Pastor Charles Harrison Walker II was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on May 6, 1977 to Deacon Charles Harrison Walker Sr. and Charlotte Vel Conway-Walker. Elder Walker is the oldest of the (3) kids. Walker came to know the Lord as my Savior at a very young age. He was baptized and joined the First Church of God in Christ where his uncle Bishop James Feltus Jr. was pastor and many of his family members served.

During his seventh grade year of middle school, he experienced God’s calling to share his gifts and talents in ministry. God has given elder Walker opportunities for greater responsibility in the ministry. As a minister he had the privileged of assistancing and being unstudy from his great uncle Bishop James Feltus Jr. After being a licensed minister and becoming an ordain elder in the Church of God in Christ. Elder Walker has had the honor to share God's word in many churches and arenas in many states and even abroad in other countries.

In 2014 Elder Walker was elevated to the Office of Pastor as he founded Impact by the Word Church of God in Christ under the auspice of the Greater New Orleans Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ where Bishop Charles E. Brown is the prelate. Now in 2018 Pastor Walker is answering the call from the Lord once again by moving to the the continent of South America to the country of Guyana where he will be starting a church.

As a result, God has broadened his understanding and role of an Evangelist. In addition to preaching, teaching, and praying for sick and aflicked. Elder Walker has said an Evangelist should be focusing on developing a life style like no other so that his or her ministry can be shared by all who hear.

God has gifted him in the area of ministry and it is his desire to demonstrate to others how preparation, dedication, a praying life and a willingness to become involved in the lives of the people can result in decisions for Jesus Christ.
