leaving their economic struggles in jeopardy. Lionel's father wants to press charges against the police officer who tasered his son. Lionel decides not to tell on Ozzy after his traumatic experience and confides in him and Seth. Nancy feels the pressure as she prepares to announce her campaign. Diana tries seeing Clark to confess her love but is instead confronted by his wife, Jackie. Jackie downplays Diana's relationship with her husband by calling her "another one of his whores" and threatens to kill her if she comes near her family again. Diana leaves but isn't ready to give up that easily. While at the mall with Samantha, Tina is caught stealing. Portia comforts and ends up sleeping with Lionel after his ordeal. The basketball teams final roster is put up and Pav is stunned to see Cosmo actually make it. Ozzy, who works as security at the mall, manages to get Samantha and Tina off the hook. Samantha can sense herself begin to have feelings for Ozzy. Samantha goes over to Nancy's house to work on their project and the two end up bonding. Portia turns to alcohol as she feels her loneliness begin to take a toll on her emotionally. While at Diana's party, Samantha tells Tina about her crush on Ozzy. Tina attempts to talk to Ozzy for her but instead Samantha walks in on them making out. Pav and Nancy decide to become an official couple. Diana shows up at Clark's work but instead he calls the police on her, filing charges and accusing her of stalking him.

The day after Diana's party, Samantha tells Tina she wants her to go back to Virginia. Tina tries apologizing to Samantha by admitting she had too much to drink. Samantha confronts Tina saying she was never a real friend to her. Tina attacks Samantha and admits she was always jealous of her because she was the most popular girl when she lived in Virginia. Tina also brings up the fact that Samantha "stole" the guy she liked and thought it was only fair if she did the same. Afterwards, Tina returns home for good. The following day, West Beverly holds an assembly as the senior, junior and sophomore classes prepare to launch the campaigns for the upcoming school elections. Nancy is intimidated by Seth's announcement and it becomes clear the election will come between the two of them. Diana finally decides to leave Clark and his family alone but is still upset by the break up. Ozzy apologizes to Samantha, unaware that she has feelings for him. Lionel decides to back Seth's campaign for class president, resulting in a huge endorsement by the Los Angeles Lakers. Ozzy confesses to Samantha that he has feelings for Portia. Pav wants to lose his virginity with Nancy but she becomes too distracted and focused on the election to reciprocate his advances. Pav notices that Cosmo is pulling away the more he hangs out with the jocks.

Nancy decides to break up with Pav due to the pressure her campaign is putting on her. Pav tries to find solace with Cosmo and is ignored when Cosmo starts hanging out with the basketball team during lunch. Cosmo feels that being seen with Pav will damage his rising social status. Diana finds Portia passed out drunk in her home in the middle of the school day. Portia's mother, Marianne, finds them and scolds Portia where the two then engage in a heated argument, resulting in Marianne slapping her daughter. Lionel comes clean to his father, Luther, that he didn't make the basketball team. Luther gives Lionel a long lecture and expresses his disappointment in him before calling the coach himself. Ozzy finds Lionel taking his anger out on a locker and the two bond when Ozzy takes them to Mulholland Drive. Samantha lets Portia know that Ozzy has a crush on her. Nancy and Seth have their first debate which ends in disaster for Nancy. Samantha's crush on Ozzy intensifies after having a dream about him. Nancy pushes Pav away as she suffers her first nervous breakdown. Lionel is placed back on the basketball team due to a favor from his father. Portia has another argument with her mother and step-father, Ross. Portia moves out of her house and begins staying with Diana. Nancy is prescribed Adderall to deal with her stress.

Seth and Ozzy pair up for their history project but Ozzy is hesitant to have Seth over at his house. Nancy begins taking more than the recommended amount of her medication. Lionel feels pressured by his father to be the perfect son. Pav is reeling from his break-up with Nancy. Marianne demands that Portia return home and threatens to kick her out. Cosmo starts shunning Pav completely which causes a rift in their friendship. Samantha tries setting up Ozzy and Portia together when he comes over to her house to work on his project with Seth. Marianne learns that Portia has been in contact with her biological father which infuriates her. Diana accidentally runs a stop sign while texting which results in a crash with two other cars. Lucille sends Portia back home as she and Dennis discipline Diana for running the stop sign. After another heated argument with her mother, Portia runs away from home. Nancy ends up bombing her midterm due to not having enough time to study. Ozzy keeps deflecting whenever Seth suggests they work on their project at his house, making Seth suspicious. Samantha offers Portia a place to stay in her own home. Cosmo and Pav have an argument after Cosmo accuses Pav of being jealous of his increasing popularity. Seth is concerned when he spots a bruise on Ozzy's face.

Nancy goes through behavioral changes as she continues to abuse her medication. Marianne goes to see Stan about Portia's behavior but Stan makes it clear he isn't in a position to take her in. Pav and Cosmo clash during class after the teacher makes them debate a question. Seth confides in Lionel about his suspicions regarding Ozzy. Samantha tries to hide her feelings for Ozzy when talking about him with Portia. Diana is impressed with Cosmo's sudden rise in popularity and takes an interest in him, however, this is thwarted when Pav tells her humiliating stories about Cosmo's past, including spreading a rumor that he has herpes. Nancy has a panic attack in the middle of class and ends up screaming at her teacher. Samantha follows Nancy to the bathroom only to find her taking several pills of Adderall all at once. Samantha tries to comfort Nancy as she breaks down mentally, revealing the pressure she faces for her desire to be perfect. Samantha talks with Seth about possibly dropping out of the race but he refuses. Samantha fears Nancy will only get worse if she doesn't try to get help. Cosmo learns about the rumor Pav spread after Diana lets him know, which results in a physical fight in the cafeteria. Portia and Ozzy go on their first date, which results in chaos. Portia returns home.
10"All Hallow's Eve"Episode 10TBAOctober 30, 2018 (2018-10-30)
Portia is preparing to throw her annual Halloween extravaganza that she's been having since middle school. She invites Ozzy to be her date to her party. Pav and Cosmo are both given 1 weeks worth of detention for fighting. Samantha is by Nancy's side when she takes her to the doctors office. Samantha then invites Nancy to Portia's party. Diana runs into Jackie Vanpelt at the grocery store, resulting in an awkward encounter. Kayla Willett worries that she isn't spending as much time as she used to with Samantha back in Virginia. Seth talks to Nancy about the pressure she is facing and her Adderall abuse which results in Nancy angrily confronting Samantha for exposing her personal life. Portia goes against her mothers wishes and purposely goes over the money budget for her party that Ross had set for her. Diana's parents inform her that they are selling their house. Pav is on a mission to make himself popular after he isn't invited to Portia's party whilst Cosmo is. Nancy's mom finds her failed midterm exam and confronts her, resulting in her getting grounded. That night at Portia's party, Samantha becomes jealous of Portia and Ozzy's relationship. Lionel and Seth continue their campaign strategy at the party by jumping into the pool naked. Samantha grows bored and decides to have some time alone on the balcony only to find another boy already there with the same idea. He introduces himself as Jake, a junior at West Beverly. Samantha and Jake hit it off quickly and the two share a kiss by the end of the night. Portia and Ozzy make their relationship official.
11"Beneath the Surface Lies the Truth"Episode 11TBANovember 6, 2018 (2018-11-06)
The Monday after Portia's party, Samantha is desperate to find the boy she kissed at the party. She tells Portia but she has no idea who Jake is. Portia is confronted by both Marianne and Ross about her overspending for her party. Marianne realizes Portia purposely ran the budget and prepares to strike her again until Portia shoves her into the wall. Ozzy finally gives in and invites Seth over to his house to work on their project. When they get to Ozzy's house, his mother isn't home, however Seth meets his younger sister, Luna. While working in the living room, Ozzy's mother, Rosa, arrives and brings home Ozzy's father, Guillermo, who was in prison and had no idea was coming home. Seth senses something wrong when Luna locks herself in her room and Rosa immediately goes to the kitchen table to snort cocaine. Guillermo confronts Ozzy and the two get into an argument, which results with Ozzy getting hit by his father. Seth leaves but is robbed on his way home. Seth then realizes that Ozzy is from an abusive household and figures out why he didn't want to invite him over. Samantha apologizes to Nancy for telling Seth about her Adderall abuse, which she accepts. She tells Nancy about the boy she met at the party and Nancy immediately realizes that Jake is in her AP English class. Seth becomes worried after Ozzy doesn't show up to school the next day. He goes to his house to find Ozzy passed out after injecting himself with drugs. Seth takes Ozzy to the hospital to have his stomach pumped. Ozzy immediately apologizes to Seth and makes him promise to not tell anyone about his situation at home. Seth reluctantly agrees.
12"Pain Is Gain"Episode 12TBADecember 4, 2018 (2018-12-04)
Seth becomes worried after Ozzy is absent from school for almost a week. Portia grows increasingly worried about Ozzy and demands Seth tell her the truth. Nancy talks to Jake for Samantha and they plan to meet after school in the quad. Lionel is unhappy with his life, feeling he's living his father's life and not his own. Cosmo is taken to his first party with the jocks and he feels pressured to impress them. Pav's mission to become popular doesn't go well. Nancy tries to rekindle her relationship with Pav but he rejects her. After going to Ozzy's house and being threatened by Guillermo, Seth finally confesses to Portia what's happening with Ozzy. Samantha finally meets with Jake and the two schedule a date. Portia and Seth work together to get Ozzy help. The jocks pressure Cosmo to drink and do other drugs which he eventually gives into. Seth and Portia talk to a counselor about Ozzy's situation which results in social services removing Ozzy and Luna from their home. Samantha and Jake go on their date which goes well. Jake asks Samantha to be his date to the football dinner. Ozzy returns to school and to his surprise, thanks Seth for helping him. Ozzy tells Seth that Luna is now living with her grandmother and that he will be in foster care for the time being. Guillermo has also been admitted to a rehabilitation center.
13"To New Beginnings"Episode 13TBADecember 11, 2018 (2018-12-11)
Election day finally arrives to West Beverly and Nancy struggles to contain her anxiety as she waits for the results to come in. Jake asks Samantha to be his girlfriend and she accepts. Portia and Ozzy skip school for the day to spend the day together in Venice Beach. Samantha struggles to cast her vote but ultimately decides to vote for Nancy, thinking Seth will win in a landslide anyway. Cosmo acts rude towards Diana and brushes off her advances. Diana tries talking to Pav about Cosmo's behavior but Pav isn't interested in hearing about it. Lionel tells Cosmo that he wants to quit the basketball team but doesn't know how to break it to his father. Lionel also expresses he's more interested in running The Blaze, the school newspaper. The election results come in and the new sophomore class president is revealed to be Nancy. The ballots show Nancy won the election by a single vote. Seth is in shock by his defeat but realizes that being the new kid still has it's disadvantages. Nancy and Seth congratulate each other and Nancy offers Seth to be her class vice president to which he agrees. Samantha lets Seth know that she voted for Nancy causing tension between the two siblings. Lionel tells his basketball coach that he's quitting the team. A car cuts off Diana on the freeway and she ends up crashing.

The second semester has begun at West Beverly and Samantha is told to show a religious new student around, Max Peterson, who transferred from a boarding school in London. It's then that Samantha finds out Max has famous parents who are well known actors. Diana recovers from her injuries she sustained in the crash. Although Seth is now Nancy's vice president, he still holds resentment towards Samantha due to not voting for him. Lionel's father is stunned to hear that he quit the basketball team and the two have a fight. Cosmo successfully tries out for the baseball team and begins to embrace his role as a jock at West Beverly. Diana's family have their personal belongings repossessed. Diana is too embarrassed to tell her friends that she is now homeless. Cosmo faces peer pressure when his teammates offer him steroids to enhance his athletic abilities. Portia tells Ozzy that her parents want to meet him by inviting him to dinner. Samantha feels pressured by Portia and Diana to have sex with Jake but she is nervous due to still being a virgin. Diana develops a crush on the new student, Max. Seth catches Cosmo injecting himself with steroids and threatens to report it. Seth seeks help from Cosmo's former best friend, Pav. Lionel deliberately crashes into his fathers Corvette. Marianne and Ross meet Ozzy and are displeased. Marianne tells Portia she disapproves of Ozzy due to him being Hispanic. Ozzy and Ross have an argument before Ozzy storms out of their house and breaks up with Portia.
15"Virginity Hit"Episode 15TBAJanuary 22, 2019 (2019-01-22)
Samantha grows jealous after seeing Tiffany Samuels openly flirting with Jake. Nancy feels the pressure that comes with being sophomore class president. Portia gets into another argument with her mother due to her treatment of Ozzy. Lionel's father has him arrested for what he did to his car. Pav and Cosmo reminiscent over their past. Cosmo then invites Pav to a party the baseball team is throwing. Ozzy and Portia reconcile. Samantha notices Diana wearing the same thing in one week for the first time in her life. Portia and Samantha are put off by Diana's odd behavior of not wanting them to drive her home. Samantha attempts to lose her virginity by throwing herself at Jake which results in him pushing her away. Seth bails Lionel out of jail and learns about the problems he's been having with his father. Portia tells Ozzy she doesn't feel the same racist sentiments her family does. The two then have sex with Portia losing her virginity. At the party Cosmo invited Pav to, things get out of control. Pav realizes that everyone at the party is in college except for a couple high school students from West Beverly. Pav immediately regrets going after Cosmo ditches him. Samantha learns the reason Jake has been pushing her away is because he is also a virgin. Lionel moves in with the Willetts for the time being. Pav witnesses a girl almost being raped before putting a stop to it. Pav then causes a scene at the party, embarrassing Cosmo. Pav is then hazed by the older students and humiliated publicly by stripping off his clothes, hitting him repeatedly and filming it. Cosmo decides not to step in and Pav is left traumatized before the video is posted online.
16"Cyber Warfare"Episode 16TBAJanuary 29, 2019 (2019-01-29)
The school is made aware of the video posted online after it goes viral and immediately track down Pav, however, Pav refuses to name his bullies. The school vows to find those responsible for the hazing. Pav tries talking to Sabrina Torres, the girl almost raped at the party, who then threatens to sue him if he tells anyone what he saw. Pav immediately identifies Sabrina's attacker as a player on the baseball team, Henry Muldoon, a popular senior and star athlete. Lionel's father finally comes to accept that his son won't follow in his footsteps. Nancy tries to be there for Pav after seeing the video circulating online, however, he pushes her away. Pav comes face to face with intense bullying and racial attacks towards his Muslim religion. While volunteering at a homeless shelter and passing out food, Nancy comes face to face with Diana. Seth confronts Cosmo about what happened to Pav and the two almost get into an altercation before being broken up. Diana opens up to Nancy about her family's economic struggles but makes her promise to keep her secret. Jake and Samantha plan to lose their virginity with each other but keep being interrupted. Seth, Lionel and Ozzy witness Pav's car being graffiti'd with racial slurs and come in to defend him. West Beverly makes national headlines after the hazing incident and the police have no choice but to get involved. Seth urges Cosmo to speak up for Pav. Portia walks in on Sabrina breaking down in the girls bathroom. Max Peterson decides to step forward as a witness after seeing Pav get bullied and confesses he was there that night of the party.
17"The Truth Will Set You Free"Episode 17TBAFebruary 5, 2019 (2019-02-05)
Max Peterson outs some of the bullies that hazed Pav at the party and all hell breaks loose at West Beverly. Diana tries to confront Cosmo about his role at the party but he humiliates her by calling her a slut in the cafeteria. Portia, knowing Sabrina was the party, gets her to open up to her about what happened. Max names Henry as one of the bullies, leading to Henry being arrested on campus in front of everyone. Max finds a threatening note in his locker. Pav stops coming to school after receiving death threats. Seth and Lionel suspect staff at West Beverly are attempting to cover up the scandal and silence Max and Pav. Portia helps Sabrina come forward to the police about her attempted rape, prompting Pav to finally come forward and defend her. The Beverly Hills School District announces they are suspending entire baseball season pending an investigation on sexual misconduct and hazing within the team. Diana finally admits her financial woes to Samantha and Portia. Ozzy manages to convince Cosmo to come forward and defend Pav. In the heat of the moment, Nancy kisses Seth.
18"Valentine's Day Special"Episode 18TBAFebruary 12, 2019 (2019-02-12)
Diana's father gets a stable job to get them off the street and into a small apartment. Jake has a special night planned for Samantha on Valentine's Day. Being one of the newest investigative reporters of West Beverly, Lionel conducts an investigation on a possible cover up. Nancy, Max and their academic decathlon team are shunned by the other schools due to West Beverly's reputation. Nancy confesses to Samantha that she and Seth kissed. Samantha urges Portia to be careful after she finds her sexting to Ozzy. Portia encourages Samantha to send provocative photographs to Jake before their night together. Cosmo receives a one week suspension for his role in the party. Seth, Ozzy and Jake go out of their way to make Pav feel comfortable upon his return to West Beverly. Nancy and Seth do their best to avoid each other at school but keep running into each other at school. Diana tries her best to get Max's attention until Portia helps in setting them up. Lionel breaks into the vice principal's office and finds thrown out reports of bullying, possible sexual assault and academic dishonesty. Cosmo's father, Otto, hits him after he talks back to him. Pav reaches his breaking point after Jake and Seth cross certain boundaries to help him. Samantha finally loses her virginity to Jake after he rents a hotel room for them in downtown LA. Nancy and Seth agree it's best to just remain friends. Seth urges Lionel to run his exposé. Diana and Max go on their date but it ends in Max rejecting Diana's advances. Samantha is shocked to hear from her ex-boyfriend from Virginia, Laine.
19"The Devil Knocking On Your Door"Episode 19TBAMarch 26, 2019 (2019-03-26)
As Spring Break arrives, Samantha is nervous after her ex-boyfriend, Laine, flies in from Virginia to visit her and Seth. Jake is overly protective and jealous of Samantha whenever Laine comes around. Samantha explains she had a crush on Laine since middle school but never thought she had a chance with him until they finally got together in the eighth grade. They were together until the end of freshman year when Samantha was forced to break up with him because she was moving to Beverly Hills. Portia is furious with Max due to leaving Diana stranded by herself at the restaurant. Ozzy gets a call telling him his father has been released from rehab, however, his mother is nowhere to be found. Lionel runs his story exposing the vice principal and ends up getting suspended due to breaking and entering. Lionel's story eventually gets the vice principal fired and more staff members are revealed to have helped with the cover up. Lionel's story makes national headlines and gets an interview with CNN. Max attempts to speak with Diana to apologize but Portia protects her from him. Pav and Seth decide to start a program together that gives the leftover cafeteria food to homeless shelters. Cosmo is completely shunned by all of his friends, including his teammates and his father. Laine has ulterior motives with Samantha, feeling he can win her back. Ozzy decides to return home to live with his father, however, his sister has decided to remain with their grandmother.

Portia, Samantha, Seth, Diana, Nancy, Ozzy, Lionel, Jake and Pav decide to go to Palm Springs together for Spring Break, staying at Lionel's parents' summer house. Unaware, Laine surprises Samantha and Seth by staying an extra week and following them out to Palm Springs. The gang decides to visit a club downtown but things get out of hand. Ozzy worries than Portia's drinking is getting out of control after she begins stripping on the counter in front of a group of fraternity brothers. Nancy decides to stay back at the house as the designated sober driver. Lionel makes it his mission to get Pav to lose his virginity while on Spring Break. Jake's over jealous attitude begins to rub Samantha the wrong way. Jake confronts Laine about his intentions and Laine makes it clear he plans on winning Samantha back. A brawl breaks out between Jake and Laine, leading Samantha to believe Jake's jealousy is out of control and thus takes Laine's side. Cosmo follows his classmates trip to Palm Springs by looking at their social media stories. Cosmo becomes upset when he see's Pav in Lionel's Instagram story. Diana runs into Clark Vanpelt while walking back to the house and learns he is in the process of divorcing his wife. Diana, having learned from her mistakes, turns down Clark's offer to be together. The next day, Ozzy decides to return to Beverly Hills after having a fight with Portia. Lionel plans a party at the summer house and continues his mission to find the perfect girl for Pav. Samantha starts spending more time with Laine than with Jake. Seth begins to realize Jake was telling the truth after finding Laine's phone with his lockscreen being a photo of Samantha. Samantha confronts Laine who confesses he is still in love with her. Everyone rallies behind Samantha as they tell Laine to leave. Laine later sends Samantha a video of her former best friend, Tina Shank, performing a sexual act on him. Samantha and Jake reconcile. Pav manages to lose his virginity to an older woman at Lionel's party on their last day before returning to Beverly Hills. However, Nancy walks in on them half naked in bed and realizes she still has feelings for him.

Seth finds out from Lionel that Cosmo is planning on dropping out of school. Ozzy and Portia reconcile. Ozzy starts spending time with his father, bringing back positive memories of his childhood. Max makes amends with Diana but tells her he has a secret that will ruin his life. Lionel achieves fame worthy status after his interview with CNN airs. Seth is tasked to show around a troubled student named Sara, who recently transferred from a charter school. Lionel goes to Cosmo's house to try and convince him to return to school. Samantha invites Jake to meet her parents, who has a difficult time staying calm. Cosmo contemplates suicide after another fight with his father. Seth takes an interest in Sara before asking her out on a date. However, Sara warns Seth that trouble has a way of finding her. Lionel tells Nancy that he's worried about Cosmo. Nancy, Lionel and Pav go over to Cosmo's house after school only to find him passed out with an empty bottle of pills in his hand. Cosmo is immediately rushed to the hospital and placed in a medically induced coma to flush out the drugs. When Cosmo finally awakens, he breaks down as he admits he tried to end his life. Cosmo's father informs him that he plans on moving them to Montana. Sara and Seth have sex after driving her to Mulholland Drive. Ozzy finds a used needle in his father's bathroom.

