Welcome to Bcat's WikiBank. This bank for tracking money similar to the bank at WikiMoney. Currently, anybody can create an account. However, please remember that the WikiBank's money is not real and that this bank is just for fun. Feel free to ask questions about the bank on its talk page.
Note: This bank was created in response to the blocking of Bank of Wikipedia (as a role account). However, that user is not a sock puppet of mine.
Currency edit
The bank's main monetary unit is the beta (β). Betas are divisible.

Policies edit
- Any user (anonymous users and sock puppets are not allowed) with at least 200 edits (per Kate's tool) can have an account.
- New accounts start off with 100β (freshly minted).
- Money can be transfered between users, either as a gift or in payment for services.
- Money cannot be used maliciously (e.g., to push a PoV or to purchase votes).
- Users cannot act in bad faith (e.g., offer money for a service and intentionally not pay).
- Users cannot add money to their own accounts or remove money from the accounts of others.
- Users can request that their accounts be closed. Money from closed accounts can be removed from circulation or redistributed at the closer's request.
- If a user closes their account, they cannot open another account for three months.
- Users who violate these policies risk having their accounts closed.

Procedures edit
- To create an account: Edit the list of accounts, add a line of the form:
*[[User:username|]]: 100β(replacing username with your own username), and add 100β to the amount of money in circulation. - To transfer money to another user: Edit the list of accounts, subtract the money from your total, and add it to the other user's total.
- To report abuse: Leave a note on the talk page describing the situation.
- To close your account: Leave a note on the talk page saying that you wish to close your account and what you would like done with your money.
