/big> was born in San Pablo Tacachico Department of La Libertad El Salvador Central America, She is the daughter of Maria Del Carmen Hernandez Martel, Bessy's grandparent on mother side were Jovita Antonia Martel Gomez, and Francisco Hernandez Maldonado, originally from La Nueva Conception (Potrero sula) and Chalatenango. Bessy went to Jesus Leocadio Palencia School in San Pablo Tacahico she finished her 9th grade as it was the high grade of education provided at that time, then she went to private college at Nueva San Salvador ( Hispano Americano College) to continue her education, mean while she was working on her spare time mornings and after school every day, on weekends she would take the bus to her native town in order to assist her mother with the retail business in downtown Tacachico where the two business places were set right in the middle of the park.

Mean while as Bessy was growing she was actively helping her mother with any business that her mother would came out with either selling home made products as bread, yucca, quesadilla, etc . Bessy also was participation in the community in different forms in the committee of the festives of the town as organizing  the festival which was  held every  December which was the big event of the town people look forward to the crowing of the. new queen, also there was  and proceeding petitions in order to bring the potable water for the town, planting trees for the school and the some streets,  among other activities. Bessy was queen of the Red Cross 88/89 she was part of many celebrations participating as pro-quuen of different events held at the time since she was very small up until she left the town when Bessy was growing in the community of San Pablo Tacachico. Bessy was the number six of eight kids by her mother Bessy's father figure for was Manuel de Jesus Hernandez Jerez  she first had meet when she was about five years old. Bessy admired and respected this man as he was a good provider he taught Bessy many aspects of  her life just like father daughter talks, and  they shared great times together some of then in a remote town (consolation) even after Bessy had moved to U S. She would visit him regularly she introduced hime her daughters as soon as it was possible to her Gemina Michelle Pleitez and Jesslin Carmita Pleitez. Bessy first Married at Los Angeles CA. with the father of her two daughters Manuel De Jesus Pleitez Estrada they shared many great times growing the girls and slso visited  some of the places like El Salvador (few times), Seatle (WA), Mexico, Arizona, Las Vegas NV, Oregon, San Francisco (few times) Yosemite (few times) Rosarito Baja California, Tiguana Mexico, Charlotte NC, Georgia and other south California places Etc. While living in the LA area Bessy managed couple of True Value hardware store among couple of building  in the highland park area all of these before moving to the Antelope Valley CA. Bessy Worked as manager for True Value Hardware in a few places while leaving in LA> and In Lake Los Angeles once moved to Palmdale in 1999 including Littlerock Home and Ranch hardware where she meet William H. Myers III which she married six years later in Niagara Fall NY. While living in Charlotte  Bessy worked at the Federal Reserve Bank where she enjoyed very much however due to the downsiz of the bank industry in those years her position among other positions were no longer available