Diana feels left out when she goes to the mall with Samantha and Portia but is unable to afford anything. Pav visits Cosmo for the last time before leaving for Montana. Sara meets Samantha but the two immediately clash. Ozzy and his father end up finding his mother in a crackhouse before bringing her home. Nancy and Pav decide to give their relationship another try before becoming official again. Jake's younger sister doesn't take too kindly to meeting Samantha. Diana starts searching Craigslist for quick ways to make money on the internet. Ozzy's mother Rosa has a difficult time staying clean which he fears will result in his father's relapse. Lionel is nominated for an award that celebrates young aspiring journalists across the country. Cosmo apologizes to Pav, Nancy and the rest of his friends for his behavior. Pav and Cosmo spend one last day together like they did when they were kids. Samantha's inability to get along with Jake's sister causes tension between them. Portia lets Sara copy her homework but lets Portia take the fall by herself after getting caught. Diana is tempted to join a cam site that pays girls hundreds of dollars. Sara intentionally sabotages Lionel's script for the interview about his award nomination. Ozzy confronts his father about the needle he found but states it was from when he found his mother's stash in the bathroom floorboards. Henry Muldoon makes his return to West Beverly after Pav is notified he's been cleared of all charges.

Henry's return to West Beverly causes students to stage protests, sit-ins and walkouts, who demand his expulsion. Pav and Seth feel Henry is still being protected by some of the staff members. Lionel finds out that Henry's family are huge donors to the school's sporting events and activities. Diana finally gives in to being a cam model after Tiffany Samuels mocks her torn outfit in front of the class. Pav finds out that Sabrina transferred out of West Beverly months ago. Pav's mission to get Henry expelled causes some distance between him and Nancy. Ozzy's grades start to show promise after he's told he's managed to hold on to a 3.0 GPA this semester. Samantha tries warning Seth about Sara's conniving personality but he ignores her. Samantha finally brings Jake to meet Calvin and Kayla. Portia and Sara have a shouting match in the girls locker room which almost turns physical. Portia becomes frustrated when she see's Sara flirting with Ozzy, leading to another argument between them. Diana receives her first paycheck from the cam girl site. Pav, Seth and Nancy work together to bring down Henry. Lionel and Henry engage in a scuffle after Henry tells him a racial slur. Seth see's what his friends warned him about after Sara finally snaps at him for always hanging out with them over her. Ozzy returns home to find a heavy police presence at his home. The police notify Ozzy that his father severely beat Rosa after finding out she cheated on him. The police then track him down and a police chase ensues with all of Los Angeles watching on the news stations.

Ozzy is placed back into foster care after his father is sent back to prison while his mom is admitted to a rehabilitation center in New Mexico. Pav is successful in getting the school district to expel Henry from West Beverly after a video of him calling Lionel a racial slur leaks online. Jake asks Samantha out to prom through skywriting. Seth starts distancing himself from his group of friends and instead devotes his time to being with Sara. Pav asks Nancy out to prom. Diana meets a stranger on the cam site she's on, whose smooth talk instantly wins her over. Lionel finds video evidence of Sara sabotaging his script for the interview. Lionel confronts Sara but instead comes out looking like the victim with Seth defending her. Portia anticipates Ozzy's prom proposal but is instead shocked to find he wants to break up with her due to the stress he's facing at home. Seth is taken back after Sara takes him on a wild joyride and intentionally speeds towards pedestrians. Seth is ready to leave Sara until she makes him take acid and the two spend an entire day together, making Seth skip school. Portia turns to drinking to escape her troubles. Diana has an emotional breakdown after the man she's been speaking to on the cam site begins blackmailing her. He makes it known to have her address and other personal information of hers. The following day at school, Samantha and Sara get into a public verbal argument. Seth finally comes to the decision to break up with Sara but she isn't ready to let him go that easily.

Lionel and Samantha worry that Ozzy will relapse into his bad habits now that he's back in foster care. Lionel tries to get Portia's help, meanwhile Samantha tries getting Seth's who are both preoccupied. Calvin and Kayla become worried after being notified by the school that Seth hasn't been attending his classes. Samantha goes to Sara's apartment to find Seth but she doesn't let her see him. Samantha asks for Nancy, Diana and Pav's help to get Seth out from Sara's clutches. Diana refuses as she is forced to return home by the man blackmailing her. Lionel finds Portia drunk at home reeling from her break up with Ozzy. Samantha, Pav and Nancy break into Sara's apartment and find Seth convulsing after taking too many drugs. In order to prevent the police from getting involved, Samantha calls Ozzy for his help. Sara returns home with some of her troublesome friends. Sara's friends threaten Nancy, Samantha and Pav. By the time Ozzy arrives, he brings the police with him and arrest Sara, her friends and Seth. Seth is released after Sara confesses to having drugged him. Sara apologizes to Seth and his family before being taken away. Upon returning home, Samantha and Seth manage to convince their parents to adopt Ozzy into their family. Lionel gets Portia to sober up but she has a mental breakdown. Kayla and Calvin officially adopt Ozzy as he becomes a part of their family. Diana finally confesses to her parents what's been happening to her.

Prom night arrives and everyone begins preparing for the big night. Seth decides not to go and stay home to recuperate. Lionel offers to be Portia's date to the prom while Max Peterson asks Diana to be his date. Ozzy decides not to go to prom after hearing Portia is going with Lionel so he stays home with Seth. Lionel, Portia, Nancy, Pav, Diana and Max go to prom in a limo together. Samantha and Jake arrive late after Samantha tried cleaning a stain off her dress. Samantha and Jake are forced to wait in a long line due to arriving late and two engage in an argument. Lionel is furious with Portia after he finds her drinking at prom and dancing with two random guys. Nancy and Pav accidentally eat pot cookies that were placed on the table by two seniors. Ozzy comes across Samantha's bedroom and is smitten after seeing her personal belongings. Thinking Samantha is blowing him off, Jake is invited to dance by Tiffany Samuels. Samantha see's this which results in a huge argument between the two. Diana loses sight of Max and begins looking for him. She is stunned to find Max making out with another boy in one of the hallways of the hotel. Jake abandons Samantha at the prom and angrily leaves. While speeding down the highway, Jake is involved in a head on collision which kills him instantly. Samantha fears something is wrong when Jake doesn't answer his phone and several ambulances and firetrucks speed past the hotel.

Three months have passed since Jake's death and everyone is starting to move on from the tragedy. Seth and Samantha prepare to enter their junior year at West Beverly in a week. Samantha is taken back when she accidentally walks in on Ozzy in the shower and see's him naked. Lionel goes to pick up Portia after she spent her summer in a rehabilitation center to get her drinking under control. Diana has been trying to get into contact with Max all summer but he's been ignoring her calls. Nancy's mom asks her to invite Pav over for dinner so she can finally meet him. Nancy is reluctant to do so knowing how overly critical she can be. Samantha confides in Diana that she's been beginning to develop feelings for Ozzy. A new family moves in down the street from the Willetts. Kayla, Calvin, Samantha and Seth introduce themselves to the Robinsons, the only African-American family on the block. Max asks his parents to transfer him to a private school, however, they reject his request. Pav meets Nancy's mother and everything goes well until Nancy's mother begins embarrassing Nancy and critiquing her life choices which results in an argument between them. Portia tells Samantha that she met a guy named Ricky at the rehabilitation center, who she fell for. Upon returning home, Marianne informs Portia that she is divorcing Ross. Ozzy finally gives into temptation and kisses Samantha.

Samantha makes it clear to Ozzy that they can't continue their romance due to him being Portia's ex. School resumes at West Beverly for a new year. Diana tries talking to Max about what she saw on prom night but he pretends as if nothing ever happened. Samantha is annoyed with everyone checking to see if she's okay after Jake's death. Seth tells Nancy that he won't be running for junior class president, paving a way for her impending victory. Pav becomes Nancy's campaign manager, much to her hesitation. Seth clashes with Jasmine, his new neighbor, at home and at school. Portia isn't ready to give up her summer fling, Ricky, and they decide to make their relationship official. Ozzy confides in Lionel that he's in love with Samantha. Marianne's divorce from Ross turns ugly after she finds out he forged her name on a prenupt. Samantha is unable to resist her urges and she sneaks around with Ozzy throughout the school. Lionel is assigned to tutor freshman, Andre Robinson. Max announces his intentions to run for junior class president, giving Nancy flashbacks of the year before. Diana and Max finally talk and she promises to keep his secret for as long as he wants. Max fears to be outed mainly due to his parents strict religious beliefs. The school announces they plan on making a memorial for Jake by planting a tree in his honor in the quad. Seth notices Andre being harassed by the neighborhood patrol and quickly comes to his defense which makes Jasmine see him in a different light.

Seth introduces Jasmine to his group of friends. Marianne catches Portia and Ricky together in her bed and grounds her. While shopping in Rodeo Drive with Samantha and Nancy, Diana is scouted by a modeling agent. Max's inability to truly be himself begins to take a toll on his life. Lionel feels like he's being played after Andre doesn't show up to his tutoring lessons. Eventually, Lionel and Pav follow Andre and find out that he's been sneaking off to perform with a hip hop dance crew known as Serpents of Color, something his parents wouldn't approve of. In order to relieve himself, Max decides to meet up with a guy around midnight through a social media app, ignoring the possible dangers. Lionel and Pav confront Andre and he explains his situation, however, one of the members of his crew sprains his ankle during practice. Andre asks Pav to briefly fill in as a stand-in but surprises everyone, including Lionel, with how good he is at dancing. Jasmine decides to join The Blaze and vies for Seth's spot as the political editor. Ozzy tells Samantha he's tired of sneaking around and wants to come clean to Portia but she refuses. Max meets up with an forty year old straight married man through the hook-up app in the park. At first Max is determined to lose his virginity but hesitates after getting too nervous. Max is almost raped and left half beaten on the side of the road. Ed and Judith inform Jasmine and Andre that their family being targeted for being the only family of color on the block. Max decides to confide in Diana about his situation, feeling himself grow lonelier and more depressed.
30"Catch Me If You Can"Episode 4TBASeptember 17, 2019 (2019-09-17)
Jasmine is furious to see the tires on her car have been slashed. Diana's parents tell her they can't sign the consent forms for her to join the modeling agency. Diana and Max bond over their lack of freedom and inability to express their true selves. Ed and Judith ask for Calvin and Kayla's help to find whoever is responsible for the harassment towards them. Andre congratulates Pav on becoming an official member of the Serpents, however, Pav wants him and Lionel to keep this a secret from everybody. Max officially announces his campaign for junior class president a week early, making Nancy feel threatened by his competitive nature. Ricky invites Portia and her friends to an underground nightclub. Jasmine and Andre are forced to take their bikes to school, however, Andre is almost hit by a car on his way there. Andre tells Pav that he might have to leave the Serpents due to his situation at home. Pav is forced to come clean to Ozzy about his role in the dance crew after he spots him in one of Ozzy's common hangouts. Pav lets Ozzy know that his relationship with Samantha is starting to become more noticeable. Diana forges her parents signatures and goes through with the modeling contract. Seth lashes out at Jasmine for stirring up trouble ever since moving to Beverly Hills, unaware of her family's situation in their neighborhood until Samantha tells him. Nancy tries to get in touch with Max to learn more about his campaign strategy but finds it difficult due to him being such a private person. Seth apologizes to Jasmine and the two agree to do a stake out. Portia, Ricky, Samantha, Ozzy, Diana, Lionel and Pav go to the nightclub only to find it too extreme for their tastes. Seth and Jasmine are able to find the perpetrator responsible for harassing her family and discover it's the local war veteran down the street and his family behind the trouble. Seth and Jasmine kiss before finally asking her out.
31"Rock Bottom"Episode 5TBASeptember 24, 2019 (2019-09-24)
Nancy announces her campaign for junior class president just as she is made chief editor of The Blaze. Seth takes Jasmine out on a date to an expensive restaurant in downtown Los Angeles, however, he forgets to switch his parents credit card with his own and accidentally pays for a $200 meal with their money. Jasmine fears her father won't approve of Seth. Pav tells Ozzy that someone gave him crystal meth but he is yet to try it. Ozzy warns Pav against it telling him it's not worth trying to prove his rising popularity. Max and Nancy are confirmed to be the final two candidates in the running for class president. Diana and Max spend more time together as they continue to bond being able to relate to each other's personal problems, however, Tiffany Samuels begins spreading a rumor that they are dating after seeing them together at the Santa Monica pier. Diana begins her first day as a model but struggles to fit in with the superficial personalities. Calvin and Kayla scold Seth for using their credit card and ground him. Jasmine's parents also find out and Ed forbids her to see Seth, fearing it will get in the way of her schoolwork. Pav goes against Ozzy's wishes and tries the crystal meth, however, he panics and calls him for help. Nancy is angry at Pav for missing the announcement of her campaign at the school assembly. Samantha and Ozzy prepare to make their relationship public, however, Samantha worries about her parents knowing she's been hooking up with Ozzy in their house. Max's parents take him out to dinner but he ends up having an argument with them instead. Portia walks in on her mother and Ricky having sex.

Pav comes clean to Nancy about why he missed the assembly and she breaks up with him. Portia moves out of her mother's home and in with her sister, Liza, who lives in Venice Beach. Liza and Portia haven't had the best relationship growing up but she lets her move in after hearing what happened with their mother. Ricky tries to get Portia back but she yells at him for having an affair with her mother and vows to never see him again. Max is congratulated by many of the jocks for "scoring" with Diana. Diana hears about this rumor and learns it originated from Tiffany. Samantha and Ozzy agree to hold off going public with their relationship due to Portia's recent drama with her mother. However, they are forced to come clean to Seth and Jasmine who catch them together. Seth and Jasmine continue to see each other, despite their parents' disapproval. Portia is tempted to start drinking again. Max convinces Diana to act as his beard, however, Diana feels it'll make it easier for people to label her a slut. Lionel finds out information about his father that puts him on edge. Pav's mother finds the empty bag that contained the crystal meth in his backpack and is forced to confess. Lionel confides in Seth that his father is embezzling money from an after school program he co-created to help at risk youth to stay out of trouble. Pav sneaks out of his house to participate in a competition with the Serpents which they win. Tiffany continues to spread false rumors which makes Max and Diana's situation worse. Diana and Tiffany have a heated argument in front of the school and has to be pulled away by Portia and Samantha. Ozzy says goodbye to Samantha before heading off to New Mexico to visit his mother for two weeks.
33"What We Can't Have"Episode 7TBAOctober 8, 2019 (2019-10-08)
Pav decides to visit Cosmo in Montana. Nancy chooses the obnoxious but experienced, Stanley Hall, as her new campaign manager while Max chooses Jasmine. A handsome jock named Jaden transfers to Nancy's AP English class and immediately catches her attention. Portia and Liza try to make the best of their living situation as they learn to co-exist with one another. Cosmo informs Pav that he's doing better and that his mental health is improving. Cosmo acknowledges his terrible treatment of Pav during their sophomore year and apologizes to him which Pav accepts. Max and Nancy's first debate goes well for both of them. Samantha finally tells Diana about her relationship with Ozzy. Jasmine's father finds her making out with Seth in the park and forbids them to ever see each other again. Ed shoves Seth to the ground after he talks back to him and forcibly drags Jasmine back to his car. Lionel confronts his father about the embezzlement scheme and confirms it. Diana and Max pretend to date in front of the whole school. Stanley makes it clear that he's in love with Nancy. With the Halloween dance approaching, Nancy thinks about asking Jaden. However, Jaden tells Nancy he's interested in Portia and gives her his number to give to Portia. Lionel returns to his house to find out his father fled after a warrant was set for his arrest. Samantha opens up to Portia and makes it known she misses Jake and never got a proper chance to mourn his death. Seth makes it clear to his father that he will find a way to keep seeing Jasmine. Nancy texts Jaden from her phone and pretends to be Portia.
34"Model Mayhem"Episode 8TBAOctober 15, 2019 (2019-10-15)
Lionel is forced to deal with the repercussions of his father fleeing the authorities. Nancy begins feeling guilty about pretending to be Portia while talking to Jaden. Diana is introduced to another teen model, Veronica Porter, who shows her the ropes of the agency, while another high ranking model, Dalya Sutton, see's Diana as competition. Samantha is missing Ozzy, who is still in New Mexico. Portia and Liza begin to clash as Portia judges and ridicules Liza's poor life choices. Pav's mother and father find out that he snuck out to the Serpents competition and force him to leave the group by threatening to send him to a boarding school in Dubai. Jasmine informs Seth that her father is sending her to a private school to separate them. Jasmine is left with no choice but to break up with Seth, leaving him heartbroken. Dalya hatches a plan to knock Diana down a peg. The paparazzi confront Lionel at his school and berate him about his father which leads to Lionel punching one of the photographers for invading his personal space. However, Max intervenes and is able to vouch for him to the principal and get him off the hook. Portia comes home to find Liza loaded with heroine with her junkie boyfriend. Seth confronts Jasmine's father about his ultimatum but he informs Seth that it was actually Jasmine's idea. Nancy tells Samantha about how she's pretending to be Portia to get Jaden to like her. Dalya purposely gives Diana the wrong address for a client in order to sabotage her chances with the Betsey Johnson campaign. Jasmine tells Seth that her father was right about her school performance in decline due to her focus being elsewhere. They both end on a sour note with Seth taking it personal. Portia moves out of her sister's apartment and in with Samantha and Seth. However, Ozzy returns from New Mexico with the intention of coming clean to Portia.
35"All Hallow's Eve: Part Deux"Episode 9TBAOctober 22, 2019 (2019-10-22)
Ozzy and Samantha are in a predicament after Mrs. Willett offers Portia to stay in their home. Ozzy is surprised when his childhood friend, Arlene, from New Mexico, arrives in Beverly Hills. Samantha is then bothered and jealous when Ozzy begins spending most of his time with Arlene. Lionel thanks Max for bailing him out and invites him to a basketball game, however, Max reluctantly accepts the invitation as they don't have much in common. Diana's modeling agents scorns her for being late to the interview and gives her a warning. Diana then confronts Dalya, who decides to play coy. Jaden tells Nancy that he would like to meet her and sets a date for the water fountain the next day. This leads to Nancy to go into panic mode and immediately call up Samantha who then makes her come clean to Portia. At first Portia is angry but then becomes sympathetic to Nancy's situation and decides to help her with Jaden. When Mr. and Mrs. Willett decide to go on a getaway to celebrate their anniversary, Portia decides to throw her annual Halloween extravaganza at the Willett's home, much to Samantha's excitement and Seth's disapproval. At first Max and Lionel's time together is awkward until they begin sharing their experiences about their parents and realize they have more in common than they though. Samantha demands Ozzy tell her what Arlene is doing in Beverly Hills. He then tells her than he ran into Arlene in New Mexico and she needs help getting away from an abusive ex-boyfriend. As the party begins, it quickly becomes out of control. Pav gets completely drunk while Jaden arrives and bumps into Portia and must pretend to like him. Meanwhile, Seth is forced to care for Pav who he knows isn't suppose to drink alcohol due to him being Muslim. Lionel then manages to get Max to loosen up by egging a house, unaware, that the house belongs to the principal. As the party grows too intense, the police arrive and arrest Seth after he takes the fall for the party.
36"Guilt Trip"Episode 10TBAOctober 29, 2019 (2019-10-29)
Calvin and Kayla are forced to bail Seth out of jail and immediately ground him for a month. Samantha feels guilty about not confessing but is held back from doing so by Portia. Pav is forced to question is faith after realizing he got drunk at the party. He confesses to his parents about what happened which results in Pav's dad striking him across the face. Seth must stay home and pass out candy as he is unable to attend the schools Halloween dance. Meanwhile, Jaden asks Portia to the dance but she rejects him. Portia then tells Nancy she must come clean to Jaden feeling she can no longer keep up the charade. Arlene begins staying with a relative in Beverly Hills and is enrolled at West Bev, much to Samantha's dismay. Ozzy wants to attend the Halloween dance with Samantha but are unable to until they come clean to Portia. Feeling helpless, Ozzy ends things with Samantha. Diana and Dalya are revealed to be the top two finalists competing for a spot in one of Betsey Johnson's fashion shows. Pav feels he may be growing depressed and calls Nancy for help, however, she ignores his calls as she is too hung up on the election. Lionel decides to ask out Arlene to the dance but she rejects him after revealing she has a crush on Max and would rather go with him. Ozzy and Samantha quickly reconcile after they apologize to one another. Samantha sets a date on when to tell Portia the truth. Diana invites Max to the agency and shows him around, where he's then introduced to, Alistair Mondale, a high ranking male model and aspiring rapper, who immediately takes an interest in Max. Meanwhile, Dalya takes Diana's phone and goes through her texts to find any incriminating information about her. Samantha comes clean to her parents about the party and is also grounded for a month. At the Halloween dance, Arlene begins to feel like Max is giving her the cold shoulder and confronts him. Max then decides to tell her that he's actually gay, becoming the second person he's ever come out to. Deciding to leave early, Portia, Ozzy, Pav, Max, Lionel, Arlene, Nancy and Diana accompany Seth and Samantha for the night.

Election day arrives at West Beverly and the students begin casting their ballots. Nancy is predicted to win the vote by a large margin due to her previous year as a successful class president. Dalya and Diana are brought to the Haverford Modeling Agency to receive the results and Diana is declared as the winner, upsetting Dalya who goes on a rampage in the changing room. Dalya who knows Diana attends West Beverly, contacts one of her friends, Tiffany Samuels, to conduct a plan. Nancy is stunned when her campaign manager, Stanley, suddenly kisses her, however, she rejects his advances. Arlene decides to give on and goes on a date with Lionel. With the help of Seth, Pav finally stands up to his father. The election results come in and Nancy wins by a 85% to 15% vote, nonetheless, Max congratulates her and accepts defeat, blaming Jasmine's sudden departure as one of the reasons his campaign faltered. Ozzy accidentally lets it slip that he lost his virginity to Arlene when he was thirteen, angering Samantha. Tiffany, knowing that Pav is close with Diana's group of friends, begins flirting with him. Lionel gets word that his father has been located and has been arrested. He visits him in jail and realizes his father is going to prison for a long time. Dalya sets her target on the people closest to Diana. Alistair drives to West Beverly after school one day to give Max a ride home, with Diana encouraging him to go for it. Before arriving to his house, Max lets it known that he isn't out and must drop him off a block before. However, before leaving him, Alistair gives Max a passionate kiss in his car. The Havenford Agency decides to have a benefit concert where Kayla is hired to host at the museum downtown. Pav invites Seth to join him in prayer and teaches him some of his Muslim traditions. They then go to a mosque where Pav feels he must seek forgiveness. Ozzy and Samantha reconcile and double date with Lionel and Arlene. Meanwhile, Nancy must figure out a way to end things with Jaden but instead decides to continue the charade.

