Fair point.. I struggled with the same thing, and thought about messaging you first- I tend to agree in principal that it should exist somewhere, but, then again, the history qualifies as Somewhere. The problem, as it see it, is that if a user clicks the discussion page, they're going to be given an argument about a resolved issue, rather than any current discussion (Not that there's likely to be all that many about a Sub-section of a Radio company, but....)
