Do this exactly
- Load up a copy of Shine On You Crazy Diamond - do not start it yet - get it, somehow. Youtube or whatever.
- Get yourself set so that your PC or sound system can play that...as loud as possible. Still, do not play it yet - check your system with another tune, if necessary.
- Gather your things.. Cigarettes, chocolate, drugs, whatever... get all within arms reach.
- Turn off all the lights
- Hit play
- DO NOT RESPOND to ANYTHING for the next ten minutes.