As the night of the benefit arrives, thunderstorms and heavy rain rolls over Southern California. Nancy offers Max a chance to become her vice-president. Along with other fashion models, Diana walks the runway for Betsey Johnson. Dalya decides to "apologize" to Diana before enforcing her plan with Tiffany. Meanwhile, Tiffany manages to seduce Pav and gets him to reveal details about Lionel's fathers case, due to his own father being Luther's attorney. With half the school in attendance, Dalya, takes the microphone, pretending to give a speech in honoring Betsey Johnson. However, Dalya instead pulls up screenshots of Diana's text messages and reveals to everyone that Max is gay, outing him. Max, horrified, immediately leaves. Ozzy and Portia attempt to take the microphone away from Dalya until she begins reading texts detailing conversations between Samantha and Diana how Portia can't find out about her and Ozzy being together. This causes Portia by surprise and stops Ozzy from taking the mic, letting Dalya continue. Diana can't do anything except cry and beg Dalya to stop. Calvin manages to cut the mic just as Dalya is revealing details about Luther Morris' case, however, the damage is already done. A screaming match ensues between Portia, Samantha and Ozzy before Portia slaps Samantha and calls her a slut. Nancy attempts to intervene by defending Samantha, which prompts Portia to tell Jaden the truth about her scheme. Meanwhile, Lionel confronts Pav, knowing his father is his family's attorney. This causes Lionel to punch Pav and almost beat him before being pulled away by Mr. Hendricks, Mr. Willett and Seth. Jaden is disgusted with Nancy and humiliates her in front of the crowd by calling her pathetic. Nancy is left with no choice but to run. Diana confronts Dalya just as she's leaving with Tiffany and the two get into a physical altercation. Alistair attempts to comfort Max but Max feels he was in on it as well. Meanwhile, Max's father is comforting his hysterical mother. A night of chaos finally comes to an end as Mr. Willett orders Ozzy to leave their home, causing Samantha to have a meltdown. Meanwhile, Portia moves back in with Liza. Once he arrives home, Max is confronted by his parents and he is forced to tell the truth. His father then beats Max severely, leading to him being rushed to the hospital with a brain bleed.

A month has passed since Dalya's exposed Samantha, Ozzy and Max. Samantha and Ozzy are still seeing each other and are now publicly official to everyone. Max is still recovering in the hospital and social services informs him that they will be removing him from his parents care for the time being. This prompts Ozzy to comfort Max having first hand experience with foster homes. Max's friends come out in support of him now that everyone is aware of his sexual orientation. Upon returning to West Beverly, Nancy makes a stunning announcement and resigns as junior class president, giving the title to Max, effective immediately. Calvin is reluctant to approve of Samantha and Ozzy dating but Kayla convinces him to let her be. Pav attempts to apologize to Lionel but instead it almost results in another fight. Arlene threatens to break up with Lionel if he doesn't get his anger under control. Nancy isolates herself from all her friends and she is constantly ridiculed in school and on social media. When returning to work, Diana confronts Dalya once again but is restrained by Veronica and Alistair. Portia is too humiliated to return to West Beverly especially after ignoring everyone over Christmas break. However, Seth visits Portia and confronts her about her behavior which only results in an argument. Lionel's father's case takes a hit after Dalya's revealing information leaks to the tabloids. Nancy apologizes to Jaden but he ends things with her. Max returns to West Beverly and receives a warm welcome from the student body. Portia decides to find a new group of friends, starting with Tiffany and her lapdog, Susie.

The time has come for everyone to begin figuring out the college they want to attend. Calvin goes on a tirade after finding Ozzy and Samantha in bed together. Calvin kicks out Ozzy and forbids them from seeing each other again. Arlene and Seth accompany Lionel to his father's first court hearing. Nancy tells Pav that she's considering transferring schools. Pav loses it when he see's Portia hanging out with Tiffany and berates them both, leading to Pav getting beat up by members of the football team. Seth and Ozzy come to his defense which escalates into a massive brawl in the quad. Arlene is then suspended after she shoves Tiffany to the ground and begins punching her in the face, angry for what she did to Max. Samantha sneaks out at night to see Ozzy. Max is placed under the care of his grandmother in Woodland Hills. Meanwhile, Alistair has a difficult time getting in touch with Max and asks Diana for her help. Upon realizing he had no part of Dalya's plot, Diana agrees. Portia turns to drinking again after her fights with Liza become worse. Kayla tells Calvin that it'll become impossible to separate Samantha from Ozzy and trying to will only make her even more rebellious. Samantha and Diana decide to visit Nancy who has become depressed since being humiliated in front of half the school. They take her out to the mall only to be publicly ridiculed by Tiffany and her crew. Dalya comes across videos of Diana online when she did cam shows. Diana convinces Max to meet with Alistair. Nancy and Pav meet up again and embrace as they share an emotional reunion.

Max and Alistair reconcile and plan a date together. Pav convinces Nancy to stand up for herself and not let anyone push her around. Portia begins to feel remorse when she witnesses Tiffany picking on Max. Tiffany and her parents have decided to press charges against Arlene and faces possible expulsion. Calvin suspects Samantha has been sneaking off to be with Ozzy. Samantha fears she might be pregnant after becoming nauseous in class. Lupe, Diana and Dalya's agent, informs them she selected them, along with Alistair, to walk the runway for New York Fashion Week. Luther catches a break in his case leaving Lionel ecstatic at the possibility his father will walk free. Nancy returns to West Beverly and stands up to Tiffany when confronted. Pav tries to find evidence that will exonerate Luther in hopes of rekindling his friendship with Lionel. Luther confesses to Lionel that he is guilty of his crimes but did what he did to prevent their family from filing bankruptcy. Lionel realizes his father lied to him and storms out. Instead of the proper date he envisioned, Alistair brings Max to one of his recording sessions, leading to disappointment. Lionel is stunned when Pav comes to him with possible evidence that could clear his father. Instead, Lionel takes the papers and throws them in the fire place. Lionel then apologizes to Pav and appreciates his help leading to their reconciliation. Samantha confides in Nancy that she's late and tested positive on a pregnancy test and the two decide to visit a doctor. Diana invites Max to accompany her to New York as her plus one. The doctor informs Samantha that she is three weeks pregnant.

Diana and Max fly to New York for fashion week with Lupe also bringing Alistair and Dalya as her top three favorite models. Diana's parents also accompany her to New York. Due to the lawsuit being brought upon the school, the principal is left with no choice but to expel Arlene. Samantha tells Nancy she's pregnant with Ozzy's baby and expresses how scared she is to tell everyone. Seth and Pav spend their weekend trying to study for the SATs, however, they keep getting distracted and procrastinate. Fearing he'll lose his daughter, Calvin apologizes to Ozzy and gives his permission for them to date. Max tells Diana that he feels out of place with Alistair and his social crowd. Diana, Dalya and Alistair catch the attention of photographers and fashion designers while at fashion week. Dalya is devastated when her favorite fashion designer, Tom Ford, offers Diana a modeling contract over her. At an afterparty, Alistair manages to sneak in Diana and Max. Diana becomes concerned when she see's Dalya drunk and snorting heroine where she is then taken upstairs by two random guys. Diana intervenes with the help of Alistair and manage to get Dalya to safety. Samantha and Nancy think of ways to tell her parents and Ozzy that she's pregnant. Dalya has an emotional breakdown and threatens to commit suicide with broken glass from a bottle. Diana learns that Dalya comes from a troubled past: her mother pressuring her to do beauty pageants from a young age, her former agent sexually assaulting her and being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes as a child. Diana is able to convince Dalya to put down the glass and then takes her to the hospital where Diana is told that Dalya was roofied. Alistair takes things too far when he attempts to have sex with Max when he isn't ready. Portia returns home to find Liza has overdosed. Arlene ends things with Lionel and tells him that she's moving back to New Mexico.

Portia is shaken up after taking Liza to the hospital due to her overdose. Arlene leaves Beverly Hills without saying goodbye to Lionel, leaving him heartbroken. Diana and Max return to Los Angeles after fashion week. Max tells Diana that Alistair was drunk when he attempted to have sex with him. Lupe informs Diana that Dalya has been dropped from The Havenford Agency. Diana realizes that signing with Tom Ford would mean she'd have to move to New York. Seth learns that his ex-girlfriend, Jasmine, is missing. Andre warns Seth to leave him and his family alone. Diana decides to throw a party to celebrate her success. Nancy's childhood best friend, Dexter, arrives in Beverly Hills after moving from Utah. However, not all is as it seems as Nancy feels they don't have much in common anymore. Samantha tells Nancy that she's thinking about having an abortion. Portia realizes Tiffany isn't a real friend after she blows her off to go to the mall instead of visiting her and Liza at the hospital. Portia then runs into Samantha and Nancy at the hospital. Although Nancy isn't ready to forgive her, Samantha and Portia reconcile. Lionel helps Seth in trying to track down Jasmine and learns that Jaden Stevens hangs out with the crowd she's involved in. Nancy becomes embarrassed when her mother forces her to invite Dexter to Diana's party. Alistair once again tries to apologize to Max but is rejected. Max begins to notice that Alistair has a drinking problem. Portia helps Samantha think of a way to tell Ozzy she's pregnant. Jaden takes Lionel and Seth to Compton, suggesting Jasmine is probably being trafficked. Jaden is able to diffuse a situation after they almost get carjacked at gunpoint. They then learn that Jasmine is most likely in Las Vegas after being kidnapped and given to a pimp. Max gives in and performs oral sex for the first time on Alistair after being pressured. After returning from New Mexico after taking Arlene back, Ozzy arrives in Beverly Hills and is told by Samantha that she's pregnant with his baby.

Ozzy is taken back by Samantha's news but vows to help her raise the baby. However, Samantha shocks him when she tells him she's getting an abortion. Alistair tries to persuade Max to try ecstasy. Dexter begins to annoy Nancy as he begins following her around everywhere. Portia has a long talk with Ozzy about where they stand and what he's going to do about the baby. Diana's mother convinces her to move to New York and take the modeling contract. Seth seeks help from Pav due to his expertise in hacking and coordination. A reluctant Max begins using drugs with Alistair even though he doesn't want to. Ozzy and Samantha think of a way to tell her family that she's pregnant. Nancy and Portia reconcile after she apologizes. Diana confronts Alistair about his influence on Max. Andre overhears Seth's plan and demands they bring him along to find his sister. Lionel, Seth, Andre and Pav set off for Las Vegas to find Jasmine and bring her back. Alistair takes Max out on a date for Valentine's Day. Nancy sits down Dexter to talk and makes it clear she's a changed person. Dexter also reveals that he's being sexually abused by his father's boss. Ozzy and Samantha prepare to tell her parents until they find out Seth has gone missing as well, not knowing he went to Las Vegas. Kayla and Calvin immediately call the police and a search ensues in the area. Upon arriving in Las Vegas, Pav manages to locate the people that are rumored to be holding Jasmine hostage. Seth is heartbroken when he witnesses Jasmine, clearly drugged, prostituting. Alistair convinces Max to try molly which leads him to collapse and suffer a seizure.

Ozzy, Samantha and Portia manage to activate a tracker in Seth's phone and realize he's in Las Vegas. Calvin and Kayla, along with Pav and Andre's parents, set off for Las Vegas. Alistair doesn't know what to do when Max ends up collapsing on the floor. He begins to panic as he calls Diana but then realizes Max has stopped breathing. Nancy comforts Dexter as she suggests he tell his father about what's happening, however, he rejects the notion. Seth makes the mistake of walking up to Jasmine as he is immediately threatened, leading to Lionel to jump in and save him. Diana urges Alistair to call an ambulance but does it herself after she realizes that he's not in the right state of mind. Dexter makes Nancy promise that she won't say anything to anyone. Diana berates Alistair as they accompany Max to the ER. Diana is then left with the task of calling Max's parents. Diana tells Alistair to never contact Max again. Seth, Lionel, Andre and Pav are surprised to see their parents at the front door of their hotel room. All four are left with no choice but to confess everything. The police then intervene in attempting to rescue Jasmine and do so successfully. However, Jasmine is admitted into the hospital and won't be allowed to leave until she rehabilitates. Ozzy, Portia and Samantha rush to the hospital after hearing about Max. Furious with what he did to Max, Ozzy attempts to find Alistair. Ed and Judith Robinson thank Seth and Lionel for finding their daughter, however, they refuse to let Seth see her. The rest of the gang then visit Max upon returning to Beverly Hills. Nancy is left with a difficult dilemma as she ponders whether to gain additional help for Dexter.

Seth is devastated when he hears Jasmine's family moved away to an unknown location. Calvin tells Seth that they will most likely be going into a witness protection program. Max is released from the hospital but not before his parents give him major restrictions, including not being able to see his friends. Nancy tells Samantha about Dexter's situation and she urges her to tell his parents immediately. Tiffany instructs Susie, her lapdog, to spy on Portia and her friends. Seth, Pav, Lionel, Nancy and Portia finally take their SATs. Samantha, Ozzy and Diana decide they won't be taking theirs while Max reschedules his for a later date. Max tells Diana that he considers his relationship with Alistair over as he hasn't heard from him since his seizure. Susie pretends to be friends with Portia and Samantha in order to get information back to Tiffany. Ozzy and Samantha prepare to tell her parents about her pregnancy. However, these plans are placed on hold when Ozzy's mother, Rosa, comes back from rehab. Pav's confidence over his SAT begins to turn to gloating and bragging, annoying the others. Nancy sits down Dexter's parents and tells them the truth which causes Dexter to run away. Lionel takes an interest in Susie. Ozzy and Samantha sit down Calvin, Kayla, Seth and Rosa and finally tell them about her pregnancy.

Everyone's SAT results come in and Pav manages to score the highest out of everyone, making Nancy jealous. Nancy feels responsible for Dexter running away as his parents struggle to find him. Lionel decides to ask out Susie to prom and she accepts. After banning Ozzy from ever seeing his daughter again, Samantha faces a difficult decision on her own about keeping the baby. Ozzy tells his mother about Samantha previously discussing thoughts about an abortion, angering her. Portia and Tiffany have an intense argument in the middle of class and Susie pretends to take Portia's side. Seth is suspended from West Beverly after punching Ozzy in the face. Pav is instructed by the principal and his counselor that the College Board suspects he cheated on his SAT. Nancy manages to find Dexter in one of the spots they use to hang out as kids and convinces him to return home. Dexter's parents plead for his forgiveness as they decide to move back to Utah. Nancy suspects that Susie has ulterior motives and decides to confront her. Rosa confronts Calvin and Kayla and demands an abortion be out of the question. Max's high-achieving older brother, Bradley, returns from Dartmouth for spring break. Rosa goes against Ozzy's wishes and has Seth arrested for assault. Diana develops a crush on Bradley. Max is assigned to tutor West Beverly's star quarterback, JJ Giffords. Bradley tells his parents that he's dropping out of Dartmouth and moving back to Beverly Hills. Also, Max comes out as gay to his brother who informs him he already knew and didn't care. Pav is ridiculed at West Beverly after word gets out about the scandal. Lionel confronts Nancy about her ambush on Susie. Samantha confirms to Portia and her mother that she wants to go through with an abortion, meanwhile, Rosa notifies the Willett's that she's hired a lawyer. Seth vows to destroy Ozzy's life.

Pav maintains his innocence as his father threatens to file a lawsuit against the College Board. Nancy has a difficult time believing Pav due to her own bias insecurities. Rosa threatens Kayla while out grocery shopping. Max is left frustrated when JJ doesn't put in the effort to go to his tutoring sessions. Susie and Nancy are paired up for the research project. Samantha tries to get in touch with Ozzy but Rosa forbids it. Pav and his parents feel they are being discriminated against due to their race and religion. Max warns Diana about his brother's commitment issues. Susie begins to feel guilty about her plan with Tiffany after Lionel surprises her with a romantic gesture. Kayla makes an appointment with the doctor to schedule Samantha's abortion. Ozzy and Samantha find an opportunity to meet. Samantha eventually convinces Ozzy that he needs to let her make the decision when it comes to her body. Although reluctant at first, Ozzy comes to support her decision and they reconcile. Liza is released from rehab and Portia comes face to face with her boyfriend who gave her the drugs, Damien. Pav and Nancy have a falling out after she doesn't believe him, however, he gets Lionel to stand by his side. Tiffany suspects Susie is losing sight of the plan and blackmails her. Max goes to JJ's house to tutor him and JJ confides in him about his severe anxiety. Max warns Bradley to not hurt Diana if he does end up asking her out. Stanley asks out Nancy to prom and she accepts. Bradley tells Diana he'd rather remain friends leading Diana in deciding to take the modeling contract and move to New York. Susie reports back to Tiffany about Portia, Samantha and Diana's personal lives; also warning her about Nancy's suspicions. Samantha finally has her abortion which results in doubting her decision afterwards.

Ozzy tells his mother that Samantha had the abortion which leads her to confront the Willett's and smash their car. Portia and Damien struggle to get along as she feels he's been a bad influence on Liza. Tiffany prepares to follow in Dalya's footsteps and plan her own exposé with the information she received from Susie. Pav and his family go to the media to publicly shame the College Board which ends up working in their favor. Nancy attempts to apologize to Pav but he rejects it. Lionel tells Seth that he's beginning to have legitimate feelings for Susie. Max is stunned when JJ ends up kissing him during one of the tutoring sessions. Ozzy is devastated when his mother is arrested and realizes she is most likely going to prison for a long time. Samantha stands up to her father and insists she will continue seeing Ozzy despite his objections. Calvin ends up slapping Samantha, leading for her to run away and Kayla be upset with him. Bradley realizes he wants to be more than just friends with Diana. Susie conducts a plan to put a stop to Tiffany's exposé. Damien insists he's a changed person, however, Portia is skeptical. Pav ends up making headlines after his family's accusations against the College Board which results in the latter filing a counter-lawsuit. Samantha and Seth have an intense argument after he openly objects to her dating Ozzy. Max discovers that JJ is gay but isn't out to anyone, however, he stops coming to his tutoring sessions. After some investigative reporting, Lionel discovers that the College Board has a history of racial bias and plans to run an article on The Blaze. Bradley asks out Diana to her prom but she declines his offer. Damien begins flirting with Portia but she does not welcome his advances. Pav is able to prove to the College Board he did not cheat on his SATs resulting his public ridicule towards it. JJ confesses to Max that he's in love with him.

Max begins to fool around romantically with JJ during their tutoring sessions. Lionel publishes his article about the College Board and makes national headlines once again. The College Board terminates the employees responsible for the mishap and provide an apology towards Pav and his family; they also drop the lawsuit. However, Ammar, Pav's dad, isn't ready to drop theirs. Bradley once again asks out Diana to prom in a public display and she has no choice but to accept. Portia and Samantha decide to plan a going away party for Diana. Ozzy and Samantha begin staying with Diana as Kayla figures out a way to get her to come back home. Lionel and Susie share their first kiss. Tiffany demands incriminating photographs of Portia, however, Susie stands up to Tiffany and backs out of the plan as her feelings for Lionel begin to turn real. Susie also manages to destroy all the information she relayed back to Tiffany by asking Pav to hack into her phone. Kayla threatens to leave Calvin if he ever hurts their children again. At Diana's going away party, Tiffany shows up uninvited determine to take down Susie for her betrayal. Bradley kisses Diana and gives her his class ring as his way of proving his feelings. This leaves Diana with major doubts about departing Beverly Hills for good. Seth and Ozzy talk out their differences and reconcile as Seth learns to accept his relationship with his sister. Pav pleads with his father to drop the lawsuit. Tiffany exposes and publicly humiliates Susie at the party. Lionel dumps Susie after she confirms the revelations. Meanwhile, Samantha and Portia berate Susie before forcing her to leave. Meanwhile, Jaden walks in on JJ and Max in bed and takes a photo without them knowing.

As prom night approaches, Susie tries to get Lionel's forgiveness. Samantha, Diana and Portia all ignore her as well. JJ panics when he's sent an anonymous text message of the photo of him and Max in bed. The anonymous person blackmails JJ, telling him to quit the football team and gives him until the fall season to do so. Lionel is nominated for a journalist award due to his recent work. Ammar is adamant in going after the College Board with the lawsuit but Pav wants to put the scandal behind him. Samantha returns home as Calvin apologizes for his behavior. Ozzy returns to his old house, now abandoned. JJ ends things with Max due to the threatening text messages. Nancy attends prom with Stanley and Diana attends with Bradley. In a surprising move, Pav breaks with his father and publicly condemns his lawsuit. While home alone, Damien sexually assaults Portia in her bedroom. Bradley assures Diana that he'll wait for her. Susie has a mental breakdown as her social life spirals out of control. Diana ends up being crowned prom queen before leaving for New York that same night, leaving Bradley heartbroken. Portia cries herself to sleep in the shower as she washes out blood as a result from being raped. Nancy ends up sleeping with Stanley. Seth is stunned when Sara, his ex-girlfriend, shows up at his doorstep.

