This user has followed Wikipedia since its inception and began editing and creating Wikipedia pages soon thereafter. If time permitted from an otherwise busy life, many more pages and edits would no doubt be possible.
The overriding tenets this user follows as a Wikipedia editor and contributor are:
- fidelity to facts
- objectivity of viewpoint
- erring on the side of over-inclusiveness instead of under-inclusiveness, given Wikipedia's status as the premier digital knowledge base.
- brevity and wit in prose style
- humility, tolerance and good humor in one's dealing with fellow Wikipedians
- meritocracy (a new contributor might be a superior Wikipedian to a decades-long administrator)
