James Karabasz Many know him as the fearless leader of the Entrepreneurism squad. He is a captain of industry, cantaloupe farmer, and most commonly known as a graduate of Penn State University. He spends his weekdays planting his seeds in young entrepreneurs and his weekends lecturing at Penn State University. His hobbies include traveling to Utah to grow his cantaloupe farm, hunting big game, driving monster trucks, and cuddling with surfboards. He is a graduate of The Allentown Central Catholic High School where he was a three sport athlete(Football, baseball, soccer). Football was his not only his main sport, but his passion. He worked out like no other man. He benched 650, squatted 700, and was a killer on the gridiron. He was an all state center and running back in the same year. He put the fear of God in his quarterback’s eyes if he didn’t give James the damn pigskin. He then went on to win 3 state football titles as the head coach and quarterback. Then on to baseball, which was his first love. No matter how much Jimmy tried, he got cut every year. However, James received four varsity letters and was the baseball team’s MVP his senior year. Just incredible. Finally, soccer was the sport Jimmy did for fun. There was room for only one kind of football in James’s heart. Soccer is where James just threw the little leg fairies around and toyed with those little boys. Not only was James a stud athlete, but a scholar student as well. His teachers taught him by using analogies to football all the time. James continued to increase his knowledge and learn. The one thing he remembers from his dad is “We all have belly buttons”. He makes part of his living starring in the hit TV show, Deadliest Catch. His experience with crabs in his adolescence make it so he is very successful in crabbing at sea. His large center of gravity make his vessel impossible to sink, saving the lives of Captain James' crew many times.