Two months into their summer vacation, the gang tries to make each moment count before beginning their senior year at West Beverly. Meanwhile, Diana is taking the modeling industry by storm in New York, with billboards of her going up across the country. However, not all is as it seems the more homesick she becomes. Nancy has begun dating Stanley over the summer but is ridiculed for being with him after undergoing a makeover and climbing in the social ranks. Portia tries her best to forget the memory of her being raped by Damien. Pav is facing tension at home ever since going against his father's lawsuit. Due to his son's actions, Ammar was forced to drop the lawsuit. Seth has begun seeing Sara over the summer break, much to Samantha's disapproval who feels she's a bad influence. After being isolated by all her friends, Susie struggles to cope, leading Lionel to show sympathy. JJ does his best to purposely avoid Max all summer as he contemplates quitting the football team. Meanwhile, Max figures out who sent the threatening message to JJ. Ozzy does his best to show positivity even though he's living in various homeless encampments across Los Angeles. Diana is immediately smitten by Rex Johnson, a high profile male model she's paired up with for a campaign. Susie kisses Lionel which upsets him. Samantha and Sara clash during a double date with their boyfriends, Ozzy and Seth. Portia does her best to not anger or upset Damien who she fears. While at a party looking for JJ, Max comes to Portia's rescue when he witnesses her getting drunk and being taken to a bedroom by three random guys. Max is left with a bruised eye but is saved by JJ. Max is heartbroken when JJ introduces him to his girlfriend, Summer. Sara tries to convince Samantha that she's a changed person. With his newfound confidence, Pav manages to get a girls number, unbeknownst to him it's Luna Cordova, Ozzy's younger sister.
53"Bonfire Blues"Episode 2TBAAugust 18, 2020 (2020-08-18)
Diana begins to have second thoughts about moving to New York and expressed them to her mother, however, she temporarily forgets when Rex asks her out for coffee. Max goes to West Beverly to confront Jaden about the photo he sent to JJ. Samantha and Ozzy think of a plan to get rid of Sara. Susie's mother, Mallory, begins to grow worried when she stops eating. Nancy fears that Portia is returning to her old drinking habits. Pav and Luna begin sending each other flirtatious texts. Ozzy introduces Samantha and Lionel to Luna. Max manages to get Pav to hack into Jaden's phone to delete the photo and afterwards issues Jaden an ultimatum. After being stood up by Rex for their second date, Diana tells her mother she's ready to return to Beverly Hills. Damien threatens to hurt Liza if Portia ever tells anybody about what he did to her. Max grows increasingly jealous of JJ and Summer. Ozzy is stunned when Luna introduces him to her date, Pav. Nancy decides to confide in Susie that she's breaking up with Stanley before school starts. Ozzy isn't comfortable with Pav and Luna going out on a date. Diana is told the reason Rex stood her up is because he's in the hospital after being struck in a hit-and-run incident. During a bonfire, Susie has too much to drink and accidentally tells Summer and JJ that Nancy is dumping Stanley. JJ then tells Stanley who confronts Nancy. Samantha is annoyed by Ozzy's fixation on Pav and Luna at the bonfire. While in the restroom to vomit, Susie walks secretly observes Sara injecting a needle into her arm. Nancy berates Susie for not being able to keep her secret. Susie tells Seth about what she saw Sara doing but he doesn't believe her. Ozzy warns Pav to break things off with his sister or else. Rex and Diana share their first kiss as they spend their second date in his hospital room.
54"Summer Nights Are Nigh"Episode 3TBAAugust 25, 2020 (2020-08-25)
Samantha walks in on Susie throwing up in the bathroom and suspects she might be pregnant, unaware of her bulimia disorder. Diana struggles in deciding whether to move back to Beverly Hills or remain in New York. Portia decides to visit Diana in New York and fills her in on all the drama that's occurred over the summer. Max and JJ share a kiss in the park. Ozzy unsuccessfully tries to get Luna to end things with Pav. Susie tells Samantha about what she saw Sara doing in the restroom the night of the bonfire. They both then work together to expose her to Seth. After Nancy's makeover, Lionel starts to take an interest in her. Pav makes the mistake of standing up to Ozzy who retaliates by punching him in the face. Sara convinces Seth to start getting high with her. Diana becomes worried when she finds a flask in Portia's purse. Max and JJ continue to fool around in secret which makes JJ feel guilty about cheating on Summer. Samantha and Susie confront Sara in front of Seth by dumping all of her belongings on the ground, revealing a variation of pills and other harmful substances. This causes Sara to have an emotional breakdown. Luna tries to get Pav to have sex with her but he puts a stop to it. Susie becomes jealous after she see's Lionel and Nancy hanging out together. After confronting Portia, she lets it known that she was raped by Damien. Diana then realizes she has to return to LA to care for Portia thus ending things with Rex. Seth berates Samantha for the way she conducted exposing Sara and demands she stay out of his personal life from now on. Max tells Nancy that he's falling in love with JJ but knows he can't have him. Samantha confronts Susie about the possibility of her being pregnant but Susie accuses her of invading her privacy. Knowing from experience the trouble that can ensue, Samantha decides to tell Lionel.
55"The Final Year Before the Rest of Our Lives"Episode 4TBASeptember 1, 2020 (2020-09-01)
The gang begins their senior year at West Beverly. Lionel is petrified at the thought of becoming a father. Meanwhile, Samantha becomes upset when she see's a mother and her baby. Diana and Portia return to Los Angeles. Seth tells Ozzy that Sara got sent to a rehabilitation facility in Hawaii. Luna is mad at Pav for rejecting her advances. Nancy announces her bid for senior class president, surprising no one. Max ends up getting paired with Summer as his lab partner whereas Susie and Nancy are paired together. Lionel confronts Susie about the possibility of her being pregnant. The gang welcomes back Diana with open arms. Portia is horrified when Liza walks onto campus and to her classroom to ask for money to buy drugs. Luna and Pav decide to skip school together to spend it at the beach. This leads to Nancy feeling she's a bad influence on him. Max asks JJ to end things with Summer but he refuses. Lionel is made chief editor of The Blaze. Seth finds it difficult to concentrate in trigonometry due to his teacher's, Mrs. Belknap's good looks. Susie confronts Samantha about what she told Lionel. After realizing Pav and Luna absent from school, Ozzy leaves to go search for them. Lionel is relieved to find out Susie isn't pregnant but worries something may be wrong with her. Diana tries to convince Portia to report Damien to the police. After finding Pav and Luna, Ozzy threatens to kill Pav is he doesn't leave his sister alone before dragging her away. Max becomes annoyed with Summer's perfect persona. Portia begins attending group therapy and meets a boy, Emmett, who suffers from depression and anger issues. Susie passes out and suffers a seizure in the middle of class.
56"Looking For The Light"Episode 5TBASeptember 8, 2020 (2020-09-08)
Susie is immediately taken to the hospital after her collapse and Lionel rushes to stay by her side. Portia comes to the realization that Liza's drug addiction is becoming worse. Susie's parents blame Lionel for her sudden rebellious nature. However, they are stunned to learn from the doctor that she's been diagnosed with bulimia nervosa. Nancy tells Pav that she thinks Luna is a bad influence on him, causing them to fight. After his talk with Nancy, Pav only feels more determined to be with Luna. Ozzy and Luna argue about their past, present and future. Portia is drawn to Emmett from group therapy after he finally opens up about his life, detailing that his parents absence and lack of attention have led him to abuse cocaine and alcohol. Portia learns that Emmett is from Hamilton High School, West Bev's rival. Max tells Diana that after she left for New York, Bradley dropped out of Dartmouth and remained in Beverly Hills. However, Bradley soon moved to a hippie commune in the San Gabriel Mountains and hasn't been seen since. Max and Summer bump heads while paired for an assignment together. After feeling isolated from Pav and Ozzy, Luna runs away. Seth earns the first "F" of his life after failing his math exam. Mrs. Belknap then provides Seth with opportunities to improve his grade. Samantha goes to the hospital to apologize to Susie, who forgives her. While at the hospital, Samantha suffers a breakdown after wandering through the maternity ward. Portia arrives home to find Liza unconscious with Damien standing over her. Emmett, who drove her home, notices the commotion and intervenes by tackling Damien to the ground. The police are called, however, Damien manages to escape before they can arrive.
57"Desperately Seeking Diana"Episode 6TBASeptember 15, 2020 (2020-09-15)
Diana decides to go searching for Bradley to convince him to return to school. Max and Nancy join Diana on a road trip and skip school. Ozzy asks for Pav's help to find Luna. Portia feels like Emmett unleashed a lot of his anger on Damien and wonders what else has happened to him. Seth tells Mrs. Belknap that he's struggling to understand the material from the other tutors she recommended. Mrs. Belknap sets up a meeting with Calvin and Kayla to talk about Seth's struggles. Lionel vows to not leave Susie's side again. Samantha is frustrated due to Ozzy being distant. Nancy and Diana advise Max to get over JJ because he isn't prepared to make that big of a leap in his life yet. Susie becomes mute and refuses to speak with Lionel or her parents. Pav and Ozzy get word that Luna was seen hitchhiking on the 405. Portia admits Liza into rehab and is forced to move out. Samantha and Kayla offer Portia to stay with them as Kayla attempts to get in contact with her mother. Mrs. Belknap informs Calvin that she suspects Seth suffers from dyslexia. Things become awkward when Diana, Max and Nancy are made to conform to the commune's dress policies and other mannerisms in order to see Bradley. Portia opens up to Emmett and lets him know about her alcoholism, her family troubles and her rape. Luna is rescued by Pav when a trucker attempts to manipulate her into getting into his truck. Seth is diagnosed as dyslexic by a psychiatrist. Nancy tells Max that she still likes Pav. Emmett takes Portia to Mulholland Drive at night where they share their first kiss. Ozzy comes to see how much Pav cares for Luna. Diana finally meets with Bradley but he refuses to return home. Lionel returns to Susie's hospital room to find her gone. Max returns to West Beverly to end things with JJ.
58"School-Crossed Lovers"Episode 7TBASeptember 22, 2020 (2020-09-22)
Lionel is able to locate Susie at the beach by herself and the two bond before sharing a kiss. Mrs. Belknap offers Seth personal tutoring sessions at her house. Portia opens up to Samantha about her new boyfriend, Emmett. Meanwhile, Samantha and Ozzy spend most of their time arguing. Pav and Luna finally go public with their relationship. Before Max can end things with JJ, they end up hooking up. Diana decides to stay at the commune until she can figure out a way to convince Bradley to come back. Samantha worries that Ozzy may be cheating on her with someone in his neighborhood after he refuses to let her stay at his house for the night. Susie's father makes it clear he doesn't approve of Lionel but bites his tongue for his daughter's sake. Nancy and Luna have a difficult time getting along. Samantha is put in charge of the annual senior scavenger hunt involving West Beverly and Hamilton High competing with one another; things become complicated when Samantha realizes that Emmett attends Hamilton. Nancy's senior class president campaign is sabotaged by students from Hamilton. After Hamilton takes the lead over West Bev, Samantha makes it clear she doesn't like Emmett, which upsets Portia. Seth unintentionally flirts with Mrs. Belknap. At the commune, Bradley opens up to Diana and reveals how broken he became when she left him. After a passionate embrace, Bradley decides to return home with Diana. Ozzy gets called to the principal's office after they are made aware he no long lives at his former address, leading them to conduct an investigation. Max finally ends things with JJ after being unable to see him with Summer. Lionel's cousin and childhood bestfriend, Wade, comes to visit.
59"Love, JJ"Episode 8TBAOctober 6, 2020 (2020-10-06)
Ozzy is forced to tell Samantha that he's been living in a homeless encampment for the past 4 months. Samantha begs her father to help Ozzy but he refuses. Ozzy is told the district will be transferring him to a school in East L.A. Nancy wins senior class president in a landslide victory. Luna pressures Pav into having sex but he isn't sure if he's ready yet. Susie isn't sure she's ready to return to West Bev. Diana wonders if she gave Bradley the wrong impression after he calls her his girlfriend to his friend. Seth begins to grow jealous of Lionel and Wade's friendship. After a stunning defeat in the scavenger hunt, Samantha is told that there is a mole at their school where she suspects Emmett as the culprit. Samantha, Seth, Lionel, Nancy, Pav, Diana and Max say goodbye to Ozzy as he prepares to transfer. Diana reassures Bradley that they are not a couple. Ozzy is placed in a foster home due to him still being seventeen. Nancy fears a relapse of her anxiety as college admission deadlines loom. During a pep rally, JJ stuns the school by coming out as gay. In the process he declares his love for Max. Portia is stunned to see Susie at her group therapy. Pav and Luna finally have sex. Samantha calls out Emmett at the pep rally, turning the entire school against him and angering Portia. Wade lets Lionel know that he's going to finish his senior year at West Beverly, leaving Seth unsure about how this will affect their friendship. Summer is left humiliated after the pep rally. Lionel's grandmother, Sandra, receives tragic news after returning from the doctor's office and makes Wade promise not to say anything.
60"Fast Times at Belmont High"Episode 9TBAOctober 13, 2020 (2020-10-13)
Ozzy is placed into a foster home in East LA and now lives in the projects. He struggles to get along with another one of the foster kids, Mario. Now attending Belmont High, Ozzy struggles to fit in and bumps head with Paco, a popular gang member. Ozzy then realizes that Mario is a part of Paco's gang. Ozzy meets Izzy and Mikey, social outcasts at Belmont who guide him. Victor, Paco's best friend, is ordered to fight Ozzy and initiate him into their gang. However, Ozzy wants no part in it resulting in a brawl between him and Victor and Paco. Ozzy meets Karla, a beautiful popular girl at Belmont, who is assigned to be his lab partner. Ozzy, Paco and Victor are suspended for two days after getting into a fight. Paco threatens Ozzy after seeing him talking to Karla, who is his girlfriend. Mikey and Izzy inform Ozzy about Paco and Karla's past. Samantha shows up on Ozzy's doorstep after being concerned. Mario is tasked to keep a close eye on Ozzy. Mikey tells Ozzy how Paco mugged him one day after school in eighth grade for not getting them an A on a group project. Mario fails to convince Ozzy to join their gang. After leaving his house, Samantha runs into Paco, who attempts feel her up, leading to Ozzy to slash him with a knife. Paco then declares war on Ozzy and warns Samantha he'll be back for her. Ozzy realizes his life is in more danger than it's ever been.
61"Another Manic Monday"Episode 10TBAOctober 20, 2020 (2020-10-20)
Samantha's school performance begins to decline due to her concern for Ozzy. While walking to school, Victor and part of Paco's gang ambushes him. Mikey is beaten and sent to the hospital. Paco threatens Ozzy and warns him to stay away from Karla. Bradley is determined to win back Diana. Samantha's leadership in the scavenger hunt creates tension between West Bev and Hamilton. Portia bonds with Susie in group therapy. Luna grows distant with Pav as she worries for her brother's safety. Max is concerned after JJ misses three days in a row from school and doesn't return his calls. Lionel stumbles upon his grandmother's medical bills and confronts Wade about it. Seth bonds with Mrs. Belknap during tutoring as she begins to open up about her personal life and her struggling marriage. Kayla grows worried when she receives a call from the principal detailing her academic process and for her responsibility in creating tension with Hamilton. After a falling out with Lionel, Wade seeks comfort in Nancy. During a sleepover, Portia witnesses first hand how strict Susie's father can be when he yells at her. Pav tells Luna he loves her which scares her away. Lionel accompanies his grandmother to chemotherapy after being diagnosed with bone cancer. Ozzy tells Karla they can't be around each other anymore but only becomes drawn to her more. Mario apologizes to Ozzy for helping Victor jump Mikey. Luna goes to east LA to see Ozzy but runs into Paco.
62"Slumlords of Dogtown"Episode 11TBAOctober 27, 2020 (2020-10-27)
Mario tells Paco that Luna is Ozzy's sister and ends up taking her back to his house. Karla confronts Paco and threatens to break up with him, however, he hits her and puts a knife to her throat. Pav becomes worried after not hearing from Luna and frantically asks around. Max decides to go to JJ's house and learns from his mother that he's been sent away but isn't told where. Seth finally snaps at Wade and accuses him of trying to come in between his friendship with Lionel. While at the grocery store, Sandra ends up collapsing. Wade tells Seth the situation with Lionel's grandmother which makes him feel guilty for his dislike towards Wade. While at the hospital visiting Mikey, Ozzy learns that Paco has his sister which causes him to go after him. Izzy attempts to stop Ozzy but fails. Samantha goes to east LA to speak with Ozzy but he yells at her to go back to Beverly Hills and calls her spoiled, leaving her confused and hurt. Portia and Susie dedicate a day to themselves by going to the spa and flirt with boys there. Seth, Wade, Nancy and Lionel visit Sandra at the hospital. Lionel calls Susie and is surprised to hear one of the cabana boys answer her phone. Desperate for answers, Pav eventually learns from Samantha that Luna has been taken by Paco. Max goes to Diana for help to try and find JJ's whereabouts. While driving to Paco's house, Ozzy spots Luna on the side of the road. Luna explains that Paco wanted to scare Ozzy and intimidate him to let him know what he's capable of. Ozzy feels that Paco crossed a line and see's no choice but to kill him. Nancy and Wade share a kiss. Susie and Portia arrive at the hospital to be with Lionel but he dumps Susie. Karla goes to see Ozzy to try and convince him to flee. Her presence and touchiness also catches Samantha's attention.
63"A Burden On Society"Episode 12TBADecember 1, 2020 (2020-12-01)
Samantha can't help but control her jealousy when Karla is near Ozzy. Luna begs Ozzy to leave Paco alone but he feels he will always have a target on his back for not joining his gang. Wade and Nancy make their relationship official. Lionel learns that he's received a scholarship from Harvard University. After learning that Paco took Luna, Mario leaves his gang and attempts to apologize to Ozzy. Susie is confused after she isn't as upset as she thought she'd be when Lionel broke up with her. Lionel and Wade receive a good prognosis from Sandra's doctor. Bradley accompanies Diana and Max in trying to find JJ. Pav and Luna argue after she refuses to leave her brother's side and return to Beverly Hills. Portia feels like Emmett is angry with her due to what Samantha did at the pep rally. Emmett is upset that Portia didn't stand up for him. Samantha becomes passive aggressive with Karla. Seth and Mrs. Belknap share an intimate moment in her classroom after she brushes her hand over his. Summer tells Max that she learned that JJ was sent to a conversion therapy boot camp in Florida. Samantha finally manages to change Ozzy's mind and he asks her out to the winter formal at Belmont. Lionel is surprised that Susie hasn't attempted to get a hold of him. Bradley and Max share a brotherly bonding moment and comforts him after learning what happened to JJ. Diana is touched by his affection and later kisses Bradley. Portia worries that Susie may be suffering from depression. Ozzy buys a gun.
64"Ashes, Ashes"Episode 13TBADecember 8, 2020 (2020-12-08)
Bradley and Diana get back together. Nancy is jealous about Lionel's acceptance to Harvard. Emmett invites Portia over to meet his parents, however, his mother and sister are not fond of her. Max goes to the school counselor and asks to help JJ. Ozzy saves Karla from Victor who tries to forcefully take her to Paco. Nancy begins a new job interning at city hall. Ozzy stashes the gun away and decides to leave Paco alone. Karla and Ozzy share a kiss but immediately regrets it. After an argument, Emmett roughly shakes Portia, leaving her with a bruised arm. Lionel and Wade are told by the doctor that their grandmother can now enter a partial remission. Pav wants Luna to meet his parents but she isn't interested. Max is able to get the principal involved to locate JJ and rescue him. However, JJ's strictly religious parents fight back which results in a lawsuit. Seth is confused about Mrs. Belknap's possible feelings for him. Susie begins to open up more to her therapist. While at Belmont's winter formal, Ozzy and Samantha spend the night together. Meanwhile, Mikey is released from the hospital and goes with Izzy as friends. This is when Izzy comes out to Mikey and Ozzy as lesbian. Max makes the bold move to go to the media with JJ's story. Pav ponders if he has a future with Luna. While leaving the Belmont gymnasium, Ozzy and Samantha run into Paco, Victor and the rest of his gang. Ozzy and Paco argue while Karla tries to come in between them. Two people in a car ride past the group with uzi's and open fire, killing Victor, while wounding Ozzy in the leg. Seth returns to West Beverly late at night to find Mrs. Belknap in her classroom grading papers. Mrs. Belknap seduces Seth and they have sex.
65"We All Fall Down"Episode 14TBAJanuary 12, 2021 (2021-01-12)
Ozzy is arrested after his foster mother finds his gun and calls the police. Meanwhile, Paco is always arrested due to his gang affiliation. Seth returns from winter break and finds it too awkward to concentrate in Mrs. Belknap's classroom. Max learns that JJ has returned from Florida thanks to his effort in going to the media. Rumors start going around that Luna cheated on Pav with Jaden Stevens at a party. Susie suspects Emmett has been physically abusing Portia due to the new bruises visible on her body. Seth and Mrs. Belknap continue to sleep around during school hours in her classroom and in her car. The judge tells Ozzy he will be spending one month in juvenile hall in Fresno. Samantha confronts Karla and threatens her to stay away from Ozzy. Max notices a drastic change in JJ's personality who is now more quiet, antisocial and afraid. Bradley takes out Diana on a romantic date that doesn't go as planned after his car breaks down. Mrs. Belknap begins sending nude photographs of herself to Seth. Karla comes on to Ozzy again and attempts to have sex with him, however, he pushes her away which angers her. Luna confesses to Pav that she cheated on him which leads to their breakup. Susie witnesses Emmett slap Portia and has no choice but to intervene. Lionel visits his father in prison. Seth forgets his phone at Wade's house after a night of studying. While going to return it, Seth's phone receives a nude photograph of Mrs. Belknap which Wade see's. Karla is determined to have Ozzy to herself. JJ tells Max he's going to live with his aunt in Seattle. Pav is suspended for punching Jaden. Emmett attempts to apologize to Portia but Susie prevents him from seeing her.
66"Here's To You, Mrs. Robinson"Episode 15TBAJanuary 19, 2021 (2021-01-19)
Wade suspects Seth is having an affair with their english teacher but he isn't sure if he should confront him. Max is heartbroken after JJ leaves Beverly Hills. Luna attempts to make up with Pav but turns her down after remembering his talk with Nancy. Lionel almost gets into a fight with Emmett after he see's him shoving Portia into a wall. Ozzy is placed into juvenile hall. Meanwhile, Samantha is annoyed when she runs into Karla when going to visit him. Samantha tells Ozzy that Karla has ulterior motives but he dismisses her worries. Lionel talks to Susie about Portia's situation. Samantha decides to go to Mikey and Izzy for help. Nancy is ecstatic to be working as an intern in Representative Jack Hudson's office, however, she embarrasses herself when first meeting him. Lupe informs Diana about a gala she's hosting and invites her to meet new clients. Diana decides to bring Max as her plus one in order to get his mind off JJ. After witnessing Mrs. Belknap feel up Seth's back in class, he decides to confront him about the affair. Seth makes Wade promise not to say anything to anyone and assures him he'll end the affair. After his break up with Luna, things start to look positive for Pav after Wade tells him Summer has a crush on him. Lionel and Susie tell Portia to dump Emmett. Ozzy is unable to get over his guilt of kissing Karla. Portia attempts to break up with Emmett but he only grows angrier and vows she'll never leave him. Lionel prepares for his interview with a Harvard admissions counselor. Nancy is attracted to Jack. Izzy and Mikey inform Samantha about Karla's troubled past involving drugs and abuse. Diana and Max attend Lupe's gala and are stunned when they run into Rex and Alistair. Mrs. Belknap grows jealous when she see's Seth flirting with Susie. Ozzy confesses to Samantha that he and Karla kissed.
67"My Bloody Valentine"Episode 16TBAFebruary 9, 2021 (2021-02-09)
Seth and Mrs. Belknap are almost caught in bed when her husband arrives home from work early. Samantha is heartbroken after she learns that Ozzy cheated on her. Alistair tries to get into contact with Max after leaving the gala upon seeing him. Meanwhile, Diana is ecstatic that Rex is in Beverly Hills but worries the spark between them is still there. Lionel learns he's been accepted into Harvard University. Ozzy gets beat up in juvenile hall. Nancy is warned by an assistant at city hall about Jack's predatory behavior towards younger interns but she dismisses them. Pav asks Summer out to the Be My Valentine dance, whereas Seth decides to ask Susie in front of the whole school. Mrs. Belknap asks to speak to Seth after class and berates him for asking out Susie. Emmett attempts to apologize to Portia for his behavior and undergoes a mental breakdown. Nancy is asked out to lunch by Rep. Hudson so she can assist him with paperwork. However, Nancy is caught off-guard when he rubs her hand. Samantha visits Ozzy after he's placed in intensive care to treat his injuries and asks for a break in their relationship which Ozzy refuses. Alistair corners Max on his way to school and begs him for another chance, claiming he's now sober. Diana comes to Max's rescue and threatens Alistair to leave him alone. At the dance, Mrs. Belknap can't keep her attention away from Susie and Seth. Wade then goes up to Mrs. Belknap and confronts her about her relationship with Seth. Karla visits Ozzy and wants to make things official between them but he yells at her, accusing her of ruining his relationship. Pav embarrasses himself in front of Summer after his clumsiness gets the best of him. Bradley takes Diana to the dance and she tells him about her past with Rex. Wade threatens to expose Mrs. Belknap's relationship with Seth and is stunned when she comes on to him. Emmett strikes Portia after she hits him back, breaking her nose.

