Billgates2 is the only auto confirmed user who encourages edits to semi-protected page if they need it.

You may think this as a obvious statement but it is surprising how few wiki users encourage people to edit as many pages as they can (with the exception if you have no idea about the page you are editing) so run free all people correct minor errors when seen but don't make stupid mistakes yourself and don't make your pages too long and boring or people may lose interest.
