I am a musicologist whose research specializes in film/television/game soundtracks, rock history, and opera studies, and I have published academic work, including a book, on film music. I am also a university professor. I mainly edit Wikipedia articles dealing with music, film media, history and LGBT issues, though I will also correct typos, grammar issues, etc. that I find and I like to contribute pretty much anywhere where I feel needed.
Yes I do really like the Rolling Stones, if maybe not as much as when I first got this username. Beggars Banquet is still my favorite of their albums.