Mrs. Belknap breaks down and pleads for his forgiveness and Seth comes to the realization she isn't mentally stable. Calvin, Kayla and Samantha receive a visit from Sandra and Wade who tell them about Mrs. Belknap and Seth. Bradley isn't happy about Rex being in town and takes out his frustrations on Diana. Portia begins to fear Emmett; after going to the hospital, a nurse suspects an abusive relationship between them and offers to help Portia. Alistair isn't ready to give up on Max. Seth arrives home to find everyone waiting for him. Kayla, especially, is heartbroken that Mrs. Belknap took advantage of his vulnerability and their hospitality. Calvin and Samantha want Seth to turn Mrs. Belknap in to school officials and then go to the police but Seth refuses. However, Wade manages to change Seth's mind when he admits she came on to him right after the dance. Lionel berates Wade for coming in between Seth and Mrs. Belknap, arguing it's every teenagers dream. Portia is too scared to accept the nurses help and goes home with Emmett. Diana and Bradley argue about Rex. Calvin calls the school principal to inform him about the affair. Hours later, Mrs. Belknap is arrested. Samantha and Seth argue about why he didn't tell her, seeing as they always told each other everything. The next morning at West Beverly, the entire school knows about Seth and Mrs. Belknap's affair thanks to Lionel. Mrs. Belknap's husband files for a divorce after her face is plastered on every news station in Southern California. Susie is humiliated and mocked for dating Seth and resorts to another breakdown in the girls restroom. Nancy, Samantha, Pav and Max receive their acceptance letters from California University. Meanwhile, Susie learns she's been rejected. Lionel wants to attend Harvard but doesn't want to leave his grandmother in Beverly Hills by herself after Wade receives a football scholarship from Berkley. Seth and Wade testify against Mrs. Belknap who breaks down in court. Alistair asks Max for one last chance but Max tells Alistair to earn it. Nancy brushes off the idea that Rep. Hudson came onto her and dismisses it as misreading the situation. Pav's mother convinces him to celebrate his father's birthday by going out to dinner. Ozzy is released from juvenile hall and returns to Belmont. Izzy and Mikey inform Ozzy that Karla won't give up that easily on him. Meanwhile, Ozzy needs help getting Samantha to forgive him. Portia attempts to visit her friends at the hospital but Emmett forbids her to leave. Lionel, Wade and Samantha grow suspicious of Portia's absence and decide to drive to Emmett's house. Ammar dies with Pav and Frieda by his side. Pav is heartbroken over his father's death. Lionel, Wade and Samantha confront Emmett at his house, however, he threatens them with a pocketknife before Wade and Lionel wrestle him to the ground. Meanwhile, Samantha finds Portia who has a bloody lip, broken nose and broken ribs. Wade and Lionel threaten to kill Emmett if he ever comes near Portia again. Days after his father's death, Pav struggles to cope with the loss. The only person Pav allows to visit him is Nancy. Seth, Samantha, Calvin and Kayla arrive at the court house to hear the judges verdict about Mrs. Belknap. The judge sentences Mrs. Belknap to four years in prison for statutory rape. While being dragged away, Mrs. Belknap exclaims her love for Seth angering Kayla who shouts at her. Rex tells Alistair that he vows to fight for Diana. Meanwhile, Alistair's music begins to grow in popularity online. Everyone tries to be there for Pav as they attend Ammar's funeral. Seth attempts to apologize to Susie. Nancy tells Samantha and Diana about Rep. Hudson and they urge her to expose him. Samantha is unable to forgive Ozzy yet. Diana and Bradley argue about Rex again. Pav kisses Nancy.

Samantha is nearly run off the road by Karla. Susie doesn't see a future for herself where she's happy. Portia forgives her mother and moves back in with her. Rep. Hudson makes another pass at Nancy at his office and attempts to kiss her. Nancy threatens to report Rep. Hudson but he mocks her. Alistair introduces Max to his group of friends, who see Max as being too preppy for their crowd. Pav has a mental breakdown in his father's office before Nancy arrives to take care of him. Rex kisses Diana. Lionel makes his decision about going to Harvard and settles on leaving. Seth attempts to get ahold of Susie after hearing about her parents' divorce and her rejection letter from CU. Susie begins to sink deeper into depression as she ignores everyone trying to get into contact with her. Wade makes the ultimate sacrifice and decides to attend California University, thus remaining in Beverly Hills and staying to care for Sandra. Samantha visits Ozzy to inform him what Karla did to her. Along with Mikey and Izzy, they conduct a scheme to get rid of her once and for all. Mario takes an interest in Portia but she doesn't feel ready to attempt another relationship so soon. Portia begins suffering from PTSD, believing Emmett is following her and in her house. Marianne considers getting Portia a therapist. Alistair and Max go suit shopping with Lionel and Seth. Portia tells Nancy she's afraid to be with another guy. Just as Janet is about to go to the tabloids, Rep. Hudson pays her a visit and offers her $800,000 to stay silent. Karla threatens Samantha and Ozzy with a knife. However, Samantha records their entire encounter and the police are called. With the police on their way, Karla confesses her love for Ozzy and slits her wrist. Everyone begins to get ready for their senior prom. Meanwhile, Ozzy and Samantha argue on whether to attend West Beverly or Belmont's prom. Nancy refuses to speak to her mother and begins packing early to leave for college. Diana and Rex decide to attend her prom together. Seth decides to skip his prom and remain with Susie. Ozzy and Samantha attend West Beverly's prom with Portia and Lionel. Nancy is confused about Pav's feelings for her as he continues to push her away. Alistair and Max attend prom together. Wade becomes Nancy's last minute date to the prom. Max makes it clear to Alistair he wants to lose his virginity on prom night. Bradley slashes Rex's tires and keys his car in the hotel parking lot outside the prom. Stanley informs Nancy he's in the running to become valedictorian. Pav decides to attend prom and finally leaves his house after weeks in isolation. Diana is crowned prom queen and Max is crowned prom king. Afterwards, Susie finds out that she was initially placed on the waiting list at California University but due to an error rejected her application. However, they've now accepted her application. Nancy and Stanley are called to the principal's office so a valedictorian can be chosen. Nancy ends up being chosen over Stanley. Nancy forgives her mother for taking the hush money from Rep. Hudson, however, stays adamant on her decision to move out. Rex confronts Bradley over what he did to his car and the two get into a physical fight. Susie asks for Seth to help her through her rehabilitation period. One of Alistair's raps becomes a hit on the radio stations. Portia and Mario get to know one another. Samantha is upset that Ozzy isn't going to continue his education. Lupe tells Diana and Rex they've been hired to model as a couple for a Calvin Klein campaign. Ozzy graduates from Belmont with his friends in attendance. The next day, Diana, Lionel, Max, Nancy, Pav, Portia, Samantha, Seth and Susie graduate from West Beverly. Pav gets a special recorded message from Cosmo, who's now living in Europe. Cosmo invites Pav to join him in Europe for the summer. Portia decides to throw a graduation party at her house. Bradley apologizes to Diana before confirming he's moving to Australia. Pav invites Susie and Seth to join him in Europe with Cosmo for the summer.

The day of Portia's party, everyone begins to prepare for a final blowout. Alistair invites Max on his radio tour across the country, spanning a month. Samantha tells Ozzy she can't be with him if he doesn't set any goals or ambitions for himself. Nancy decides to take matters into her own hands and let Pav know she loves him. Lionel and Wade are in charge of buying the snacks and drinks for the party. However, they realize they'll be late after Lionel gets a flat tire. Seth, Susie and Pav stop by Portia's party only to say goodbye to everyone. Portia is annoyed that Tiffany Samuels invited herself to her party. Nancy arrives to the party too late but figures she could race Pav to the airport and meet him there. Alistair invites Max to permanently move in with him in his trailer. While changing the flat tire, Lionel and Wade are racially harassed by drunk people across the street from them. Diana bids farewell to Portia and Samantha before leaving for New York with Rex for the summer. As her friends depart one by one, Portia realizes she fears being alone. However, things begin to look up when Mario arrives and keeps her company. Samantha and Ozzy break up. Nancy arrives too late at the airport as Seth, Susie and Pav have boarded an airplane bound for Europe. While moving his things into Alistair's trailer, Max is concerned after finding a small bag full of cocaine hidden underneath Alistair's bed. Portia is startled after believing she saw Emmett in the crowd at her party. Struggling to fix the tire, a police car pulls up behind Lionel and Wade. The policeman interrogates the two boys and subtly accuses them of drinking. The tension escalates once the policeman takes it upon himself to search his car. Lionel refuses to let him go through his car but Wade holds him back. The policeman holds up a gun and points it at Lionel as the three argue and Wade desperately tries to defuse the situation. However, Wade turns his back and puts his hands into his pocket before being shot in the back by the policeman. The policeman calls for back up as Lionel holds a bloody Wade in his arms, sobbing hysterically as he begs someone to help.

Thanks to Lionel, the shooting was captured on his phone and the police had no choice but to release the body-cam footage after public outcry. Sandra is working closely with Wade's lawyer to make sure he receives justice. Meanwhile, protests against the LAPD escalate as the investigation continues without trial. Portia feels guilty about sending Lionel and Wade to get beverages for her party and blames herself. Meanwhile, Samantha has been trying to get in touch with Ozzy who has ignored her calls after she dumped him. Seth calls in on Lionel to make sure he's doing fine. Nancy grows jealous after she see's Pav with another girl on his Instagram story. She later learns from Seth that Pav has a new girlfriend named Jori. Max grows depressed on Alistair's radio tour due to him always being busy. Diana becomes uncomfortable after she's told that she'll be posing nude with Rex for a photoshoot. Max and Diana connect and both realize they're homesick. Sandra gets a call from Wade's lawyer that Hank Crenshaw will be arrested and charged with negligence, abuse of power, excessive force and attempted murder with a possible additional hate crime charge.

Seth, Susana, Pav and Jori decide to visit the countryside in Prague before returning to the resort in Italy. Nancy stalks Jori's social media and discovers she's a recent high school graduate from Utah who will be attending California University. Lionel decides to go against his grandmother's word and seek help from his father, who is still in prison. Pav confides in Seth and tells him he's fallen in love with Jori. Nancy goes to Samantha for advice but is brushed off due to her concern in finding Ozzy. After Mario moved to Texas over the summer, Portia's loneliness has resorted to her drinking heavily again. After a night out of partying in Prague, Seth, Susana, Pav and Jori make the fatal of error of getting into a car they think is their Uber. It's not until the driver passes their destination that they realize they're being kidnapped. The driver takes their phones at gunpoint and drives two hours out of the city into the countryside until reaching an old warehouse. Seth and Pav come to the realization that they plan to dispose of the men while trafficking the women. Lionel's father rejects his pleas for help and orders him to never visit him again, still angry over his sons betrayal. With the trial about to begin, Lionel, Wade and Sandra prepare with their attorney, Mindy. Seth and Pav manage to drive away in the car they were kidnapped in. Upon reaching the United States Embassy, they decide to return home immediately, fearing they are being followed or tracked. Portia and Nancy exchanged secrets: Nancy still being in love with Pav and Portia having been in contact with Ozzy this entire time.

Portia tells Nancy that she and Ozzy have been reconnecting. Nancy tries to convince Portia not to try anything with Ozzy due to his fragile relationship with Samantha. Max becomes upset after Alistair doesn't introduce him as his boyfriend but rather a friend during an interview. Diana's morals and determination are put to the test when Lupe informs her that the photographers want her and Rex to act out a love scene for their ad. Officer Crenshaw's trial begins with Sandra, Wade and Lionel in attendance. Portia, Samantha and Nancy also show up to support them. Ozzy and Portia secretly meet before the two embrace for a kiss. Ozzy wants to go public with their relationship, however, Portia refuses due to her friendship with Samantha. While being comforted by Nancy, Lionel kisses her, much to her surprise. Calvin, Kayla, Mallory and Frieda are horrified to learn about Seth's encounter with human traffickers in Prague as they await his return to Beverly Hills. Hank Crenshaw makes the startling revelation that he found a gun in Wade's car. Wade and Lionel are shocked by this allegation due to neither of them ever owning a gun. Alistair is asked to perform at a local music festival which frustrates Max. However, tensions escalate when Alistair invites a fan from the crowd onstage and kisses him. Afterwards, Alistair and Max argue which ends in Alistair striking Max in the face. Diana tells her mother that she wants to quit the campaign and return home. Lupe informs Rex that Calvin Klein wants to book both he and Diana on a full spread photoshoot while signing them to Elite Model Management in Paris, Rome and Beijing. Rex realizes that Diana leaving would prevent him from achieving his goal.

Max is devastated after Alistair hits him and believes him to be on drugs, specifically cocaine and heroin. While Alistair is in the shower, he goes through his phone and finds texts from a boy named Julian, the fan he brought onstage to kiss. Nancy tells Lionel that she isn't interested in having a relationship with him due to being in love with Pav. Rex threatens Diana to stay on the campaign. Susana and Seth grow closer after their ordeal in Prague. Pav bids farewell to Jori who returns to Utah. Kayla and Calvin throw Seth, Susana and Pav a big welcome home party at their house. Lionel apologizes to Nancy for kissing her. Samantha is relieved to see Ozzy at the party but is stunned when he arrives with Portia. The two come clean to Samantha about their relationship which upsets her greatly. Samantha has a public meltdown before accusing Ozzy and Portia of betrayal. Nancy meets with Pav and she tells him she's happy that he's found a new girlfriend. Lionel is forced to leave the party early after his grandmother calls him to tell them that Mindy has news for them. Mindy informs Sandra, Lionel and Wade that they've managed to gain another witness, Blanca, in the case that will vouch for them. Rex and Diana argue as she prepares to leave New York. While performing one of his shows, Max leaves Alistair for New York. Ozzy and Portia enjoy being an official couple again. Mallory's mother has devastating news for Susana: she has breast cancer that has spread to her bones.

Susana accompanies her mother to the hospital to get an MRI scan. Sandra is harassed in the supermarket by a couple who supports Hank. Meanwhile, Lionel receives a threatening message taped to his car. With the help of Calvin, Mindy hires an investigator to determine the source of these harassments who she suspects might be linked to the police. Seth tells his mother about the incident in Prague who insists they inform the authorities. While accompanying Pav and Seth to the mall, Nancy overhears Pav's phone conversation with Jori and realizes she needs to move on. She then decides to send Lionel a text. Pav has a moment to himself to grieve over his father's passing. Nancy is left to make a difficult decision after both Portia and Samantha request to be her roommate in college. Susana tells Seth about her mother's fatal diagnosis. Mindy tells Lionel, Wade and Sandra that the witness will be testifying in their favor. Seth and Pav bond as they both share intimate details about their lives to one another. Nancy chooses Portia to be her college roommate, leaving Samantha by herself. At the courthouse, Blanca tells the jury she originally saw the officer pull over Wade and Lionel for no reason and that afterwards Wade walked over to the trunk to retrieve his gun but was stopped by Lionel. Mindy is stunned and objects, accusing her of lying under oath. Wade and Lionel ensue in a screaming match with Officer Crenshaw as the judge is left with no choice but to adjourn due to the chaos.

Wade begins to accept the possibility that Officer Crenshaw will be walking free. Lionel advises him to not give up as he suspects that someone threatened the witness into lying. Sandra discovers that the case is taking a toll on her financially. Mindy informs everyone that the trial will be coming to an end and that the jury will soon deliberate. Samantha begins to ignore all of her friends, even Seth, who refused to take her side. Max arrives in New York only to find Diana miserable and helpless. Rex runs into Max and threatens him to stay away from Diana. Meanwhile, Max decides to visit Lupe and Lucille and inform them of Diana's situation. Ozzy accidentally calls Portia by Samantha's name during sex, which greatly upsets her. Lionel's cell phone footage proves to be useless due to him turning on his phone after the witness's time frame. As a large crowd gathers outside, many rally in support for Wade, who is convinced justice will not be served. The judge hands the case to the jury who deliberate the charges. Lupe it stunned to hear she's out of a job after Rex filed a complaint for sexual harassment. Diana confronts Lupe who confesses to sleeping with Rex. Diana realizes that Rex is closer than ever to getting complete control of her. Max punches Rex in the face which results in him being arrested. Sandra, Wade, Lionel, Mindy, Calvin, Kayla, Portia, Ozzy, Pav, Seth and Nancy arrive at the courthouse for the jury's decision. Officer Hank Crenshaw is found to be not guilty of abuse of power, excessive force and attempted murder. However, he's found guilty of negligence and sentenced to 50 hours of community service.

Two days have passed since the judges verdict on Officer Hank Crenshaw. Wade ends up giving a statement to the public vowing to fight for justice in a civil manner and to refrain from violent protesting. Wade tells Lionel and Sandra he's going to take Berkeley's offer to attend their school and thus move to San Francisco. Diana's attempts to reach Max's parents for help but her calls are ignored. Eventually, she and her mother make enough money to Max out on bail as he awaits to face a judge. Diana tries to convince Rex to drop the charges but he refuses unless she stays in the modeling contract with him. Nancy attempts to kiss Lionel but he pushes her away, upsetting her. Mallory begins undergoing chemotherapy. Susana tells Seth she's terrified of being without her mother. Diana gets Rex to drop the charges against Max in exchange for staying in her contract. However, Max isn't happy with the end result. Jori visits Beverly Hills and spends most of her time with Pav. Portia grows worried about Samantha's distant behavior. Max and Diana provide the police with proof that Rex blackmailed her after secretly recording him. Rex is arrested and immediately dropped from the Calvin Klein campaign. Diana is made an offer to appear by herself but declines due to her desire to return to Beverly Hills for good. Wade gives Lionel his blessing about dating Nancy and advises him to go after her. The first semester at California University has officially begun and most of the gang works to get acquainted to the new normal. Diana feels left out after everyone leaves for college so she decides to enroll at LA City Community College. Lionel is surprised to be recognized by many of his classmates and professors from the trial. Due to all the attention he's receiving, including girls, Lionel tells Nancy he would rather remain friends. Susana and Seth drive to California University together but she struggles to stay focused as her mind lingers about her mother. Ozzy and Portia make up and he offers to drive her to her first day of college after she spent the night. However, on the way there his car breaks down on the highway, making her late. Max, Jori and Pav drive to school together and he comes clean about his relationship with Alistair. Max reveals he's been ignoring Alistair's calls and texts. Samantha and Sydni bond over their similar interests: including social justice and equality. However, Sydni takes it a step further and educates Samantha on the capitalistic societal structure that has "overtaken" the United States. With frustration setting in, Portia and Ozzy begin to argue. Eventually, Diana picks up Portia and drives her to school. Portia then tells Diana she's been having doubts about getting back together with Ozzy. Lionel is stunned to see Blanca in his introduction to ethnic studies course.

