HI, I'm user:Brihas. I have been making changes to various articles of interest to me, mostly related to religion and history, since these are most vulnerable to new political developments. By this I mean most people have begun to use the Information Technology Boom to view the whole of history from a highly present-day-centric viewpoint, applying contemporary "political correctness" to hindsight, which is not quite correct. Something that particularly troubles me in wikipedia is the colonisation of certain articles, or sets of articles, by a coterie of people that share ONE viewpoint and will tolerate no other, although an encyclopedia must accommodate all viewpoints. Strangely enough, they are also awarded "barnstars" and other acclamations, which implies that editors with the power to direct the nature of information on wikipedia are not engaging in an argumentative-enough standpoint.
