The many faces of Christian edit
Why hello there, my name as you can tell by the subheading is Christian. I'm a freshman attending Georgia Southern University. Georgia Southern is an over populated school for being in the middle of nowhere, but it grows on you. Ever since I was little I knew what I wanted to be, a mechanical engineer, even though I didn’t know what it was called when I was 2. I’m hoping to transfer to Georgia Tech by the end of sophomore year which makes me not a true eagles fan, “a traitor amongst us” my fiends always say. I would have to say I am one if not the best procrastinators around due to my shear optimism of all ways thinking there’s more time. I wouldn’t call myself lazy because when I do things at the last minute it brings out the creative/panicked side of me to the surface. If there is one thing I am proud of is the fact that I am a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. You ask should you be intimidated and the answer is very. I’ve been practicing this martial art for 6 years and plan on continuing. My hopes are one day to be nominated for best person alive, but until that day we wait.
Interesting Tided bits edit
Interesting? Me? No…well I can solve a rubrics cube if that’s interesting. I find it hard to find the interesting aspects of a person by reflection of them self. I really should get someone else to write this part, but I’ll try to do the best I can. I use to be a part of my high school ROTC or reserve officer training core for those not big on acronyms, and while I was in ROTC I join the rifle team, but unfortunately not any good at it. Was joining ROTC a mistake? I would like to not think so, I feel like I learned a lot about life and things…interesting. My personal interest has to be reading I love to read especially Ken Follett novels. Who doesn’t like to get lost in a good story and to find themselves confused once jumping back into reality? Or maybe that just happens to me, embarrassing. That’s all worth mentioning about me… I have to say writing this section has really lowered myself esteem. Wait I just rembered that I use to be pretty good with a yo-yo and still actualy still have mine.
Me + Wikipedia =? edit
So far in my journey to better myself as a Wikipedia user I have only created one article. The Morristown Green, a work in progress, is my first article but not my last. I plan to work on other topics that have affected my childhood in some way. The next article I have in mind is the Neighborhood House if no such article exists.
Computer savvy? edit
To be honest I’m not that great with computer, not meaning I don’t know anything when it come to computers, but what I know is very limited. I know how to email, make a power point, and now Wikipedia stuff. I know enough to get by in school, which is good enough for me.
My thoughts on Wikipedia edit
All throughout my high school career I was told that Wikipedia was not a reliable source for information and that anyone could go in and change an article. To be honest that is true, but now I realize that Wikipedia has many beneficial elements that I feel my teachers in high school fail to understand. It gives pretty detailed information on just about any topic and can give one bases of research. So I view Wikipedia as a starting point for research.

Well the only language I speak is American English so the title is a little ironic. I took 2 Spanish classes in high school, but I have absolutely no talent in Spanish what so ever. If I didn’t ever have to take another Spanish class again that wouldn’t bother me I honestly failed Spanish 2 but my teacher passed me because of my sheer determination, or because of how much I bugged her with questions and she did want to see me again. Either way it works for me. Oh I do know a little bit of Korean because of Tae Kwon Do, but that is very limited as well, only martial art techniques.
Random Thoughts that just Pop into my Head edit
- Just recently bought a PS3, didn’t know I had that type of money to spend…
- My roommate are very rowdy.
- Excited that I have almost finished with this user page.
- My lit class is way too late in the day (6:30-7:45pm), but it was the only one I could get.
- I don’t like to drink or smoke because I respected my body to much.
- Wishing I had something else to write right here, but I guess this will have to do.