During their second week of classes, rush week has begun and Portia, Susana, Nancy and Jori consider joining a sorority. Seth, Lionel and Max are approached to rush Alpha Epsilon Pi, the top fraternity on campus with a notorious reputation. Meanwhile, Pav looks to join the CU Undergraduate Student Government and pursue a path in politics. Lionel and Seth give Max advice on how to end things with Alistair without fighting. Portia, Susana, Nancy and Jori meet Nadine, the recruiter for Gamma Phi Beta. While at the Gamma house, the girls bump into Tiffany Samuels who is also rushing. Max finally calls Alistair but is stunned when Julian Gable answers the phone. Julian informs Max that Alistair is his now and to stop calling him. The two exchange insults before Max abruptly ends the call. Seth overhears and Max finds solace in him after breaking down. The girls are introduced to Gamma Phi Beta's president, Kylie Watson, a confident voluptuous blonde who looks like you should stay on her good side. Over at the Alpha house, the boys meet the chapters president, Clay Harbour, a handsome, confident, muscular jock who looks like he can get any girl he wants. Alongside Clay is Ted Bush, his obvious right-hand man with a snarky personality to go with it. Lionel is recruited by CU's newspaper. After the first meeting, Gamma Phi Beta sends out notices to the girls who've made it into the next round and to the girls who have been cut. Portia, Nancy and Jori all make it through except Susana. Over at Alpha Epsilon Pi, Max, Lionel and Seth all make it through. Diana and Max have a movie night to help him cope with his break-up.
85"We're Not in West Beverly Anymore"Episode 10TBASeptember 21, 2021 (2021-09-21)
Diana begins her first day at LA City College and feels left out from her friends at CU. Sydni and Samantha continue to bond over politics and their shared philosophies and ideals. Pav is put through a rigorous interview by the president of the CUUSG, Fernando "Fernie" Esparza. Ozzy drives over to California University to look for Portia after she's been ignoring his calls but instead bumps into Samantha. While walking out of class, Blanca pulls Lionel aside and asks to speak to him but he refuses. Nancy also decides to join the CUUSG, much to Pav's discomfort. Nancy is reassured that she should have no problem winning treasury secretary seeing as no other candidate has entered the race. Samantha and Ozzy talk over their break up and attempt to mend fences. Diana meets Rena at community college and the two immediately hit it off after they smoke marijuana together. Pav is instantly accepted into the CUUSG due to his impressive resume, however, Fernando isn't as welcoming. Meanwhile, Nancy is taken back when a girl named Amelia declares she's running against her for treasury secretary. Samantha and Ozzy spend the entire day together and end on good terms, with Samantha feeling it's time to move on while Ozzy second guesses his past decisions. Blanca corners Lionel in the library and confesses that she was threatened along with her family and thus was forced to lie in court. Lionel doesn't forgive her and blames her for letting a murderer walk free. Sydni decides to take Samantha to an underground party and introduces her to some of her friends, a discreet group made up of self proclaimed anarcho-communists. Sydni introduces Samantha to Cleo, co-leader of the California University Communist Organization, one of many underground college communist networks across the country. Cleo reveals their actual leader and group founder, Keon Sly, won't be able to make that night's gathering. Samantha is intimidated by the groups secrecy but interested in their cause.

Samantha visits Nancy and Portia's dorm to mend fences. Portia and Samantha reconcile after the latter feels ready to move on. Susana tells Seth that she feels she was eliminated in Gamma Phi Beta's first round because she's black. Lionel tells Seth about Blanca being in one of his classes. Ted overhears this and offers to make her life miserable, however, Lionel believes him to be joking. While in the quad, Portia, Nancy and Jori experience mild hazing under the reign of Kylie and Nadine. However, Kylie makes a specific request for Portia: to kiss the first guy she finds attractive. Portia chooses Clay, the president of Alpha Epsilon Pi and Kylie's ex-boyfriend. Susana decides to take the day off and visits her mother in Beverly Hills, who reveals that her condition has worsened. Meanwhile, at the Alpha house, Clay, alongside upperclassmen Ted and Matthias, haze the new pledges. Things take a turn for the worst during an alcohol binge competition when freshman, Tyler, collapses. Max argues with Ted and Clay on what they should do; Max wanting to call 911 while the duo wants to abandon him at the hospital front door. This eventually leads to tension between Max and the fraternity. Nadine bonds with Jori and reveals to her that they kicked out Susana because the chapter has never accepted a dark skin girl. Cleo finally introduces Samantha to Keon, the founder of CUCO. Keon makes it clear that he doesn't think Samantha has what it takes to join due to her wealthy upbringing in Beverly Hills. This makes Samantha upset and tells Sydni she won't be joining. Jori tells Portia what Nadine told her about Susana and also that Clay is in fact Kylie's ex. Lionel is frustrated after noticing that professors and students are giving him special treatment, believing it stems from the sympathy due to the media exposure. Tyler is able to recover at the hospital, however, Clay, Ted and Matthias inform the rest of the freshman recruits they will be accepting everyone as long as they help cover up what really happened to avoid the chapter from being suspended. Seth, Lionel and Max are hesitant to along with this idea but ultimately comply after hearing Tyler will be fine. Alpha Epsilon Pi then takes an oath to protect each other. Feeling guilty about kissing Clay, Portia calls Ozzy to make up.
87"What Are You Fighting For?"Episode 12TBAOctober 5, 2021 (2021-10-05)
Seth and Max finally move into their dorm room at California University after repairs are completed, however, it turns out everything is still as broken as before. Rena invites Diana to a party in East Compton. Sydni and her boyfriend, Owen, try to get Samantha to reconsider joining CUCO. Meanwhile, Cleo teases Keon about his obvious crush on Samantha. Lionel finally snaps and tells his classmates to stop treating him differently before storming off. Amelia can't help but mock Nancy's attempt at appealing to student voters for her treasury secretary candidacy. Amelia calls out Fernando for picking on Pav, noting he's intimidated and fearful that he'll be replaced by someone well-liked and respected. Ozzy confides in Max and tells him that he's still in love with Samantha. Max advises Ozzy to leave things as they are and try to repair his relationship with Portia seeing Samantha has moved on. Pav decides to apply for an internship at the LA mayor's office, however, only one will be selected to join. After signing up, Pav see's Fernando has also submitted an application. Max decides to block Alistair and Julian on all social media networks seeing as Alistair's sudden rise in fame is preventing him from ignoring the new "it" couple in Hollywood. Seth questions whether they're doing the right thing in covering for Alpha Epsilon Pi. Diana joins Rena at the party in East Compton and immediately feels out of place when she arrives. She spends most of the night alone but meets Rayvon after he saves her from two guys harassing her. Thanks to Ted, campus begins to ostracize Blanca after it gets out that she was the anonymous witness who lied on the stand. While eating lunch, Blanca is confronted by members of the CU Black Student Union and condemned. Lionel see's this and immediately puts an end to the spectacle. Rena is visibly annoyed after an ecstatic Diana tells her about her night with Rayvon. Samantha decides to join Sydni and Cleo in a protest organized by CUCO outside the CUUSG headquarters, while avoiding Keon. They tell her that Fernando, a registered Republican, is fighting to publish a manifesto online of the students attending California University who are undocumented. However, the protest escalates to violence when Fernando comes outside to confront them and calls Samantha a whore after getting in his face. Owen gut punches Fernando with the help of Keon. Samantha pulls back Keon and the two escape before security arrives. Back at CUCO's headquarters, Keon praises Samantha for her bravery and she dedicates to joining the group for the greater good.
88"That Night At Alpha Epsilon Pi"Episode 13TBAOctober 26, 2021 (2021-10-26)
Keon and Owen get word that Fernando's family is planning on pressing charges for the scuffle, therefore, the dean feels she is left with no choice but to expel them both from the university. Ozzy gets a job at an auto shop. Alpha Epsilon Pi plans a Halloween bash at the fraternity house. Ted runs into Nancy and invites her to the party, however, she has to decline due to a debate she's preparing for against Amelia. Susana informs Seth that she plans on confronting Kylie and Nadine at the party, however, he advises her not to which leads to an argument between them. Ozzy takes Max's advice and makes reservations for a dinner date with Portia by using his entire month's paycheck to pay for it. Meanwhile, Clay personally invites Portia to his party. Portia then reveals to Nancy that she might be falling for Clay. Max runs into Matthias in his poly sci class and the two bond over their professor's boring lecture. Lionel checks to see how Blanca is doing, however, she thinks he's the one who told everyone about her involvement with the trial. After receiving a call from Kylie, Nancy finally feels a part of the popular group and gives into her temptations by going to the party. At the Alpha's Halloween bash, Susana makes up with Seth. She's unable to resist confronting Kylie and calls her out as a racist in front of the entire party. She turns to Seth for support but he stands down and leads her to dump him. Portia texts Ozzy that she won't be able to make their date and lies by telling him she needs to study. At the party, Portia and Nancy get drunk. Max receives a notification that Alistair and Julian are engaged, ruining his mood for the night. Lionel almost gets into a fight with Ted at the party after he ridicules Blanca. Nancy has too much to drink and begins dancing in her underwear on top of the stairs before removing her bra. Seth runs after Susana but she berates him for not supporting her. Seth drives to visit Ozzy and the two have a heart-to-heart over their relationships. Ozzy then see's Portia tagged in a photo of herself at the party with her arms wrapped around Clay. Back at the party, Clay attempts to have sex with Portia but she fights him off after scratching his face. While alone in the Alpha house's library, Max downs an entire bottle of vodka before being joined by Matthias. Both drunk, Max tells Matthias about his ex-boyfriend, Alistair. Matthias then takes this opportunity to kiss Max and the two have sex. Keon, Owen and a few other male CUCO members crash the party before taking a bat and smashing several car windows, including Clay and Ted's.

California University opens up an investigation into the vandalism at the Alpha Epsilon Pi party. Sydni confides in Samantha by telling her that Keon, Owen and other CUCO members were behind the vandalism on greek row due to their history of racism against students. Nancy is horrified after several videos and photos of her dancing topless are leaked online. Max and Matthias continue to flirt through texting but keep their relationship hidden seeing as Matthias is on the DL. Seth tries to get into contact with Susana but she ignores his calls. Ozzy drives to California University to confront Portia. Ted tries convincing Clay to get Lionel kicked out of the chapter. Meanwhile, Blanca hears about Lionel defending her at the party and she thanks him. Pav grows uncomfortable by Fernando's increasingly conservative policies. Amelia ends up beating Nancy for secretary treasury by 500 votes, leaving Nancy devastated. Clay enlists Neil Gershon, the president of Sigma Chi and a journalism major, to investigate the vandalism at his party. Diana and Rayvon make their relationship official after going on a date. Samantha sides with Keon and promises to keep his secret; the two then share a kiss. Nancy concedes to Amelia, however, Fernando decides to kick her out of the CUUSG. Going against the student governments rules of no-party affiliation, Fernando uses his authority to over ride it and begins the CU Right Wing Coalition (RWC) with Amelia. Pav objects to Fernando's abuse of power but is overruled due to minimal support. Max and Matthias are nearly caught by Seth. Mallory informs Susana that her doctor has given her four months to live. Susana, heartbroken, decides to drop out of California University. Ozzy berates Portia in front of all her friends, including Kylie and Nadine, and dumps her after confronting her about the photo. Portia attempts to apologize but is unsuccessful in mending their relationship. Diana and Rena get drunk together and they end up kissing. Lionel decides to ask Blanca out on a date. Nancy has a full mental breakdown and attempts to slit her wrists before being found by Portia.
90"Baited"Episode 15TBANovember 9, 2021 (2021-11-09)
Neil makes a discovery in the vandalism scandal and tells Fernando he believes a leftist militia group is secretly operating on campus. Keon and Owen attempt to appeal their expulsions. Owen then takes the fall for the scuffle with Fernando. Nancy is placed in the hospital after her breakdown. Janet, Nancy's mom, suggests she move back home after the doctors tell her it was a suicide attempt. Mallory is told by her doctor that hospice care is the best option to combat her illness and that surgery is required. Seth visits Susana and is told about her mothers condition, however, Susana then tells him to leave her alone. Lionel and Blanca go to the movies for their date. Pav and Jori have an argument after she takes Kylie's side over his. Reeling from her break-up with Ozzy, Portia and Diana have a girls day together. Samantha tells Sydni she may be falling in love with Keon. Ozzy and Seth have an argument after Seth blows him off to hang out with Clay and Ted. Keon's expulsion is repealed, however, Owen's is finalized. Fernando is upset that Keon won't be getting expelled and pressures Neil to ramp up his investigation. Meanwhile, Amelia gets Blaire Holloway, a controversial far-right conservative speaker to give a lecture at California University. Rena realizes she's in love with Diana. While accompanying her mom to the hospital for her surgery, Susana pays a visit to Nancy. Ozzy tells Pav that he feels Seth and Portia have changed for the worse. At the end of her date with Lionel, Blanca is harassed by a group of CU students who recognize her from the trial which infuriates Lionel. Blanca tells Lionel it's best if they stop seeing each other due to her reputation. Keon and Owen throw a party in the Angeles National Forest. Keon and Samantha sneak off together and have sex for the first time. Fernando, Amelia and Neil agree it's best to work with Greek Row to further their agenda due to its influence. Meanwhile, Pav realizes he needs to convince his friends to leave the chapters. Rena visits Diana and kisses her again only for them to end up sleeping together. Keon confides in Samantha and tells her they plan on causing a riot when Blaire Holloway arrives at CU. Cleo catches Neil spying on them at the party which leads to Keon and Owen interrogating him and beating him.

Diana returns from her trip to London with Portia and is nervous to have to face Rena. Meanwhile, Rayvon plans a welcome back surprise party for Diana. Seth visits Mallory and Susana at the hospital which upsets Susana. Mallory's surgery turned out to be successful and the doctors bring the news that her chemotherapy is working. Lionel tells Ozzy that he's in love with Blanca but hasn't been able to get in contact with her in over a month. Whereas, Ozzy confesses to Lionel that he's still in love with Samantha. Nancy decides to get her life back together and moves back in with Portia at the dorms after living with her mother. Alpha Epsilon Pi is hit with a sexual assault charge by a junior named Liz Wheeler, who is accusing Ronnie Hofstetter and Ted Bush of gang raping her while she was intoxicated. Fernando see's Liz's accusation as a detriment to his agenda and works with Neil to smear her reputation. Samantha is uncomfortable with Keon's merciless approach to his enemies. Pav convinces Max to re-think his spot at Alpha Epsilon Pi. Pav considers running an exposé on Alpha Epsilon Pi and goes to Tyler for help. Rena arrives at Diana's party but the latter ignores her. Susana meets Tyree, a medical student at the hospital who also attends California University and is the football team's star quarterback. Max asks Matthias for his help in possibly exposing the fraternity. Samantha visits Susana at the hospital in an attempt to recruit her to CUCO. Matthias warns Clay and Ted that Pav is planning an exposé on the fraternity. Neil tells Fernando and Amelia that he believes Keon, Cleo and Samantha might be part of a secret militia society on campus but doesn't have solid proof. Rena forces Diana to talk to her by cornering her and the two share another passionate kiss, however, Portia walks in on them. Ted, Ronnie and Joey, another fraternity member, ambush Tyler Fitzsimmons and threaten him to leave town.

Pav visits Tyler's dorm but is told by his roommate that he fled suddenly in the middle of the night back to Oregon. Diana swears Portia to secrecy after she walked in on her and Rena. Pav makes it his mission to get vengeance for Nancy, Susana and the rest of the students Greek Row has wrongfully crossed over the years. As Blaire Holloway prepares to visit CU, the campus erupts in protests mainly led by Samantha, Sydni and Owen. With Tyler missing, Pav decides to ask Lionel to interview Liz Wheeler, however, Neil immediately puts an end to the idea. Seth walks in on Susana and Tyree laughing and having coffee, which makes him curious about their relationship. While fixing up a car at the garage, Ozzy takes notice of a young boy following him. Clay and Ted confront Max about his discussion with Matthias. Neil goes ahead with his article smearing Liz, which upsets Lionel. While talking to Liz, Portia has flashbacks to when she was raped by Damien. Diana tells Rena to leave her alone. Keon criticizes Samantha for her reluctance to call out Alpha Epsilon Pi publicly. Susana makes it clear to Seth that their relationship is over. Pav realizes he's being followed and almost gets into a car accident. Susana yells at Samantha for only visiting her to recruit her. Mallory suffers a seizure and is placed into a medically induced coma. Matthias outs Max to the fraternity. Ozzy confronts the little boy whose name is Brennan after he steals his shirt. After chasing him to the beach, he tackles him to the ground and Brennan reveals he's his brother.
93"Manhattan Project"Episode 18TBAFebruary 22, 2022 (2022-02-22)
Ozzy doesn't believe Brennan is his brother until he mentions Rosa, his mother. Brennan reveals that after Rosa left rehab in New Mexico, she searched for him in Texas and found him in a foster home after giving him up for adoption twelve years before. Rosa eventually took in Brennan and moved back to California, however, her new boyfriend, Miguel, is abusive to Brennan. Max feels ostracized by Alpha Epsilon Pi and gets into a public fight with Matthias. Susana struggles to deal with her mothers deteriorating condition. Nancy, Lionel, Diana and Portia visit Susana at the hospital as the doctors inform her of the upcoming crucial decision of taking her mother off life support. Neil exposes Liz as having falsely accused someone of rape when she was in high school. Rayvon begins to suspect Rena is in love with Diana after finding a photo of her in her car while driving to the hospital. After Tyler's disappearance, Pav's paranoia is at an all-time high. While at the hospital to comfort Susana, Seth runs into Tyree in the lobby. With Blaire Holloway arriving at California University, protests continue on campus. Samantha grows nervous as Keon's plan to disrupt the event proceeds. Ozzy decides against returning Brennan to his mother even after he's declared missing by the LAPD. Ozzy calls his sister, Luna, however she wants nothing to do with their mother nor Brennan. Samantha and Keon make their relationship official. Max informs Clay that he's leaving the fraternity, however, he's threatened by the members right before he does. Pav feels like he can't trust anyone around him until he receives a visit from Samantha and Keon in an attempt to recruit him to CUCO. Rayvon confronts Rena about the photo. Blaire Holloway begins to speak at CU after being introduced by Fernando and Amelia. However, they are interrupted after Owen pulls the fire alarm. Meanwhile, outside Chaplin Hall, the protests are grow more violent after a fire is set. Keon, Cleo, Owen, Sydni and Samantha lead a crowd of hundreds into the venue before destroying and chasing out Holloway's guests. The protest quickly turns into a riot and Blaire Holloway, Fernando and Amelia manage to escape safely. Tyree and Susana share a kiss but she pulls away, feeling it's too soon after her break up with Seth. Ozzy and Brennan bond over their experiences in the foster care system. Ted, Matthias, Ronnie, Joey and Seth lead a counter-demonstration against Keon and the two groups clash. Things take a turn for the worst after Keon's crew chases people out into the parking lot: while walking away, Owen is deliberately run over and killed instantly by a speeding car. Police arrive and arrest Keon, Samantha, Sydni, Cleo, Ted, Matthias, Ronnie, Joey and dozens more.
94"The Beginning of the End"Episode 19TBAMarch 1, 2022 (2022-03-01)
Bullet Harbour, a Congressman from the U.S. House of Representatives and Clay's father, bails out Ted, Matthias, Ronnie and Joey. Kayla and Calvin barely gather enough money to bail out Samantha. Lionel informs Clay he's left the fraternity. Ozzy is awoken in the early morning hours by banging on his door by his mother Rosa looking for Brennan. He is forced to let her in and the two clash over her secrecy surrounding Brennan. Seth and Samantha have an intense argument that turns physical and leads Calvin to come in between them. Samantha proclaims her love for Keon and loyalty to CUCO over anyone else. Pav continues with his exposé involving Alpha Epsilon Pi and asks Liz for her help. Bullet, who is running in a special election, lectures his son about his handling with the fraternity and the liability he could pose for his campaign. Samantha comforts Sydni as she mourns the loss of Owen. Meanwhile, Neil hacks into CUCO's database containing thousands of messages, photos and membership profiles. Susana makes the decision to take her mother off life support and stays by her side until she dies. Pav and Lionel work together on the exposé. Rayvon confronts Diana about her relationship with Rena. After Diana admits to cheating on him with Rena, Rayvon dumps her. Max tries to convince Seth to leave Alpha Epsilon Pi and warns him about Pav's upcoming exposé. Portia visits Ozzy and learns the truth about his brother. Alpha Epsilon Pi and the RWC plan a benefit for Bullet Harbour in order to get young college students to support him. Pav finally locates Tyler and he reveals he won't be returning to Beverly Hills. Susana and Tyree bond after he reveals that he lost his mother four years before in a car accident. Rosa arrives with police officers to pick up Brennan and Ozzy has no choice but to let him go. Rosa also threatens Ozzy to leave Brennan alone. Lionel runs into Blanca and tells her he wants to be with her. Samantha has a falling out with her entire family and decides to move in with Keon. Clay, Ted and Joey confront Pav about his exposé. Diana seeks comfort in Rena after being dumped by Rayvon. In solidarity with their friends, Portia and Diana inform Kylie that they are leaving the sorority. Soon after, many more follow.

