Andrew (Gregg) Davies (1st December 1960) is a British educator and former international rugby referee for the Scottish Rugby Union. He was Deputy Headmaster at Fettes College in Edinburgh (1999-2004), Headmaster at Fettes College Preparatory School (2000-2003) and Headmaster at Shiplake College (2004-2019).
