Here is the link to the Companies House page to reference (https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/07628675/filing-history?page=1). The company was registered in 2011 under the name Hurley Innovations Ltd. and changed its name to eConsult Health Ltd. in 2018. The company now has a second product, eTriage. I think it would be best to have a new Wikipedia article about eConsult Health Ltd. that includes a description of the eConsult and eTriage, if justified by Wikipedia guidelines on notability.