Tiffany Samuels makes amends with Portia and reveals she's left Gamma Phi Beta. Clay tells Joey he trusts Lionel enough to not write anything about the fraternity. Nancy joins Pav on a road trip to Oregon to find Tyler. Lionel and Blanca confess their love for each other and make their relationship official. Diana tells Max that she slept with Rena. Max fears that he and Diana are growing a part because she didn't tell him about Rena. Ozzy tells Portia he isn't comfortable leaving Brennan with his mother. Neil publishes an article that exposes CUCO and it's founders and members. Keon and Cleo are immediately expelled for orchestrating the riot at Chaplin Hall. Meanwhile, Samantha and Sydni are suspended indefinitely for their participation. Sydni is mortified when Owen's family informs her that the LAPD ruled his death an accident. Susana tells Tyree that she's returning to school after promising her mother she would. The FBI raid Keon, Owen, Cleo and Samantha's dorms and homes, along with many other members. Clay tells Seth he can probably get him an internship on his father's campaign. In order to meet the upcoming deadline, Lionel tells Pav he needs Tyler's interview as quickly as possible. On their road trip to Oregon, Pav and Nancy reminisce about their past relationship. Blanca offers to help Lionel by breaking into the school's complaint records involving Alpha Epsilon Pi, seeing as she works in the main office. Diana tells Max that she isn't sure if she wants anything more than sex with Rena. Upon reaching San Francisco, Nancy and Pav rent a room at a motel and end up sleeping together. The next day, Brennan walks up to Ozzy at the garage and reveals a huge bruise on his lip. Portia is concerned after Ozzy calls her frantically and tells her he's going to pay Miguel a visit. Seth, Joey, Ted, Ronnie and Clay prepare for the benefit that night and begin experimenting with cocaine. Keon asks Samantha to move with him to San Francisco. Pav and Nancy locate Tyler and end up convincing him to share his story. Tyler reveals he was left traumatized by two separate incidents involving the chapter. Pav calls Jori over the phone and confesses that he cheated on her with Nancy; the two then break up. Portia drives over to Miguel's house to stop Ozzy from hurting anyone, only to find the LAPD already at the scene and arresting Miguel and Rosa. Meanwhile, Ozzy promises to watch over Brennan. Portia is relieved that Ozzy called the police instead and tells him she wants him back. However, Ozzy tells her that he's still in love with Samantha. Pav emails the interview to Lionel from Oregon. That night at the benefit, Bullet Harbour offers Seth a spot on his campaign. However, Seth becomes upset after Bullet makes a sexist and ignorant remark. Jori breaks into Lionel's laptop and steals the interview Pav sent him before he can publish it. She informs Neil and Clay of the entire plan. At the benefit, Seth overhears this. Clay tasks Seth with delivering the interview on the flash drive to Neil so they can get ahead of the exposé. However, Seth visits Lionel and apologizes to him for his behavior and tells him what Jori, Neil and Clay are up to. Susana prepares for her mother's funeral and receives emotional support from Blanca. Seth tells Pav that Jori was the one who originally betrayed him. Lionel's exposé receives national attention putting him in the spotlight once again. However, CU's journalism department conducts a review and determines that he committed ethics violations and retrieved sources illegally. Lionel is then expelled from the journalism department and receives a citation from the school. Meanwhile, the schools dean receives pressure from the student body to resign after the cover ups are exposed in Lionel and Pav's story. The dean has no choice but to suspend Alpha Epsilon Pi amid an investigation. Pav thanks Seth for staying loyal to his friends and also tells him that he's planning on reuniting with Nancy. Clay visits Seth and berates him for betraying him; he also threatens Seth. Nancy gets a call from a congresswoman in Washington D.C. and offers her an internship after reviewing her resume. Portia visits Seth and tells him that she's worried about Samantha. Everyone gathers at the cemetery for Mallory's funeral. Diana visits Rayvon and apologizes to him for cheating on him. Susana arrives home to find her estranged father, Abe, waiting for her. The two argue after Abe accuses her of keeping Mallory's death from her. Tyree arrives and makes Abe leave, however, he threatens to get his lawyer involved. Nancy tells Pav that she got an internship and that she's moving to D.C. with her mother. Lionel gets an offer to work at the LA Times and Time Magazine. Pav accuses Fernando of colluding with Alpha Epsilon Pi. Seth gets word that Bullet Harbour's campaign is in turmoil after the scandal involving his son. Neil ends up losing his position as head writer of the CU newspaper due to his involvement in the false smear campaign against Liz Wheeler. While on their way to Keon's house in Simi Valley, Seth and Portia share a close moment together. However, their car is run off the road by Joey, Ronnie and Ted, flipping over multiple times before sinking into the ocean.

Seth manages to break free from his seatbelt but is unable to get Portia out in time before she falls unconscious. Finally freeing her, he swims to the surface and onto the sand, performing CPR on Portia until an ambulance arrives. Samantha gets a frantic call from Calvin telling her that Seth was in a serious car accident. Tyree accompanies Susana when it comes to the reading of her mother's will due to her father also being there. Susana is named the sole beneficiary of Mallory's assets which upsets Abe. Joey, Ronnie and Ted are arrested and suspected by the LAPD of driving Seth off the road. Arriving at the hospital, Samantha learns Portia was also involved in the accident and has more severe injuries than Seth. Pav tells Nancy that he still loves her and wants to be with her, making her doubt her decision to go to Washington D.C. Rena is unable to cope with Diana's indecisiveness and informs her that she's moving to Las Vegas with her sister. Seth tells the police he believes Clay was involved in the ramming attack. Portia is placed under a medically induced coma after suffering brain damage. Max runs into Matthias at the hospital and the latter apologizes to him, however, Max is unable to forgive him. Bullet Habour suspends his re-election campaign after multiple women come forward alleging sexual harassment, being inclined to come forward after his son's scandal. Ozzy and Samantha meet at the hospital for the first time in weeks. Samantha gathers everyone to tell them that she's moving to San Francisco with Keon. Diana suspects Samantha might be pregnant after she gets sick at the hospital. Nancy is upset with Pav for putting her in her current situation. Susana introduces the gang to Tyree. Calvin and Kayla are unable to convince Samantha to stay in LA. Seth and Samantha reconcile.
98"Yesterday"Episode 23TBAApril 26, 2022 (2022-04-26)
Samantha takes a pregnancy test that comes back positive. Nancy goes to Diana and Susana for advice on her situation with Pav. Portia undergoes surgery after a brain bleed. Pav begins setting up a campaign committee to run against Fernando as the president of the CUUSG. While shopping in Rodeo Drive, Diana, Susana and Nancy run into Kylie, Nadine and Jori; the confrontation escalates into an argument that results in Nancy slapping Jori. Susana enrolls at LA City College. Ozzy becomes Brennan's official guardian after Rosa is sent to jail for child endangerment. Seth, Calvin and Kayla head to court for Ted, Joey and Ronnie's plea hearing; Ted is charged with first degree attempted murder due to being the driver, while Joey and Ronnie are charged with attempted murder in the third degree. Samantha informs Keon that she's pregnant and they can't leave for San Francisco. Lionel and Blanca try spending the entire day together but Lionel is inundated by calls from the press. Max begins to feel hopeless about his love life. Keon isn't thrilled about Samantha's pregnancy and asks if she can get an abortion, however, she refuses. Nancy finally makes her decision and tells Pav that she's taking the internship in Washington D.C. Diana and Max promise each other they won't be getting into serious relationships anytime soon. Susana and Tyree make love for the first time. Portia reawakens after her surgery, however, the doctors tell her she has a long road of recovery ahead of her. Seth promises to help her every step of the way. Ozzy visits Rosa in jail and berates her for neglecting all her children. Susana, Diana and Max plan a going away party for Nancy. Bullet and Clay confront the Willet's outside the courthouse causing a media spectacle. Ozzy prepares to tell Samantha he still loves her but is shut down when she announces to her friends that she's pregnant.

Samantha tells Calvin and Kayla that she wants to have this baby with Keon. However, Keon is hesitant about going through with it. Seth helps Portia take her first steps for the first time since the accident. Jori visits Pav to apologize and get him back but he rebukes her pleads saying she betrayed him. Diana, Pav, Lionel, Max and Seth prepare to take their final exams. Ozzy and Brennan continue to bond. Sydni tells Samantha that she's dropping out of California University and is heading to San Francisco with Cleo to join a commune. Lionel brings Blanca home to meet his grandmother, who is uncomfortable due to her role in the trial of Officer Crenshaw. Max is stunned after he bumps into Alistair on his way to a job interview; Max wants nothing to do with him but Alistair demands they make amends. It is then that Alistair reveals he split with Julian and has recently left rehab. Susana visits Portia at the hospital and makes amends with Seth, who apologizes for not sticking for her at the Alpha party. Keon meets Calvin and Kayla, however, he remains distant and cold toward their attitude on family values. Once again, Keon tries to convince Samantha to abort the baby but she refuses. At Nancy's going away party she thanks her friends and reminisces about their times together. Sandra tells Lionel to dump Blanca. Ozzy goes all out in making Brennan feel welcome and completely remakes his room. Max and Alistair end up having sex. Pav drives Nancy and Janet to the airport. Lionel gets into an argument with his grandmother. Seth gets on the phone with Portia's mother, Marianne, but she's in the Bahamas with her new husband. Pav and Nancy share an emotional goodbye.

As the semester comes to an end, everyone is packing up the belongings to return home for the summer. Portia thanks Seth for helping her rehabilitate her body. Blanca becomes jealous after a couple girls ask to take his picture with them. Brennan asks Ozzy to teach him how to surf. Seth tells his parents that he doesn't have a good feeling about Keon and is worried for Samantha. Susana and Tyree spend the day in Palm Springs together. Max tries to hide the fact that he's been sleeping with Alistair from Diana. Susana and Tyree's car breaks down in the middle of the desert as their trip is filled with unintentional mishaps. Max finds out that Alistair and Julian are still together. Seth and Portia talk about their lives and wonder why they never dated although Seth reveals he had a crush on her when she was dating Emmett. After Nancy's departure, Pav feels alone and abandoned by everyone in his life and resorts to drinking again. Julian tells Max that Alistair has overdosed three times in the past year. Lionel leaves Blanca's house after a romantic evening; back in Blanca's house, she uncovers a room plastered with images of Lionel, Wade, Nancy, Susana and everyone else that matters in his life, indicating she's been stalking home for over a year now. Max and Pav get drunk together and in the midst of laughing, Pav kisses Max. While walking on the boardwalk in Santa Monica with Brennan, Ozzy briefly turns away to buy themselves ice cream, however, when he turns around Brennan is nowhere to be found. Upon returning to Beverly Hills, Susana waits for Tyree in the lobby of his apartment building and meets a young woman, Trina Brown, who claims to be Tyree's wife. Seth and Portia share a passionate kiss together. Samantha gets a voice mail from Keon telling her that he's left LA for San Francisco and that he won't be there to help raise her baby, leaving her devastated. Diana gets knock on her door and is shocked by who she see's: Dalya Sutton.

Three months have passed since Brennan's disappearance and Ozzy has been frantically searching for him since. Since losing him, Ozzy has fallen into a deep depression and turned to excessive drinking to cope with the guilt. Sulking in isolation, Ozzy has become obsessed with following every lead. After paying him a visit, Seth and Lionel worry for Ozzy's state of mind. Max, Portia, Tyree and Susana return to Beverly Hills after their three month road trip across the country. Pav, who hasn't spoken to Max since the night they kissed, does his best to avoid him now that he's back in town. Samantha, now five months pregnant, does her best to deal with the side effects of being pregnant with the help of her mother and Portia. After an explosive argument, Susana confronts Tyree about his marriage to Trina. Max is stunned to return home to see Dalya has been living with Diana for the past three months. With Portia back in town, Seth tries to reach out but she ignores his calls and texts. Blanca berates Lionel for spending so much time with his friends over her. She then asks him to move in with her and he reluctantly agrees in order to diffuse the tension. Ozzy visits his mother in prison and she scolds him for losing Brennan. She then disowns him as her son and wishes he were dead if it meant bringing back Brennan. While at a party being hosted by Calvin and Kayla, Max goes up to Pav and promises him he won't mention what happened between them to anyone. Pav insists he isn't gay and was just looking to experiment. Liz Wheeler informs Samantha that she has found Keon in Seattle. Samantha thanks and pays her for her investigative efforts but decides to not pursue him any longer. Susana and Trina meet for coffee, where she informs her that she and Tyree have been married for two years now. She also reveals that it was originally a marriage set up by their wealthy families so Tyree could inherit her dad's company. However, Tyree got cold feet and left for Los Angeles. Susana tells Tyree they should take a break. Diana tells Max that Dalya is in desperate need of help as she has been trying to rebuild her life after her firing from the modeling agency two years ago. Diana insists that Dalya has changed but Max is still skeptical. Seth confronts Portia but she tells him that their kiss was a mistake and they shouldn't be more than friends. The police pay Ozzy a visit and inform him that they found Brennan's backpack in a ditch with blood stains on it.
102"All These Things That I've Done"Episode 2TBAAugust 23, 2022 (August 23, 2022)
Seth berates Portia and accuses her of playing games. However, Portia is focused on trying to find Ozzy after he reportedly left Beverly Hills. Max overhears Dalya's phone call with a mysterious man. Diana becomes suspicious after she notices Blanca staking out just outside of Lionel's new job at the Beverly Hills Register. Tyree tries to get Susana back but she ignores his calls. Meanwhile, Susana gets an internship at Vogue. Samantha bumps into a man named Joaquin at the local grocery store and is immediately smitten by him. Pav has a sex dream involving Max. He then tries to get in touch with Nancy to no avail. While on her way home, Samantha begins to experience severe abdominal pains. Joaquin finds her and takes her to the emergency room. Seth confides in Lionel that he's in love with Portia but she's making the situation difficult. The police hold a news conference about Brennan's disappearance and end up naming Ozzy a suspect, shocking everyone. Lionel manages to locate Ozzy in Baja California. Max walks in on Dalya snooping around Diana's room and confronts her about the suspicions he's been having, however, Dalya isn't phased. Trina informs Susana that Tyree initially got her pregnant until she had a miscarriage. Ozzy gets in contact with Lionel and tells him that Brennan was kidnapped and is after a lead that led him south of the border. Kayla, Calvin and Seth visit Samantha at the hospital where she is now bed ridden. Unable to resist his urges, Pav goes over to Max's dorm and kisses him before the two have sex for the first time. Samantha ends up going into premature labor. Ozzy returns to Beverly Hills only to be arrested by the police.
103"S.O.S."Episode 3TBAAugust 30, 2022 (August 30, 2022)
Samantha gives birth to a baby girl named Skye. However, since Skye was born four months early, she has to be intubated. The doctors inform Calvin and Kayla that complications from Samantha's abortion led to a premature birth. After being questioned by the police, Ozzy is cleared as a suspect and released. He tells the police that he believes Brennan was kidnapped by people he may know, which is why he went to Mexico. After sleeping with Max, Pav immediately regrets it and leaves without saying a word. Seth thanks Joaquin for bringing his sister to the hospital. After a talk with Portia, Susana decides to give Tyree another chance. Max informs Diana about finding Dalya going through her things but Dalya provides a solid alibi that clears her name. With summer coming to a close, the gang prepares to return to California University for their second year. Lionel interviews Diana for a story he's running on online influencers. However, he loses track of time after they connect on a deeper level. Blanca has a mental breakdown after Lionel doesn't come home and ends up getting a shard of glass before cutting her wrist. Lionel eventually arrives and finds her unconscious before taking her to the hospital. Portia ends up joining Omega Kappa Zeta, a low-tier sorority as a last resort. After meeting her new sorority sisters, she realizes they lack confidence and self-esteem which sets them apart from the other greek houses. After leaving the hospital, Samantha calls Joaquin to thank him for helping her. It is then revealed that Joaquin is also searching for Brennan. Seth pays Portia a visit and gives her one more chance to be with him, however, she rejects him. Ozzy breaks down after drinking an entire bottle of tequila and playing Russian roulette with himself. Pav returns to campus and clashes with Fernando before being stopped by Max. Susana walks in on Tyree and Trina in bed together. After finding out Lionel was with Diana, Blanca forbids him from seeing her again. Dalya convinces Diana to snort a line of heroin with her.
104"The Door at the End of the Hall"Episode 4TBASeptember 6, 2022 (September 6, 2022)
Dalya takes Diana out for a night of partying in West Hollywood. However, while at the clubs, Diana's drink is spiked and she's ditched by Dalya. Diana calls Max to pick her up but he ignores her calls due to their argument. Since the police won't tell Joaquin where Ozzy lives, he begins hanging out around certain areas he thinks he would be. Samantha is unable to leave Skye's side as the doctors inform her that she has a low chance at survival. Seth finds Ozzy passed out at his home and nurses him back to health. Susana's colleague, Yvette, pushes her to forget about Tyree and meet her cousin. While moving his things back into Langston Hall, Pav takes a liking to Carlee Stubbs, a freshman who recently arrived to CU from Idaho. Portia takes Tess, Rita, Vera and Esther under her wing as she prepares them for their first frat party. The doctors tell Lionel that Blanca is a threat to herself and those around her and suggest admitting her into a psychiatric facility, however, they are unable to locate her parents. The police update the public by announcing another boy from Montecito has disappeared under similar circumstances as Brennan. The police tell Ozzy they believe a serial kidnapper is targeting young boys and Brennan may have been a victim. A man drags a half unconscious Diana out to his car as she attempts to get help but he tosses her phone out the window. Calvin and Kayla surprise Ozzy by hiring a private investigator. Joaquin and Samantha bump into each other outside a coffee shop. Tess confides in Portia by telling her that she has a major crush on Clay. Carlee gives Pav her number. While at the stranger's apartment, Diana manages to lock herself in the bathroom with a phone before calling Lionel, who then calls the police. Lionel rushes over and beats the man unconscious. Diana is then taken to the hospital.

Blanca finds out that Lionel left the clinic at the middle of the night to go and save Diana. This causes her to have an episode where she attacks a nurse. When Max and Susana confront Dalya about Diana, she pretends like nothing happened. They then order her to pack up her things and leave but she refuses. Joaquin decides to ask Samantha out on a date. Max asks Susana to move in with himself and Diana in order to kick out Dalya. With the new school year underway, Max, Seth, Portia, Lionel and Pav navigate through the beginning of their sophomore year in college. Lionel confides in Pav that he's beginning to have feelings for Diana. Samantha is informed that Skye will need surgery. Portia feels uneasy after seeing Clay and Tess talking to each other. Tyree shows up at Susana's work drunk, pleading her to take him back. Ozzy and the private investigator find a lead in Brennan's disappearance. Max and Susana find evidence that Dalya is dealing drugs but hesitate about going to the police. Blanca accuses Lionel of being in love with Diana and cheating on her. Lionel threatens to leave Blanca and this causes her to charge at him before scratching his face. Samantha cancels her date with Joaquin in order to be with Skye during her emergency surgery. When Diana gets home, she orders Dalya to leave. After Dalya refuses, Diana takes her stash of drugs and flushes it down the toilet. Ozzy visits Samantha in the hospital and keeps her company. While at a frat party, several of the frat boys ridicule Esther and Vera. Another attempts to take a drunk Rita upstairs before being stopped by Clay. Pav and Carlee attend the party together and share a kiss at the end of the night which Max see's. Tyree informs Susana that he's going to try to make it work with Trina for his father's sake. They then say their goodbyes. Joaquin is given Ozzy's address by an unknown source. After reassuring her that he won't leave her, Blanca feels she's lost all her trust in Lionel. Samantha calls Joaquin to update him on Skye and reschedule their date.

Lionel is annoyed after he is unable to get into his dorm due to Pav using it to sleep with Carlee. Samantha and Joaquin go on their date to the Santa Monica pier. She asks him to hang out that night but he insists he has something secretive to take care of. Samantha and Joaquin then share their first kiss. Men involved with Dalya's drug deals arrive at Diana's apartment searching for her. After threatening her, Dalya turns to Diana and Max for help. Blanca coordinates an escape from the clinic without anyone's knowledge. Lionel confesses his feelings to Diana and tells her he's going to be breaking up with Blanca. Vera and Esther berate Portia for making them go to the frat party. Meanwhile, Addison Reynolds offers to give Tess a makeover to make her more suitable for Clay. Max decides to venture into acting and auditions for CU's production of "The Glass Menagerie". Ozzy calls Samantha to tell her he wants to give their relationship another try but she tells him that she's seeing someone. Ozzy thinks he see's Brennan with a strange man and chases after them before losing them. Susana and Dalya go head to head. Max bumps into Carlee and introduces himself as Pav's friend. After having complications during surgery, Samantha is told that Skye will have to be intubated again. While attempting to hook up Tess with Clay, Portia ends up kissing Clay and they have sex. Samantha tells Portia that she's taking the semester off at CU to focus on Skye's health. Blanca steals a knife from the cafeteria before leaving the clinic in a disguise. Diana tells Lionel that they cannot be together out of respect for Blanca. Max and Susana come to Diana's defense when she tells Dalya they won't be helping her. Dalya has a mental breakdown before having to pack up her things and leave the residence. On her way out of the gate, Dalya runs into Blanca who asks her where Diana lives. Dalya see's the knife in Blanca's hand and tells her the address before leaving. Lionel goes to Blanca's home and finds the photos on her wall of himself and his friends. Blanca sneaks into Diana's apartment through the bathroom window and attacks her in the kitchen. Blanca manages to stab Diana deep in her abdomen. Lionel, who has already called the police, arrives and finds Diana unconscious on the floor. Meanwhile, Blanca is last seen wandering the highway in bloody clothes. Ozzy is awoken late at night by Joaquin at his doorstep.
107"A Tale of Two Cousins"Episode 7TBASeptember 27, 2022 (September 27, 2022)
Diana is taken to the hospital after being stabbed by Blanca. Joaquin confronts Ozzy and reveals that he's actually Brennan's cousin and has come to Beverly Hills to look for him. Joaquin blames Ozzy for his disappearance and demands he tell him what he knows about the case. Lionel tries to help the police locate Blanca but she is nowhere to be found. Diana is visited by her mother and father in the hospital. Joaquin pulls a knife out on Ozzy and the two get into a brawl. Seth arrives at Ozzy's house just in time to stop the fight. Yvette sets up Susana with her cousin, Devon, however, the date doesn't go too well as Devon is still hung up on his ex-girlfriend. Max lands a role in the play and the director says he is considering casting him as the lead which upsets Taffy Woodward, a seasoned actor who had a small stint on Broadway. Samantha struggles to get in contact with Joaquin and assumes he's blown her off. Tess tells Portia that she asked out Clay and he accepted. Meanwhile, Portia and Clay continue to hook up. Pav and Carlee decide to make their relationship official. After arriving late to his intro to law and justice class, Seth is partnered up with Vera for a project. Carlee convinces Pav to run for CU student president. However, Fernando and Neil announce they will be running together. Pav then goes on a mission to find a running mate. Diana kisses Lionel and he stays with her overnight at the hospital. Meanwhile, Diana clashes with her father who has been largely absent from her life since their family went bankrupt. The police are left perplexed after a third boy goes missing in Long Beach under similar circumstances as Brennan. The FBI has announced they are taking over the case with Agents Schofield and Hill to lead it. Joaquin confesses to Samantha that the reason he's in Beverly Hills is to find his cousin who is one of the missing boys. Susana tells Devon he's the worst date she's ever had but he asks her for another chance. Taffy confronts Max. Tess slaps Portia in front of everyone after finding out she was sleeping with Clay. Seth and Vera clash over the the best way to do their project. Pav asks Lionel to be his VP. Samantha accompanies Joaquin at the press conference. During the announcement that the FBI is taking over the case, Ozzy spots Samantha and Joaquin sharing a kiss. Seth attempts to stop Ozzy but he goes over to them and a scuffle breaks out. The police immediately arrest both Ozzy and Joaquin.

Samantha is stunned when she finds out Joaquin is actually Brennan's cousin. She then confronts Joaquin and accuses him of using her to find out more information about Ozzy. Calvin bails out Ozzy. Lionel declines Pav's request for VP but recommends he asks Liz Wheeler. Fernando announces Amelia as his campaign manager. Joaquin tells Samantha that Brennan was like a brother to him and he occasionally helped raising him until he was deployed overseas. When he returned, Brennan had run away to California from New Mexico to search for Ozzy. Joaquin tells Samantha that he blames Ozzy and Rosa for Brennan's disappearance. Samantha convinces her father to bail out Joaquin as well. Seth learns that Vera grew up with a form of tiger parenting. Portia and Clay begin dating which upsets Tess who wants to get revenge. Taffy belittles Max and embarrasses him in front of the other theater students. Susana is tasked with tutoring Rashid Masood, a class clown type who's on the football team and plans on transferring to CU. Schofield and Hill hold another press conference and announce they have a person of interest. Diana leaves the hospital with Lionel, who ditches his classes to help her recuperate. Ozzy lashes out at Samantha for hooking up with Joaquin. Liz accepts Pav's offer to run as his VP; they announce their ticket that same afternoon to a huge support from the student body, making Fernando nervous. Samantha takes Joaquin's side while arguing with Ozzy. Seth wants to ask out Addison but is too nervous to do it; Vera teases Seth for his cowardice and offers him advice. Tess switches Portia's assignment for a plagiarized one; she is then placed on probation by the dean. Taffy and Max compete for the lead role. The director of the play, Jack Wombley, is a known playwright and former actor from New York. Jack tells Max that he's never seen anyone with as much potential as him. Rashid begins flirting with Susana during their tutoring sessions but she doesn't reciprocate. While waiting for Devon to pick her up for their second date, Susana is caught in the middle after he catches Rashid flirting with her; Devon then insults and belittles Rashid before they leave. Ozzy breaks down and begs Schofield to find Brennan. Lionel tells Diana that he loves her and they have sex for the first time.

Lionel and Diana let everyone know that they've become an official couple. Ridden with guilt, Ozzy contemplates driving his car off Mulholland Drive. Schofield and Hill announce the disappearance of another boy from Orange County. Rashid apologizes to Susana for hitting on her. Meanwhile, Susana tells Yvette that she doesn't regret giving Devon another chance. Jack announces that Max has won the lead role in the play which upsets Taffy. Portia confronts Tess about what she did and warns her about what she's capable of. Vera agrees to help Seth win over Addison. Joaquin accompanies Samantha to the hospital to visit Skye, where she's told she's getting healthier. Pav and Liz's campaign explodes in popularity after Liz's successful debate performance against Neil. Amelia and Fernando attempt the find something incriminating against either Pav or Liz but are unsuccessful. The police contact Lionel and Diana and tell them they found Blanca and she's now in a psychiatric facility in Vermont. Susana begins to open up to Rashid's goofy attitude but is determined to get him to pass his class. While at a party, Rashid spots Devon kissing another girl and confronts him. Devon ends up punching Rashid in the face. Addison accepts Seth's date and Vera coaches him on what to say and how to act. Rita then confronts Vera about her obvious feelings for Seth but she downplays it. Pav prepares for his debate against Fernando. On the night of the debate, Fernando comes out guns blazing which makes Pav stumble. Jack offers to coach Max behind the scenes which his acting. Taffy begins to suspect that Max slept with Jack to get the part. Portia and Clay have an argument involving Tess and her actions. Susana confronts Rashid and blames him for the fight with Devon; she also doesn't believe him when he tells her he saw him kissing another girl; she then quits as his tutor. Addison's date with Seth ends up going well and when he returns home he gushes to Vera about how great it went, however, Vera realizes she's starting to develop feelings for Seth.

Vera confides in Rita and tells her that she has feelings for Seth. However, Seth keeps telling her about how great his dates have been going with Addison. Rashid tries to apologize to Susana for starting a fight with Devon; she accepts but feels it's better if they go their separate ways. Meanwhile, Rashid follows Devon to the beach and tries to record him while he's on a date with another girl. Portia is stunned after Addison switches her out with Tess as one of the chairs on the CU Sorority Committee. Tess undergoes a major physical makeover with the purpose of getting Clay's attention. Esther warns Tess against going back and forth with Portia, however, her concerns are dismissed. During their first private coaching session, Max and Jack act out a scene that requires intimacy. Max begins to feel uncomfortable after Jack slides his hands under his shirt without asking. The next day, Taffy has managed to turn the entire drama department against Max. CU releases polling numbers on the student election which reveals Fernando and Neil gain a major boost in popularity and slightly ahead of Pav and Liz. Fernando also hires Penelope Tussell as his spokesperson, a sophomore with a spitfire personality that's able to put reporters in their place. Pav calls for an emergency meeting with his campaign staff to re-strategize. Carlee begins to feel distant from Pav due to his focus and attention on the election. In a decision seen as rash, Pav fires Vera as his campaign manager. He then abruptly hires Paola Serrano as his new campaign manager. Lionel is assigned to cover the CU elections, putting his story about exploited black youth in high school and college sports on hold. His first task is to hold a joint interview with Fernando and Neil. Meanwhile, Diana is stunned after the man who accidentally rear ends her car turns out to be Cosmo. Joaquin confesses to Samantha that he loves her. Before he can drive his car off the cliff, the police call Ozzy and inform him that they are about to conduct a raid on a shack in the Coachella Valley they believe is the home of the culprit. Max goes back for another coaching session with Jack, thinking he overreacted. However, once they begin reciting lines, Jack forces Max to perform oral sex on him. Afraid and confused, Max feels he has no choice but to do so. After finding out Lionel will be doing Fernando's interview, Pav grows desperate to the point of asking Lionel to secretly give him the uncensored outtakes of the recording. Lionel refuses and berates Pav for asking him. Pav yells at Carlee after she tries to get him to go to dinner with her. Diana and Cosmo decide to have coffee together and catch up. Cosmo reveals he's back in town for a job prospect as sparks fly between their conversation. The FBI conducts a raid on the home of Ernest and Joyce McIver, where they find several boys chained up. Agent Schofield informs Ozzy that they have found Brennan alive but in a catatonic state.
111"Burn After Seeing"Episode 11TBANovember 1, 2022 (November 1, 2022)
The FBI hold a press conference regarding the arrests of the couple from Coachella, revealing that the two embarked on a kidnapping spree across California where they managed to kidnap a total of seven boys. They are being charged with kidnapping, rape and murder, after finding skeletal remains buried in their land. The FBI tell the media this is the prolific serial killer case in California since the 1980s and they believe the couple has been active since then. Joaquin and Samantha attempt to visit Brennan in the hospital but Ozzy refuses to let them see him. Meanwhile, Brennan still hasn't spoken to anyone, including Ozzy and the police. After doctors attempt to perform a rape kit, Brennan has a violent breakdown until Ozzy is able to calm him down. Joaquin and Ozzy almost get into a physical fight at the hospital before being broken up by Agent's Schofield and Hill. Samantha tries to reason with Ozzy to let Joaquin see Brennan but he refuses and asks her to leave as well. Lionel, Seth, Max, Susana, Portia and Diana visit Ozzy at the hospital. Diana brings along Cosmo where he reunites with the gang. Unfortunately, Pav decides not to go. Portia and Samantha clash after Portia takes Ozzy's side in the matter. Lionel is left uncomfortable when he see's Cosmo and Diana together. Seth comforts Vera after her firing from Pav's campaign. Seth attempts to talk to Pav to change his mind but in the process the two get into an argument. Portia warns Susana that Rashid's assumptions about Devon may be correct after she saw him at a party at CU. With the elections closing in, Fernando and Neil begin to pull away in the polls. After asking Lionel a second time, Pav is rejected once again. Pav goes to great lengths to get what he wants by accessing the dark net in hopes of finding professional hackers to help him. He finds anonymous users who he trades personal information and pays them a large amount of cash to hack into Fernando's campaign's database. The plan backfires after hours later, Pav's plan is plastered across social media for everyone to see, igniting a firestorm and sending his campaign crashing to the ground. Ozzy changes his mind after Brennan finally speaks and asks to see Joaquin. As the two talk, Ozzy apologizes to Samantha and voices his concerns about Brennan's wellbeing. Samantha tells Ozzy that Joaquin intends to fight for custody of Brennan with her help.
112"The Way We Almost Had it All"Episode 12TBANovember 8, 2022 (November 8, 2022)
The dean decides to let Pav's campaign remain in the race, however, their reputation is tarnished as election day arrives. Liz publicly condemns Pav and demands he step down from the campaign but he refuses. Fernando, Neil, Amelia and Penelope push a Watergate narrative to fan the flames of the scandal until voting day. After Portia's warning, Susana decides to confront Devon for herself but he convinces her that he's not talking to anyone else. Meanwhile, Devon and his friends plan to jump Rashid. Max begins to miss rehearsals to avoid Mr. Wombley but he's then confronted by Taffy who accuses him of being a superficial narcissist who's wasting everyone's time. To avoid the pushback from his classmates, Max attends rehearsals but is too uncomfortable to concentrate. Fernando manages to get the support of Clay's fraternity. Tess comes up with a scheme to seduce Clay on the election night watch party. Realizing that he's lost nearly all his friends, Portia decides to talk to Pav but he dismisses her. Diana tries to get Pav to talk to Cosmo but the former refuses. Instead, Diana and Cosmo spend the day together after Lionel cancels on their trip to the Observatory. Election night finally arrives and Fernando and Neil are crowned victorious by a narrow margin. Pav is immediately dismissed from the CUUSG. After pressure from Fernando and the student body, Pav is suspended from CU as an investigation is opened. While at the watch party, Rashid tries to convince Susana once again until they're interrupted by Devon and his friends. Devon and his friends brutally attack Rashid until he's left unconscious as Susana desperately tries to stop them. Max forgets his script backstage and after going to retrieve it, he's cornered by Mr. Wombley. After another advance, Max finally quits the play and calls Taffy to congratulate him on getting his part. Tess throws herself at Clay during the watch party but he rejects her advances and tells her he's in love with Portia. Tess breaks down and stages an attempted sexual assault by Clay by running out in hysterics for everyone to see, including Portia. Lionel snaps at Diana and forbids her from seeing Cosmo again after sensing the chemistry between them. Susana finally see's proof of Devon's infidelity and joins Rashid at the hospital. Pav resorts to getting drunk by himself as he watches Fernando's victory speech on television. He's then joined by Paola who joins him in sulking. After she tells him that she's still by his corner, Pav kisses her and the two eventually have sex. Carlee attempts to call Pav to no answer.
113"In the Blink of an Eye"Episode 13TBANovember 15, 2022 (November 15, 2022)
Samantha asks her parents to help Joaquin win the custody case over Ozzy by calling their family lawyer. Calvin refuses as he considers Ozzy a son. While on a date with Joaquin, he surprises her by proposing to her. Due to the public pressure, Samantha reluctantly accepts. While walking to his dorm late at night, Seth becomes the victim of a hit and run incident. Vera ends up witnessing this and quickly tends to him before calling an ambulance. The doctors sign Brennan's release form and he returns to live with Ozzy in his apartment. Brennan has difficulty readjusting to everyday life and Ozzy isn't sure if he has the patience to help him through. Diana and Lionel argue as she refuses to stop talking to Cosmo. Portia confronts Clay and demands he tell her the truth about Tess. Clay swears his innocence but Portia isn't sure if she believes him. She then decides to talk to Tess herself who is adamant that Clay raped her. Lionel is given the task to run an exposé on Pav and the recent scandal. Diana advises against it because Pav is still his friend, however, Lionel is focused on furthering his career and resume. Calvin and Kayla aren't sure if Samantha marrying Joaquin is the wisest choice but he promises to treat her, Skye and Brennan like his own family. Calvin gives Joaquin his blessing and reconsiders helping him win custody of Brennan. Calvin, Kayla and Samantha rush to the hospital after hearing about Seth's accident. The doctors tell the Willett's that Seth is in a medically induced coma and that his spine is fractured. Addison visits Seth at the hospital and she is granted visitation rights over Vera. Portia, Max, Lionel, Ozzy, Diana, Cosmo and Susana wait with the Willett's until Seth wakes up. Samantha tells Ozzy its best if they don't speak anymore because Joaquin has hired a lawyer that will begin the proceedings. Ozzy pleads with Calvin to not help Joaquin. Clay is suspended by Alpha Epsilon Pi as Tess files an official report. Seth wakes up from his coma to find Addison by his side and the two make their relationship official. Vera leaves the hospital heartbroken but relieved that Seth is okay. The doctor's tell Calvin and Kayla that Seth will have to undergo excruciating physical therapy to be able to walk again. Lionel decides to go through with the story against Pav. Cosmo tries to get Lionel to reconsider his story which upsets Lionel because it means Diana told him. Tess is unable to keep up the charade when confronted again by Portia and admits she lied about Clay but will continue her accusation as revenge against both of them. After Tess undergoes a rape kit, Clay is arrested by the police.
114"Inhale, Exhale, Repeat"Episode 14TBADecember 6, 2022 (December 6, 2022)
Rashid returns to CU and decides to not press charges against Devon. However, being put in the hospital led to an epiphany, one where he doesn't see a future with Susana. Max begins to enter a deep state of depression as he refuses to get out of bed each morning and go to class. He also begins to alienate his friends, including Diana whose calls he ignores. Max contemplates whether he should have reported Mr. Wombley or if he should have warned other students in the drama department. As time passes, Max begins to feel guilty about not speaking up. Diana tells Cosmo she's began to second guess her relationship with Lionel. She feels he's began to change as a person ever since getting the internship at the Register. Cosmo decides to pay Pav a visit and finds him drunk in the middle of the day and sitting in his own urine. Realizing Pav has hit rock bottom, Cosmo makes it his mission to help his former best friend. Samantha and Joaquin set a date for their wedding and begin talking with their lawyer. Ozzy hires his own lawyer to fight for custody for Brennan. Meanwhile, Brennan refuses to attend school and sneaks out late at night without letting anyone know where he is. This causes tension between him and Ozzy which makes him second guess if he's equipped to take care of Brennan. Ozzy and his lawyer meet with Joaquin and his lawyer and attempt to come to a mutual agreement. Joaquin, however, demands sole custody of Brennan without any visitation rights for Ozzy. The deal falls through almost instantly which leads to a shouting match between the two. Susana is heartbroken after Rashid tells her it's best if they go their own separate ways. Opening night for the play comes and Max decides not to go. Instead, he meets a boy, Elijah, on the steps of the auditorium and the two bond over their disinterest. Pav breaks down as Cosmo comforts him but he's angry at Cosmo for leaving him in high school. Cosmo tells Pav he's staying in Beverly Hills. Diana decides to go against Lionel's wishes and warns Pav about the upcoming hit piece. Susana visits Seth in the hospital and he gives her advice on how to talk to Rashid. Addison's jealousy gets the best of her as she becomes territorial once Susana shows up. Ozzy disciplines Brennan for the first time which leads the latter to become violent for the first time.
115"The Final Countdown"Episode 15TBADecember 13, 2022 (December 13, 2022)
Brennan's rebellious nature begins to concern Ozzy and realizes he can't leave at this stage in his life, especially since he see's the resemblance of his own childhood with Brennan's. Vera attempts to visit Seth at the hospital but is turned away by a jealous Addison. Pav confronts Lionel about the hit piece but he doesn't say that Diana was the one who told him. He begs Lionel not to go through with it but Lionel feels their friendship ended when Pav asked him to cross ethical lines during the election. Another fight between Lionel and Diana leads her to seek solace with Cosmo. Clay's father and mother, Bullet and Wendy, hire a top tier attorney to counter Tess' allegations. Portia tries to reason with Tess so the situation doesn't get out of hand, knowing she will lose the case. Susana goes against everything she believes in and attempts to match Rashid's personality by dressing up as Santa Claus at the daycare he works at. Max is stunned after he see's a CU news report of CU's star quarterback Elijah Detmer, coming out as gay. Max immediately recognizes him. Calvin refuses to attend the court hearing regarding Brennan's custody battle, feeling guilty about betraying Ozzy. Samantha accompanies Joaquin in court as their lawyers go head to head with Ozzy's. Brennan makes it clear he does not want to live with Joaquin. Cosmo gives Pav advice to rebuild his life as he's suspended and placed under probation following the investigation by CU. He tells Carlee he slept with Paola and she then breaks up with him. Cosmo attempts to convince Lionel to not run the hit piece against Pav but it ultimately leads to a physical fight between them. Addison tells Vera she knows she's in love with Seth and threatens to ruin her life by exposing a secret of hers. Addison lies and tells Seth that Vera said she was too busy to see him. Lionel dumps Diana after finding out she saw Cosmo again. Diana and Cosmo share a kiss after he comforts her. Rashid is won over by Susana's theatrics and the two share a kiss before becoming official. The charges against Clay are dismissed, however, his reputation is tarnished after hundreds of CU students protest his release and demand his expulsion in the main quad. Tess tells Portia she succeeded and will deal with her next. Lionel publishes the hit piece on Pav. Pav is unfazed by the article going live and is instead shaken when he realizes someone is following his car. Elijah's coming out sends shockwaves throughout the college sports world. Calvin convinces Joaquin's lawyer to let Ozzy's lawyer win the case. In the end, the judge grants Ozzy sole custody of Brennan.
116"Shadows in the Hall"Episode 16TBAJanuary 24, 2023 (January 24, 2023)
Pav's suspension comes to an end, however, having moved back with his mother, he refuses to leave his room due to the threatening calls he's been receiving in the past few weeks. Diana is conflicted about her feelings for Lionel and Cosmo. Lionel calls Diana to reconcile but she tells him that she kissed Cosmo. Career wise, Lionel's life hits another peak after he's given the task to interview the lieutenant governor for the CU news broadcast. Seth begins to walk on his own and is determined to be released from the hospital and return to school. Meanwhile, the doctors tell Seth that they are going to be taking him off painkillers, a decision he is not content with. Max tries to get into contact with Elijah by sliding into his DMs but his newfound popularity makes it difficult to get his attention. Max finds out that Lionel will be interviewing Elijah and covering his coming out story and asks him if he can formally introduce them. Lionel reluctantly agrees. Ozzy gets Brennan to return to school for the first time. Social services also provide them with a new apartment. Susana finally transfers to CU, which concerns Rashid that they will grow apart. Portia accompanies Clay back to school but on the way there he is harassed and ridiculed. Portia wonders if she can continue to associate herself with him even though she knows he's innocent. Pav confides in Cosmo that he opened up a window into his life for hackers and trolls when he surfed the dark net and gave them his information. Pav tells him he's been living in fear since being followed on the freeway a few weeks prior. Cosmo convinces Pav to leave his house. Diana tells Cosmo that they can't be together because she's in love with Lionel. Lionel interviews Elijah but before he can tell him about Max, Elijah asks if he can have Max's number. Seth tries to contact Vera to no avail. He also convinces his doctors to extend his medication usage for another month. Seth is then released from the hospital and returns to his old room with Calvin and Kayla. Max is stunned to see a text from Elijah who offers to take him out on a date. Susana reassures Rashid that they will remain as close as they are now. Pav returns home and realizes someone else is also there, causing him to run out and flee as far away as possible. Diana and Lionel reconcile and she agrees to stop speaking to Cosmo. Vera tells Seth that she doesn't want to see him anymore. Max and Elijah go on a date to a bar near CU where he runs into Taffy. Taffy, jealous that he's with Elijah, reveals that Max slept with Mr. Wombley to get the lead in the school play, humiliating him. Max breaks down to Elijah after he reveals that Mr. Wombley actually sexually assaulted him. Pav contemplates stepping off a bridge but is stopped by Ozzy who is driving by.
117"Get By With a Little Help From My Friend"Episode 17TBAJanuary 31, 2023 (January 31, 2023)
Ozzy brings Pav back to his apartment and the two bond of their moments of weakness. Ozzy offers Pav a place to stay if he's too scared to go back home. Portia realizes that she may not have what it takes to bring down Tess or save Clay. After a long conversation with Clay, he tells her it's best if they go their separate ways because he doesn't want this scandal to begin affecting her. Portia refuses at first but realizes it may for the best and officially ends their relationship. Elijah tells Max that he doesn't think any differently of him and suggests he report Mr. Wombley. Elijah then confronts Taffy and belittles him in front of all his friends. Susana starts her first day at CU and is shown around by Portia. Pav and his mother are extorted for money by the dark web hackers and threaten to kill him if he doesn't oblige. Ozzy is called to Brennan's school after he gets into a fight with two other students. While at the school, Ozzy has a meeting with the principal who inform him that Brennan has been struggling to adapt to his surroundings because he is always fighting with both students and teachers. Portia tells Tess that she's won but in reality she's planning to get her revenge. While on another date, Elijah and Max share their first kiss. Rashid begins to feel like Susana is too good for him. Ozzy advises Pav to call the police but he refuses. While on a walk, two strange men begin chasing Pav until he loses them. With the help of Brennan, Pav is able to get to safety. Portia contacts Tess's parents and informs them of what she's been doing to people like herself and Clay. They reveal that Tess is suffering from severe bipolar disorder and suspect she's been off her meds. Max publicly accuses Mr. Wombley of sexual assault and he is placed on administrative leave pending an investigation. Elijah asks Max to be his boyfriend. Susana reassures Rashid's insecurities by telling him that she loves him.
